Service should be - not even 1 star improvise your service better or else you will be an a other HSB in another 5 years mark my words.

With previous experience should not have gone to this place. Went to this place for breakfast at 9 and had to wait for 15 min to realize that nobody attended the next table who had come before me. The best option was to walk out silently.

If you're looking for a peaceful place to eat, this is not the place for you.

After multiple tries to not quit, the day has finally come with their extremely poor service quality and negligence of management and not heeding to customer complaints, this place became my everyday eatery to something i visit occasionally to finally decided to never return.

Waited for 20+ minutes for the order to be taken on multiple occasions. Have raised concerns about the same with the at store management and with other higher ranks, this place doesn't seem to change at all.

A supervisor Mr. Elumalai has the audacity to tell a customer his name when the customer was complaining about the poor service and that she'd complain to the management about the same.

The other supervisor Mr. Raja Rajan is so good at ignoring the customers by pretending to be busy.

The waiters are also so lethargic except for a few.

Since I'm a regular from 2018, i tried to put up with it. Losing my patience overall.

It's okay, parotas is not as good as fresh, other wise pl sit under a fan even though you will feel sweet, little salty in dosa.

Worst service. Not interested to do service. Very careless. Reported to Manager Chandrasekar but he too not interested to do any action and support their staff behaviour and I request the higher Management of A2B to instruct the manager to do his duty to keep the brand name in good manner and not to spoil it. He is not fit to be a Manager as far as customer feedback

The food we ate there was good.but I took parcel of paneer Manchurian fr my daughter.they had packed old paneer, which was so rubbery and chewy.had to cut the pieces with knife.such callous attitude.

A2B is our favourite Veg restaurant. We usually go there for dinner. They have a wide variety of food, sweets and snacks. They have a unique and authentic taste for their products. Have ample space for parking and dining. Always provide good hospitality for their customers. I would recommend it for all-time go for vegetarians.

Parotta kurma is great, had a mini meal too. Quantity is sufficient and Quality is also good. Parotta were soft and flaky. Quiet authentic and budget friendly.

Exclusive indian sweets stall restaurant attached. Party packs are available at the cost of 55 rs.) per pack. With one kaju katli and 50 GM's of madras mixture.

Typical A2B with all south indian snacks, savouries. Parking 4 wheeler will be challenging during busy traffic hours as one has to park in the narrow, busy road outside which incidentally is a place of bus stop.

The food is good. However, the seating was not available. We had to stand the whole time. Service is also reasonable. Overall not a great restaurant. But it's a great place to just grab some snacks.

Great taste, but extremely poor and slow service. The staff in billing has no idea about what is available and what is not available. Had to wait more than 30 mins for getting my order.

There's no other branch of A2B restaurant just around the area so this is significant. Price varieties of snacks chats breakfast tiffin lunch service etc is reproduction of any other branch. So nothing specific to say. But at times more footfall that could not be matched with service. Disable friendly entrance parking centrally located area, restroom, takeaway - YES.

Deleous variety of sweets and savories they have. Items sold are fresh and taste really nice. Price is little bit higher

My 5 stars is for the mini tiffin.the kesari was semma.my huge disappointment is whenever we order sweets, A2B doesn’t seal the parcel or make it tamper free and most of the time the delivery guy from Swiggy happily picks a small piece of sweet off the box.which brings up the concern on the hygiene of the product that gets delivered after being tampered. Quality of the sweets is always good at A2B but the packed savouries did not meet my expectation like previously.

A2B as it's called doesn't need reviews as such. The place is popular by itself. This is one of those places which are functional and you can go there anytime of the day to get a quick bite. Savouries, sweets, dosa/idly or bhajjis they've got it all. Their tea and coffee are equally good.

Reasonable quality sweets and snacks. But charging additional gst after price is not acceptable. They should consider waving that.

Good products and service. Nice accommodation. Clean and hygienic.
Well placed in central area.
