Very good hotel with great front view of whole range of kanchenjanga.
Room (#3003 with balcony) and washroom were very spacious and well furnished.
Service is very prompt. Food is always prepared after placing order and very delicious and homely with sufficient quantity.
Great location near helipad for reasonable price. Highly Recommended.

Rooms are ok at this price range but the best part is the view. You can enjoy your meal with the kanchanjangha. Very beautiful ambience. They serve food little late because when you ordered the food then they make them and served you hot. And the test of the food is just awsm. A must go resort for me.

I travelled with my family on first week of June2023. Stayed in room 1003 & 2003. The rooms were very nice and spacious and has clear view of mt. Kanchenjunga. The food was very tasty and homely. Special thanks to Surojit da and his team for his help and hospitality.

Beautifully located in Upper Pelling, food is very good & most importantly, you can see Kanchanjangha from the hotel only.

Don’t believe the images posted by the owner. The property is not well maintained. I had to cancel my booking and find another hotel in pelling

We booked 4 rooms during our stay in Pelling for 4 nights in April, 2023. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, spacious and hygienic. The manager Surajit is very well behaved and courteous. All the staffs are very much cooperative and well mannered. We liked the food as well in their own Haldi Restaurant. You will get to experience the spectacular view of Mt. Kanchenjunga from the Room balcony itself. It is located in the Upper Pelling very close to the New Helipad Ground and besides Pelling Paragliding Spot. This is by far the best place in Pelling to stay with your loved ones!

Excellent staff. Great rooms. Superb hospitality. Especial thanks to the entire staff. Would highly recommend.

I will highly recommend this place as the food is excellent, the staff are super friendly and accomodating, the rooms are very clean and hygenic. I really enjoyed my stay and look fodward to going there again.

The hotel does not have any lift facilities. Our room was on 4th floor. Walking up and down every day in itself was very difficult, especially for the elders. The room service was provided only from 10 am to 4 pm. This is the time usually tourists tend to go out and explore places in that area thus making such services pointless. Any room service, be it small, after 4 pm was not provided. The breakfast was supposed buffet. However, we only got 2-3 dishes that suited us better.

Poor food in morning buffet fungi bread served. One person only dealing everywhere. Very rude talk and behaviour. Just washroom is ok so 1star for that. Otherwise very poor not deserve to right resort its lodge.one morething if your are familer with insects then its good.

First time visited Pelling in May 2022. A divine place indeed! The weather was salubrious and is definitely a bucket list destination. The Hotel is ideally located for witnessing the scenic beauty and we had a pleasant stay which offered a decent cuisine. Thanks to the untiring efforts of Mr. Abhirup (charming and ever ready to help) and team who made our stay memorable. A big thanks for giving us good vibes and memories to cherish. Keep up the good work.

We booked three rooms, during our stay at Pelling, and I have to say, the hotel along with their restaurant was worth every penny.
The rooms along with the bathrooms were extremely spacious, and the balconies would give you the perfect view of Kanchendzonga. A perfect leisure stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
About the location, it is located near the paragliding area, with not much necessary commodities available. A 10minutes walk to the main Upper Pelling area, to access ATM, Bakery, Cars etc.
Food: Haldi Restaurant serves you the licious food available. Basically home food, away from home. Atleast, that is what we preferred after a hectic sightseeing. Although, they serve other cuisines as well.
Staff: Everyone here, and I mean every single member of the Hotel is extremely polite, courteous and helpful, including the Manager.

Nice stay. Awesome location.rooms are spacious.clean.attached balcony is there with every room. Though we are unfortunate to miss the view of Mt. Kanchenzengha due to bad weather still the Sky walk with the Buddha statue is very pleasant to watch from our balcony specially in the evening.
Foods are good.buffet breakfast is nice with lots of variation.
Recommended to everyone who wants a luxurious stay at upper PELLING amongst the nature.

We enjoyed our stay at the fantastic hotel with great customer service experience.
Hotel was situated just next to the new helipad and a beautiful paragliding spot.
We can see the snow covered mountain just from our balcony.
We can even experience the 360 degree paranomic view of pelling from hotel itself.
And the best part was the food, the ‍ has magic in his hand, the great taste.

We stayed at this property for 2 nights this month. Awesome location, you can see Kanchanjunga from the balcony itself. Cozy, warm rooms will all facilities. Delicious food. And above all the service we got. Each person part of the staff are always ready to help you. You feel like at home. We were travelling with my elderly parents and my 8 years old kid. We all were made comfortable here. Keep it up. We will surely come back.

It is one of the most beautiful property in the location. Rooms are clean, staffs are well mannered, food is lipsmacking, view is awesome. Mr. Surojit is very much professional and humble and takes responsibility of everything and delivers it in an experience manners. Value for money. Highly Recommended. Location is good.room n service almost luxury.u may not spend much time in pelling so it should be fine.veg menu is limited.we dint try non neg.view is awesome.para gliding costing 5.5k per head is nearby.

This Is by far the best hotel with one of the best rooms at such a low price, if you take into account of all the luxurious rooms of hotel you will never get such rooms mixed with Sikkimese heritage and culture, You get more than what you actually paid for the room and service, and food is prepared through highly technologically equipped kitchen, and not to forget its heritage looks.

Superb property.
The property is very pretty and cosy. Food is great and a mix of global and local food. The most important and best part of the trip is the staff. Right from the General Manager to the Lobbyboy everybody seemed to have only one mission, guests comfort and happiness. It really showed. This is the most luxurious and comfortable stay in Pelling that's possible I believe. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place right in front of kachenjunga. Lovely room with all pine finished. Staffs are well groomed. Kitchen excellent. We were 5 people and they made us feel special.

Booked through oyo, but later come to know that they are not confirming booking done through oyo. We then booked directly at hotel and stayed in a separate lodge. It was very nice experience.they have pure veg restraunt inside which serve very tasty food. Staff was ver co-operative. Overall recommended for comfortable stay.

It's not that big property, but 8 room hotel, may be as per Pelling parameters. Basic facilities like heater are chargeable
But the services of the staff makes the stay good enough

The best thing is the closeness to helipad. The plain helipad provides marvellous view of sunrise a d around at 5-5.30 am

I booked this hotel through Oyo. But after visiting there I got to know that they have cancelled their tie up with Oyo since from 1st April 2019 and not taking any bookings from Oyo. But even then Oyo has not taken their hotel out of the list and causing inconvenience to people. Guys please don't book this resort through Oyo as it is no longer taking any bookings from Oyo. We got struggle till late night because of these bloody hotel and Oyo people.

Absolutely love this resort. It's highly underated though. Beautiful hotel with quite big rooms.it has a balcony and the bathrooms are very nice too. The service here is amazing along with the food which is delicious and not very expensive. The Room service is very fast too. The staff here are very friendly and overall this is an amazing place and must stay here when visiting pelling

Super palace and full supporting Staff and food was osm. No word about food. Chef Mr. Somen is very Talented person. I really thankful to mr. Soman to gave us Lajwaab Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
