Worst every A2B that i have ever went. The staffs are very care free and service less attitude. Every time i go there and order a food, they say it’s not available. Morning 8 o clock u go, and they say idly is not available … during one Saturday, at 2: pm they saying meals not available and they were just soaking rice n asked to wait. The other days sweets are just old n they did not fill up the new socks and asked me to buy something else. They won’t even serve water and parking security is helpless.
Please know what business ur doing and whom to keep in charge in service. Worst outlet.
Very Small kitchen, over crowd and long queue. Avoid if you are hungry after 8.30 P. M most of the items would have been exhausted and left with one or two options.
Feed back on Gerugambakkam branch. A big chain of restaurant saying when POS device is not working they don't have any QR code or UPI I'd for payment. Seems weird in the age of street vendors accepting digital payments. Food is just ok.
Ordered the thali. It was really good, especially the payasam that came with it. The servers were helpful and quick. The sweets and savouries counter was well stocked and convenient.
Worst Experience especially service basic thing for drinking water need to keep a glass in the table that is also not followed, when I asked the service person he says sometimes it happens please adjust. Worst and worst service not only in this location almost majority is like this. When I ask for dosa service person says Mushroom and masala dosa Is available plain dosai not available
People working in sweets and savouries counter don't even bother to ask what you want.they just behave as if they didn't see you at all. Poor service just like any other A2B. Please do something about your service and train your staff to be polite.
Taste of the food is good … but always 3+ bee dead on the table.no tissues papers maintained on the table… suppliers said use toilet paper instead of tissue paper it seems like a local hotel … bike parking facilities good but 2 cars only park at a time… sometimes orders takes to much too time… tea taste is bitter sometimes…
This branch will spoil A2B reputation. Food taste & quality is worst. Service is bad. A2B management has to wakeup on this branch.it seems to be local hotel with A2B price, highly disappointed
Very well maintained place but there is always crowd there so best is you won't go in peak hours special traffic also waiting for you. But although the dishes are really great and their signature Indian sweets too.
They will always tell there is no idly. You go at 8 am no idly, you go at 10 am no idly. And they will make you buy other items like dosa. This a cheap tactics they play. I am seeing if this issue can be complained and made public so thay people know your cheap mentality. Why dont you remove idly from your menu? From 8 am across 10pm you dont even cook idly no why dont youremove it. I ordered a gheee dosai and i got it after40 mins. The person who took the order was so rude. Since its a rural branch may be they are following to say No Idly to make more profit.cheapest behaviour
It's a small outlet with around 6-7 tables. We had Sambhar rice - taste was good with lot of vegetables Veg dum biryani - nice taste and good quantity Baby corn manchurian dry - decent quantity and the taste was really nice
They won't provide bill for exact items ordered. Instead they bill some other item of same value saying that the ordered items is out of stock and sneak in a few extra items in between. Always check your bill before paying. They are notorious for this practice since it happened to me on multiple times.
