Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this amazing hotel. Rooms are well maintained and staff is well behaved and responsive. The food is amazing, bathrooms are well maintained, beds are clean. Hotel also has various other facilities like a gym and a dining hall on the ground floor. I will recommend this hotel to everyone who visits Sikkim. Do visit this hotel and rest assured u will be happy in the end:).

The rooms were very good and have excellent view from windows. All staff members were polite and room service was excellent. Complimentary breakfast was very good with different varieties everyday. Restaurant Team Dipen, Manisha, Rishab and Subham offered excellent service. I strongly recommend for s culturally stay and tasty food.

It’s so nice to be there.their hospitality is so good. I’m overwhelmed by their behaviour and kind words towards us.they r so sweet.specially Manita and Manisha thanks to you both.they are so sweet and beautiful. I loved their fantastic environment.and also it’s a nice location for the hotel.

Not that great hotel. When we entered our room, it was all dirty. There was a plastic bag inside the room, toilets were not clean and floor was full of dust. I had to request room service to clean my room again. After multiple follow ups they turned up, wasting 30 mins or so. Also my room was having full 9f smoking smell. On enquire, I cam to know guest in opposite room is smoking like hell. They should have good air isolation or have separate smoking vs non-smoking zones.
Now the worst part: On the check out day I asked room service at 7: 30 to bring my luggage down while I finish my breakfast. At around 7: 55 I finished my breakfast, but luggage wasn't there. 8am my cab has arrive to take me to the Bagdogra airport. I asked about my luggage again and to my surprise receptionist told me that servant has dropped my room keys in elevator chamber and could not get my luggage. I asked them to hurry, as I could had missed my flight. No response and that servant was gossiping with other drivers outside. I then had to call up their incharge and at around 8: 45 I got my luggage at lobby. I could have missed my flight that day due to hotel mis management.

I have stay one night service is so good and the bell boy sayan all rounder help for water and room service any problem he help me a lot and good for service and food is good I recommend my friends to stay here

Food quality with service is excellent and staff is very cooperative with good management. Food is of our taste of gujarat. Chinmay and Manisha, subham, rishabh and sujata are really good behaved and polite. Hospitality is known to them and which impressed a lot. Thanks a lot team for making trip memorable.

The location is amazing the views you get from your rooms of the 3rd highest mountain in the world Kanchenjunga steals the spotlight in the scenery. The service was good but there was only one issue when we arrived some rooms didn't have access to warm water from their tap. Rest everything was good.
