I booked this hotel online for one day i.e on 26 of March 2023, as ofcourse I am not sure about the hotel but after visiting I am totally in love the place The staff of hotel is really very humble they all are always there for us and one more thing the food is very very good only because of food we stay for 1 more day. Thanks to chef Mr Prinit (may be spelling is wrong) he is really do magic with his cooking. I love sikkim️

We found the hotel extremely good. Rooms are big in size and very well maintained. Nice location. Above all the staff is very courteous and always ready to serve the customers. Good food also.

It is a fantastic and marvelous stay, one will get mesmerize with the ambiance and view from hotel room and Garden area, Mount Kanchana lunga Peak.
This Hotel is located at a very strategic location, one can enjoy a peaceful environment and high elevated location view.
Food at this hotel is truly Good and tasty and very much reasonable.

For sure, if I get a chance to visit Gangtok once again, without second thought I will pick it for my stay.

Located in a posh area very close to Enchey Monastery, one can get the view of Kanchenjunga right out of their room window. Nishant, the chef prepared a custom meal for us (we being vegetarians) on our arrival day and was courteous enough to talk to us. Food is great, service is great with very nice and helpful staff. Strongly recommend if you are looking for a secluded, peaceful, non-congested place in Gangtok.

Hill view rooms are fantastic. Visited last month of August 22. Beautiful position in place to view Kanchenjunga from the rooms.

The view and the architecture of the hotel are really nice. Even some of the employees. But… the hygiëne of the rooms and the rest of the hotel are terrible! Even we asked them to clean.
Hairs in the bed, molt everywhere, dirty floors, tea was provided but no kettle and so on and on.

The 2 stars are just for the view and architecture of the hotel.
The rooms are small and ill-maintained. The toilet was particularly nasty. The drain clogged and the bathroom floor flooded with bathwater. There was mold on the door as well.
The housekeeping staff were really polite but the management was extremely rude and unprofessional.
It is far from downtown Gangtok and commuting to the hotel from MG Marg is a real headache.
I really couldn't understand what makes them feel they are worth the price they charge.

Very clean rooms and good food options for breakfast and dinner. Location is the best part with kanchenjunga visible from rooms and mg market in vicinity yet peaceful and away from rush.

The road that goes to this secluded hotel is steep and serpentine … it’s in a VIP ZONE, so security is excellent and the view of Kanchenjunga as it’s placed high in altitude is also awesome, in Gangtok it is relatively more cold than other places due to its high altitude. If you want a stay away from hustle and bustle of main city but not too far then this is the place, taxis are easily available as nearby monastery is there and monks and locals travel often, the food is not so good … location is excellent

Worst hotel experience in my touring history. Service and behavior of staff was belligerent and somewhat unprofessional.

Hotel is on almost on top of hills, mt. Kanchanjungha can be seen from gallery, makes stay very peaceful good rooms and good staff.

Situated in a serene location about 4 km away from the city. Local Taxies will charge Rs200 from city. Ambiance and the campus is very good. View from the hotel is breathtaking.
However, we were provided the smallest room and when we asked for a change in room, we were told that rooms are not available. Blame it to the season.
Complementary breakfast was simply terrible. Hardly anything good. So we decided to take dinner outside

One of the best hotel in Gangtok, I stayed in their Heritage Crown Room, the room gives a great view of Mountains. The staff were extremely polite and always welcomed us with a smile when we came from outside. They even arranged our local sightseeing. A must visit place for every traveler and explorer.

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in.i booked the hotel as a 4 star property but the rooms are pathetic.staff is not at all cooperative.fooding is not good.they dont even have any taxi facility for market drop.they doent even hepp you for any of your requirements.dont even think of staying here even if anyone offers you free of cost.very bad experience

This is good place and very good ambience but very far from City e you cannot arrange even a small medicine in the evening they have very limited menu and closed kitchen at 10 p.m. Otherwise location is good they should have more facility for children's as well

Pathetic breakfast.
Unclean cutlery at the restaurant.you could literally swipe off oil with a tissue on the spoons and knives.

And the mall is far away.you'll always need a cab to get there if you're not having your own vehicle.

Waking up with a beautiful view of Kangchenjunga from my room is worth all the money. Organic food was just amazing, rooms are big and spacious. Must visit!

Beautiful property at a very peaceful location. They also have room with views of Mt. Kanchenjunga and very royal rooms. The hotel is just perfect. The staff was polite and very helpful. Will highly recommend.

I have stayed for 2 nights. Everything about this visit was superb, from the staff to the room to the food experience. So, where do we start? Check in, from the very start we were made to feel special. Room? Excellent with amazing interiors. Dinning? We have tried with nearby restaurants and food was very delicious. All the above comments again applied with a surprising welcome with smooth check-in and having smile on their faces. It was a great holiday spend.

Pros: Great view.
Cons: Room was dated and in need of refurbishment. (Mold on the roof, rotten wooden floor) WIFI is well let's just say it was hard to post this review.

Note: this is the only hotel I have stayed at in this city.
