It's a really beautiful place if you want something affordable and in one building. You can find anything and everything in this place.

It was quite good but software and hardware material was not that much acceptable and it was in limited.

You can find a lot of things from food + veggies to clothes + shoes + home linen + winter stuff + handicrafts. The building otherwise is a shamble not maintained at all by the local authorities. Go to the rooftop and you get a old world feel. N Good view of the city.

Basically there are two market one is MG Marg, the famous one in Gangtok this place is well maintained picturesque place and lots of shops meeting various needs of travellers but these all are expensive ones. Main market is starting at the end of MG Marg there is a stairs down towards the Lal Bazar Market of Gangtok, Kanchanjangha Market Complex, near Denzong Cinema hall. In that stairs also lots of shops are there in both side, and about Lal Bazar this is a 4th storied complex full of shop shop keepers and customers. Starting from fish, vegetables, spices to Gol gappa and papri chat, from Kids to Senior Citizens all kind of clothes shoes are there. Variety of products of variety prices are available there. Bargaining is welcome here great place to visit and of course to buy something for you and your loved ones.

The heart of the Market, Gangtok. You can get everything else here and mostly the signature of winter wears.

This is the best market in the town of Gangtok. Everything is available here from household items, clothing and accessories, vegetables, Cinema Hall, Banks, Big Bazaar, Pantaloons, Trends, Restaurants etc. Mahatma Gandhi Marg is just above this market which is a very good place to sit and relax. Really loved it.

Here You will get almost everything. Price is high if you can't bargain. Most of the tourist don't know that in night you will get a mesmerising view of the town from the roof of the market. You must visit

Gangtok’s well known retail market. Price is comparatively cheaper than MG Marg. But too much crowds.

Must visit place for local experience. This is where many locals buy stuffs from. Buy here instead of MG Market, as the prices are on he lower side and are open for bargaining. Kachenjunga market is nearby too, which has veggies to items made by local tribals.

Lal bazaar is the biggest shopping complex in Gangtok. You can get everything here, from vegetables to jackets, from paani-puri to shoes. Also from the roof of Lal bazaar complex, you can get the view of the city.
