This was a decent place. We had a single night to spend before our bike ride to North Sikki lm and it was good. The terrace is really nice and we took long walks post dinner and felt great. The food is decent but if you are looking for non veg, this ain't the place.

1) Food was good.
2) Hotel was clean.
3) Geyser was not working the way it was expected to be, even after requesting.

Superb hotel, must visit. All staffs & receptionist are very friendly.
Near MG market, only 5 minutes walking distance.
Gyser works properly.

The staff of the hotel is best in the gangtok and the manager of the hotel Mr parishkar Rai is very kind hearted person

We traveled through an agent in Sikkim. The agent had hotel and car facilities. Stay here for that reason. When I got to the hotel on the first day, their room and service were good. The next time I got up, their service was not good. But their food is a lot of taste.

It's a decent hotel located just 300 mtrs from MG Marg, although the uphill road might lead you to believe that the distance is much farther. The rooms were really good with mountain views. The hotel serves only vegetarian food and the taste was okay. If you are a vegetarian looking for a decent place in Gangtok this hotel is definitely a good choice.

My live in this hotel in10th September 2022,7 August 2022 morning, 9 September 2022 evening, 10th September 2022,11 September 2022,12 September 2022 morning. Best hotel with the price. Service is also best. But when I do call to them then, mostly, no one pick up the phone or very late they pick up the phone. So, I have to come in reception for service. Hence, I give 4 star to them. Location is also good. The Peeling hotel location is near some restaurants and the gangtok hotel location is near mg road or mg marg whatever! I have booked this hotel through travel agent. I leave this hotel in 13th September 2022 in 10.30 a.m.

We got it for a steal deal on GoIbibo for 2000 for 2 rooms and was heaven good views helpful staff and great terrace. No smoking or non veg allowed but that's ok.

We stayed at this place as it was booked part of our travel package. Before our trip i saw the reviews that that they have great views. Well it was definitely true. We reached at night and the guy gave us a good hill view room, but the morning view which we saw was amazing.

The staff is super friendly. They were even concerned about the fact that we did not eat good enough breakfast (which was sweet).

The location is very much accessible (on the main road when you arrive in gangtok) and hardly 5-10 min walk to M. G Road (which is very nice as that is the best place to visit for shopping or food in gangtok).

Their rooms are good enough but I felt they could work more on the cleanliness of sheets and washroom.

They serve really good food. As it is difficult to get good veg food in gantok (their diet involves more of meat soo), we ordered dal fry jeera rice, but they were really tasty. Also the food price is nominal. I would suggest you have your dinner or lunch here in case you plan to stay here.

Very good service and staff. Hotel is at very convenient location. Hotel is on highway on entry in gangtok near mg road market and cab stand. Food is very good and economical. View from balcony and rooms is spectacular.

I stayed on this hotel few days ago. The stuff on receptionist is well professional & friendly as well good natured. The room service & safety is quite better. Only problem is GeZURE not working which need to be fixed. Otherwise all are excellent.

I enjoyed my short stay here. The room was clean, well lit and had a great view. The staff were hospitable. The location is quite close to MG Marg and is surprisingly not too cowded. This is in my opinion one of the best budget hotels in Gangtok.

Best thing about this hotel is it located at walking distance from MG Road. It has Free parking which is great. Great view from window, hotel staff is very helpful…but rooms & washroom looks below standard…

Would highly recommend this for everyone. Great hospitality. Great food, pure vegetarian though. There was a bellboy called Rames, an absolutely gem of a person. Very naive and genuine.

First thing i look for in a hotel is its bathroom and restroom. Those were decent. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Rooms were above than average. The view from our room was amazing. Food was fresh and pretty good too. Overall i completely suggest this hotel. Worth every single penny. Absolutely loved it ️

We stayed there for 4night and the place become our home only because of there stuffs. Specially Ramesh and Dipen served the best. Heighly recomended. This hotel actually know how to serve customer.

We got a room with beautiful views. The service is very good. The food is not great here. Overall it was a very nice experience.

Very well maintained property. Staffs are the assets of the property.
Humble polite helpful all the staffs very kind hearted.
Ramesh made our stay very comfortable.
The Manager and the Guest relation officer was very helpful in guiding all the tourist destinations nearby and also helped in finding local food joints.
This is my second visit to the property.

Pros: the size of the rooms is big and position is hill view, staff behaviour, hospitality, room service, there is option to bring food (veg/non veg) from outside.

Cons: if you are non vegetarian then this hotel might disappoints you as this is purely veg.

Good hotel in budget. Sometimes in night electricity will not be there for hours, difficult to manage it during that time.

Familiar hotel, all staffs are behavior so good, cleaned all room Bed sheet pillows and floors.

I lived here for two nights. It was a pleasant stay. The people were friendly and also kind enough to give a good check out at 4am in the morning. Overall 4.5 stars from me. That confused little waiter (tall and skinny) boy was unwittingly hilarious with his confused and over cautious tactics.

Very average hotel there are better place in same budget served uncooked upma in breakfast though staff behaviour was good but as food service require changes and room also require some modifications in terms of cleanliness.

In my very first visit to Gangtok I fell in love with this hotel. The rates are very affordable and the staff is very polite and courteous. The rooms are very spacious and the scenery from the rooms is simply phenomenal as you can see the mountain ranges in the backdrop of the city. Room service is quite prompt and if asked the hotel can also arrange vehicles for you to see around the local sightseeing.

The location is also prime and within a 10 minute walking distance from MG market. Overall I had a fantastic stay here.

This hotel is located quite near to the MG Market and on-road. The room provided to us was not clean, toilet was leaking and the landline to call reception/housekeeping was not working. I had to manually track down the housekeeping guy and showed him the issues.

He was really helpful and apologized for the issue. Since we were leaving towards market, I handed him the key and he assured that he would fix everything. Once we came back, everything was in perfect condition.

Also, the room provided to us had a great view of the Gangtok city and valley.

Jain Food is great but Hospitality is very poor. Can improve in multiple ways. Not so great, Okayish experience
