Service is very bad and option available in menu card of soups especially during lunch is minimal not at all satisfied as they say not available at any time, in this branch I am not sure why they won't allow ppl to sit inside the fine dine in as they suggest us to sit outside even if it's not crowded,
Today went to A2B pallikaranai branch for lunch where flies are found in the food served to me, when I raised a question regarding this i was offered compensation which I declined moreover I am worried about childrens who are also having lunch. Since it is health related factors kindly look in to this for maintaining hygiene.
Worst place… being a regular customer to A2B, worst experience.nothing they care to customer.even you sit for an hour, no one will ask what for you sitting.
Looks, they have more business.no need of anymore customers.
We were traveling out of Chennai and planned our breakfast here, and regret doing it now. The place was chaos. Tried to order few things but the man at counter informed they got only plain Dosa! Out of options we ordered, took about 20 mins to get the pathetic Dosa. Here is the silver lining, it's all self service and you need to fight to get your order. Asked for water which was given after 15 mins. Never going there ever again. Just next 2 mins is Sangeetha. Suggest to stop there.
I ve been here to buy fruits and vegetables they have all variety fresh and good. This branch is at Pallikaranai not all the branches have fruits and vegetable shop

Only Sweets and snacks are good. But food is not great. Service quality is degrading day by day. Owner should visit the restaurant as guest in a busy morning then they will understand the customers pain. It is better to go near by S***t*a hotel. Free road side car and bike parking.
Visited 26-Aug-23. Found hair in the onion utthapam served. Got it replaced as it was being highlighted. Only positive about this franchise is the restaurent is on roadside and good parking space. Even its centralised AC, the cooling condition is bad. Staffs are somewhat lethargic and not a positive experience. I can post the photos if needed for the above problem found in the food. I would not suggest this place to anyone as it has spoiled my dining experience with family.
Good place for dine out for families. Nice ambience, parking facilities etc. It also has an attached fruits and vegetables store named A2B Greens. So there is a combined dining and shopping experience.
Very worst.found an insect in pongal but they don't even bother about that one.they simply said they will replace the cup for me.everyone is eating the same item only.they don't stop to serve that item. It's absolutely non veg hotel.
Negative points: - serving: not best as usual for A2B - food quality: average - attitude of server is pathetic. They treat you as if you are eating there for free - most of the tables set as self service
My experience: - lunch: it's not hot even though we went during the proper lunch time. Had to wait a lot. Server said rice not available, papad not available. Sitting space is not convenient.
- breakfast: went around 10 am. Only dosa and Pongal available. No Vada.
- hygiene: a person was hitting insects with the mosquito bat when people were having food on the other side.
Too many people.crowded.took long.only one billing counter.only one swiping machine.horrible fruit juice. Ver costly 110 for sweet lime juice.had to throw it
