Uttam thapa the reservation manager is a gem of a person because of his nature and warm hospitality.

Firstly the location is away from the market but it is the best resort of the gangtok town. Ambience of the resort is just extraordinary.

It's always an amazing experience being at the Jain group royal orchid and spa! All their properties are built beautifully and offer complete luxury.

I really liked the overall experience here. Have been to this hotel several times to attend for corporate events n meetings and also stayed here many times.

Wonderful place to relax. We are from Bangalore and for a break we opted Jain group hotel pink mountain. Excellent service. Buffet breakfast superb. Lunch and dinner Excellent.

Amazing service throughout my 10 day stay there! The restaurants were fantastic had multiple dinners at each one.

Delicious food. Perfect ambience, courteous staff. Had a very pleasant stay. Bell boy Nitesh Singh was a very good person.

We enjoyed walking through the beautifully landscaped grounds, very peaceful! The staff recommended, will be going back later this week for dinner.

What a fantastic place to start a trip. After a long flight, the staff are so helpful and welcoming. Particularly Tarak Pradhan. Very comfortable, good wifi and good food.

Always very pleasant stay at this place. Rooms are beautiful interior of rooms are very royal and very net and clean. Wash rooms are very clean and clear. Toiletries are good.

Foods are good, you will get a royal ambience. Services are pretty good, staffs are very polite.

The rooms are spacious, well equipped with all the requirements for a decent stay. The fitness rooms and the spas are a must, who have time to explore the property.

We had an event with around 100 participants. The hall was spacious to accommodate everyone with proper distance between people. The adjacent area was quite convenient for organizing buffet.

The breakfast is amazing, rooms are clean, the front office girl Ameesha and nirmala and courteous, all over a good experience️️

Stayed for 3 days in this hotel and the experience was awesome, impressed with the room and specially with the hospitality of staff.if you are looking for a budget hotel with good hospitality then this is the best hotel

Most of the furniture in room is broken. Food is bad. Most of the time they don't serve also. Lift is not working. No room heater, you pay extra for room heater, they will give a broken one.

Every time you order same food test will be different. In allu (potato) ka paratha, you need to search for allu (potato).

Room was good.view was there but from sides and not in front.staff was cordial. Food- breakfast was average (toaster was broken), dinner (buffet) was below average. Facilities average. Water shortage was there, water for bathing came dirty. Jain hotel but nothing was available before sunset, Dinner started at 7.30.room service was slow.

We had a wonderful experience in Royal Orchid Spa of Jain Group. The view from the hotel room was just fabulous. The staff of the hotel is very soft spoken, trained proper in hospitality and food is also very good. Hotel has taken care of our special requests as well.

Hotel has accomodated our special request for anniversary and made it memorable for us

Really happy with their services. All the staff members are really welcoming and caring. Loved theri responses and gesture. Certainly recommended for budget friendly hotel.

Room was spacious and comfortable. But the food can be improved! Services are great. The staff is genial!

Very good hotel. Very neat and clean. Service was really very nice. Meals are also very good. Marina at reception and Poonam in dining are very helpful, very efficient and very prompt. Appreciated their services. Other staffs are also good. Worth staying.

Okay okay room with average facilities.but the food is extremely pathetic.however it is pure veg but no taste at all.did not enjoy the stay at this hotel at all.

Nice stay. Comfortable room with wonderful housekeeping service. Only disadvantage is location, it is around 1.5 km away from MG road but road is too steep to walk. You need to spend 100 bucks to reach MG road. Another thing no eateries around this hotel. If you are vegetarian than fine with the food hotel serve. But no way to find non veg food or any restaurant nearby.

One of the best places for vegetarians in Gangtok as the in-house resturant is pure veg. The staff esp. Ms. Indu is very nice and a super host. We had no issues in our stay. The hotel is about 10 minutes from M. G. Marg and costs 10₹ to 20₹ per head in shared taxi and ₹100 for full taxi. Room Heater is charged extra 300₹-500₹ per night and is a must in winters. Restaurant food is good. Lifts are not working as of November 2020 and possibly due to low occupancy. Views are so so and not that great. They have a travel desk connection but DO NOT use that as it's not reliable. The Taxi stand is the best bet to find, see and book your taxi for all reasons.

Very good hotel with all facilities. Well maintained and neat. Staffs are so friendly and they welcomed us in a wonderful way. This hotel will be a memorable hotel in your life. Food is so tasty and include several dishes too. If you are planning a tour in Gangtok you should definitely have a stay in this hotel.

This hotel was good but the parking of vehicles seems to be messy. The rooms here had balconies which was the best part of this hotel. The balconies gave the best views of the city.

Really Good hotel nice rooms staff's behaviour is so nice and they always have smile on their faces food is tasty and hygienic it's really good stay for vegetarians.

The hotel is ok but the rooms will have some dumpness. The food is good. Good staff. But one has to walk long from the main market to reach hotel or one has to take a taxi. The approach road is a hilly one one so be prepared for it. The hotel only serves vegetarian food. So the.non veg water should make a note of it.

The staff of the hotel is very co operative. I think its the only Jain hotel in the whole Gangtok.

It is very difficult to find the pure veg food in the Gantok. But thanx to that hotel i could find the pure veg food.

Typical corporate and heartless hotel chain. We had a booking for 3 room-nights (3 rooms, 8-9 May, Goibibo) with them, but could not make it as our flight was cancelled due to inclement weather at the destination. We informed the hotel of our predicament, but they totally ignored and rejected our pleas. As our booking was prepaid, we did not get a single rupee back. I understand it was a nonrefundable booking, but have a heart. 7000 rupees is not small change for a common man. Sometimes it pays to make an exception in exigent circumstances.

Nice Rooms but, food options are not the very best but still manageable.
Good thing is that this is one of the few hotels in the vicinity with Lift facility.

Worst hotel experience I had till date. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staffs were not helpful. Power cut happened in the night.inspite of having a power supply backup, they didn't start it, because the person incharge was sleeping. Guests went to check with reception after 1 hour, then the person in charge woke up and started the power backup.

Lunch timings are from 2: 30pm, and snacks you have to order before 5pm. No dinner order after 8: 30 pm. No variety in food items, only paneer dishes are there.

Staffs are not supportive. It seems they had a short term memory. They have a habit of forgetting the things which you ask them to do.

I am here in hotel now and service is Ok. Staff is good but they haven't provided the type of rooms we had earlier asked for. The rooms are very small and no space after keeping our bags in there. How can it be a higher category hotel. Food is also Ok.

Very good hotel, little far from mg road but you can pay 20rs in a shared taxi to reach there. We booked this hotel through Goibibo for 1000 RS and it was worth all the money. Staff is very polite and helpful.
