We went here for 3 times to buy sweets and snacks to Christmas and New year when we were visiting friends. Never tasted. Last Sunday 6th January. We all from family went for breakfast. They were struggling to service because of lack of man power. Taste was also not very great.

Every time when we went to buy sweets. Some customer or the other were shouting at the staff and the customers were right. As the staff at Sweet counters were very very slow. And carrying very bad attitude.

Yesterday we bought Badhusha and Moti Laddu for a pooja at home. We just finished pooja and I ran to get the sweet box and very badly disappointed. Badhusha was so bad. Top layer was little crispy. Which isn't expected in a Badhusha. No taste at all. It was so blant. I lost the mood to eat sweet and didn't taste the laddu.

In this newly started restaurant.the main entrance is the sweet and snacks counter. So at least the man power here should be little warm.

Maybe teething issues. Still. Not expected out of OUR ALL TIME FAVOURITE A2B. Being from the same locality. I was very happy to welcome A2B to our locality. But A2B has to change dramatically

Likewise. When Annapoorna opened their new outlet on Mettupalayam Road. In Coimbatore. Our native. We went there with the same enthusiasm. We were not disappointed. It is as like any other Annapoorna

I recently bought sambar and curd rice from this branch through swiggy. I was shocked to see the quantity that hotel send me even though I ordered this item seperately not in combo option by paying more than 200 rs. I really doesn't want to further buy food from this chain due to high price and low quantity.

Worst service
They don't even have tissues for the customers.
Pricing is high but they don't provide tissues

Hectic experience here, ordered dosa and asked for chutney and waited for 20 minutes yet haven't got it, I need to remind the service person ti get things done,

Hospitality i would give them
0/10 they never care on people where you need to check with everyone wat to do and where to order.

Your food quality isn't important service quality is too required.

Disappointment from a2b, horrible experience, never suggest this a2b

Too much costly people! Poor service! Veg briyani is charged 170 that too spicy can't Even feed kid! Jangiri we bought from here is too old! Selling products that are about to expire

Poor hygiene and pathetic service. Found hair in the chat I ordered. Many dishes shown in the menu but not available in actual.

Haven’t seen a a2b in this worried situation it use to be clean and neat but this brach isn’t that category even there was no water tap working since two times i found everything was same you should carry water from a drum and use for hand wash, Menu should be said plenty of times if you wait just by ordering once it wil never be served they will ask what you want and then they will forget and move on, servers aren’t active place should be kept more clean.

Expensive.lime juice costs above 60 rupees.horrible.other juices around 80 rupees.
Angry male cashier.poor service.must improve.low category servers.to attract customers prices should be reduced and good servers should be appointed.

As usual. STD Quality, Snacks like mixer and mutukku and all they offered loose pack, now they all converted into pack.previously we got fresh one, now all packed for longer duration.now itz all preservative food.

Expensive. There are better places around. A2B is cheaper in other cities like Bangalore, not sure why prices are jacked up in Chennai.

Ambience is not good.we had breakfast, but nothing was available there except dosa. Not like other a2b. All the sweets also looks old

Reached A2B at 8: 35 pm today. The table wasn’t cleaned all the plates were on the table those who ate before us. Waited for 15mins for someone to take an order. None came and the cx who came with us left with anger. Still my daughter was hungry we waited and ordered and got dosa after 20mins of wait. In the hotel only we were the cx. Poor service.

A decent sweet and savouries shop at Ayapakkam. Recently they started the inside restaurant which is most awaited.

They maintain the quality for thier brand. Good space inside/outside to have food. Parking for bikes and cars are available in front of the restaurant.

May not be the weekend family restaurant but good to have.

AAB opened here recently, though it is in small place with limited menu, the tase is good. It is good news for Ayapakkam resident as we don't have very decent and good hotels near by until now.

Worst place ever, horrible service, I had ordered two items, they only served the first dish, the other one was not served until 30mins, and after that I was served with the wrong dish. They gave small petty excuses for the wrong order. There was no proper communication in Between the staffs. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant experience.

The overall experience was Pathetic, It's absolutely shocking to see how a reputed brand in the south of India could be so horrible in terms of service. None of the staffs catered to me, I had ordered one thing and was served with something else, the staffs cited miscommunication as a reason, in fact there is no communication at all. (Honestly I gave one star this particular restaurant, cuz there is nothing less than a star)

Worst customer service. Ordered something and they wanted to get something else as another customer without billing took the product first and then came for the billing. Very dissatisfied. Had to cancel the order partially.
