Dear All, I attended interview for IT Recruiter position some months back. I find it very difficult to reach the location. It is located in Padur. Finally I reached vthe venue. As usual I completed my self introduction. After that recruitment manager said we are doing multiple interviews if your profile gets shortlisted will get back to you. I don't understand what's their expectation. Just for name sake they are doing interview. I am totally disappointed. They didn't ask any technical questions

Went for interview People were nice to candidates, But mostly reference will only make it happy.

Very very worst company, we gave demo our products to this people, they enjoyed without paying the amount, and still not attend my call and not respond my mails for order confirmation

I would really like to rate negative for their service. Our payment is due since more than a month and they (Oracle Practice Manager) are not responding to our messages and emails. This is really annoying to work with such type of companies. If payment is not credited soon then i will drop a legal note to them. Guys, be professional and maintain the transparency in the communication. I am really disheartened and sad to write this message.

They will give you lot of opportunity in projects. Management was so friendly and you can approach them easily for any support. 4i has given me lot of confidence to survive in any corporate company. If you join here definitely your skill will be improved automatically since 90% of the project is implementation project. Best platform for oracle products

They interview people for time pass and won't even share the feedback. If you are considering a person's profile and are asking to do some kind of assignment, you should at least have courtesy to give feedback about the assignment. Let it be positive or negative feedback. Don't waste others time if you have no intention to recruit.

I'm not astonished to see so many negative reviews about this company. Pity its employees.

I don't want to give even 1 star to this fake & worst company. Recently I attended an interview in this company. They informed me, I have seen selected & I should upload the documents. Till 2 weeks I didn't received any link. When I asked about it to the HR, she replied " The company wants only the male candidates & it is a travelling related job etc. ". I just got irritated by their way of behaviour. If u really want to hire male candidates then y shouldn't u mention it in job description or else before interview me. Don't play with the emotions & waste the time of job seekers at this pandemic time. Don't make us scapegoat. Guys plz aware of attending these kind of companies, they will interview us for their time pass?

This one of the worst companies, Mr. Saravanan Murugesan who is the CEO is of the company is not at all a good person, even if someone does not have a job its alright please do not work for 4i apps, The management is BAD, The HR is Worst, The projects are hopeless, the marketing team has gone with the wind, I request everyone NOT to work for this company. Saravanan Murugesan is a Very Very Very Bad person, Their policies are not employee friendly.

They replied to my mail denoting my rejection without reason but that too many of the companies are not doing.

Worst company, This company only for tamil people, they don't have respect for other state employees, every one speak in tamil only.
