The Royal Plaza, Gangtok

I stayed in The Royal Plaza for three days with my wife and Dr Shukla and Mrs Shukla and found the hotel to be one of the best with good nice and clean rooms. The hotel staff is very courteous and helpful to the guests specially Priyanka, suk Lhamu, Akriti and Karma are the assets of the hotel who took exceptional care of the guests

I came here to write a review after we stayed here for 3 Nights with a group of 60 people. As a tour manager I have seen many hotels in many locations, but this hotel and their services are different, they serve things with immense patience, gratitude and love. Our group was very much happy with this hotel.for this I would like to appreciate firstly Mr. Abhishek for his kind attitude and clear work mind at front office& his team members. Then Mr. Prabin Mukhya F&B manager, for his always alertness and impeccable patience at restaurant & his beautiful team members at restaurant Ms Suklahmu, Ms Aakruti, Ms Priyanka, Mr Pravin Rai and Karma Geley. I would also appreciate their House keeping team Ms Devi and all the departments for their smiley and kind service. I hope will soon meet you all. (Special Thanks to Chef.and his team for the all delicious food served during our stay).

Probably the worst management ever seen.
The hotel is on the verge of collapse.

Worst casino I have ever seen dont ever visit there they are theft dont have any rules and regulations and service is at its worst

Staff is really cooperative, but the management is very careless regarding lift repairs as it is not repaired from past 5 days, we have been moving up down 4 floors daily, food also is not up to the mark, really unsatisfied.

Good staff, rooms n service but no lift service which really created problems for senior citizens.food can be improved.
