Adyar Ananda Bhavan A2B Veg Restaurant - Vadapalani, Chennai

We odered one rava dosa (oily) and pongal (quantity is less) and two coffee (good) overall taste is average the sambar is sweet, coconut chutney is good. Finally price of this items is 280/-. I didn't recommend this hotel for telugu people.

I've been to many different branches of A2B, but this place isn't upto mark.

*To begin with, the ambience was so poor. The air conditioner makes noise which kind of disturbs our mood.

#The service was good. The waiter provided good suggestions which made us choose better

# the coffee provided was filled with cream strands which actually ruined my experience.

*the place was so filled with stock items and the seats were all filled with plates anf stuff.

So overall my experience in this outlet was pure disappointment.

Looks like this outlet does a lot of delivery than dine in.

If possible please upgrade to few more variety of sweets and some chat items too.taste wise you guys are best for a vegetarian.

Bought Paneer Jamun on 15aug2021 evening at Vadapalani outlet. The sweet got spoiled within 2 days and there are fungi all over the sweet. The quality of the sweet is worse and within 2 days the sweet had fungi. Imagine if we had consumed it. Worst quality. Not planning to buy from AAB going forward. Should give 0 stars but option not available.

Very good place for vegetarian food especially South Indian. The ambience is small and satisfactory. Had vada Pongal, ghee dosa, poori masala! Probably one of the restaurant which is picking up samekinda taste and quality as they serviced pre covid, The customer service is good, Overall, COVID guidelines was followed

Rest room is not clean, and even flish is not working. Tap water for hand wash is not available. Water is kept in a tray for washing our hands.

Very many options are available.

Need to bring down the cost of sweets as now a days everyone started increasing the prices.

Start to end no clearance, all the food containers kept on the table. They clear it after tips only.

If we want taste tamilnadu spl items like pongal, dosa, sambar vada etc, this place has been my first choice. Bit costly but worth it.

It's situated in prime location in Vadapalani. Tried only breakfast which was good. Parking area is not great. Staff were good and hue collection of sweets available. Almost everything is costly.

Food is very tastier.but rate is little higher side.sufficing place for sitting and eating with family and friends. Parking is there but only for two cars.

If you are planning to buy sweets or snacks here, be sure you have a whole day ready to just wait there. You have to wait 30 minutes just to get someone pack your order. The fact that there are 10 people in a 15 feet long counter who can't even serve 7 people quickly and efficiently tells you a lot about this store.

An old guy near me was trying to get Mysore Pak for 500 grams. He was trying to get someone in the counter to pack it but no one would listen to him. He was there before me and when I left he was still yelling at them to get his order taken.

I totally recommend not going here if you don't have time to just look at inefficiency and redundancy at work.

Savouri is available afresh. We can buy minimum quantities unlike other places where we cannot buy less than quarter kilogram.

Nice place to have vegan food decent one at reasonable rates. Snacks are also available and the place is situated in the main road and attracts lot of customers.

Full of flies, hand wash area was fully dumbed with things, have to wait long time for food serving and for car parking, parking was difficult.sad to say i think a2b is losing their wonderful name through this branch

Basically Sweets shop but restaurant is also attached. Lots of varities of sweets and savouries. Restaurant not very many choices. Sweets and savouries are expensive.

Very bad experience. I have never tasted this kind of worst meals in any of the A2B branches. Strongly recommend to desist visiting this restaurant.

Very good place for vegetarians who opt for south indian food. Their mushroom masala dosa is very good.

Staff asked me to get up from table after ordering the food because 3 people wanted to sit together on the table.

Taste and Quality of the food is very good. But the CUSTOMER SERVICE is VERY POOR. Faced a disappointing scenario of waiting there for almost 15 min without even anyone attending the table[1st floor] though we've called the waiter several times.
P. S. I am a regular customer of this hotel. Yet I've faced this issue.

Very good place to have food. The rate was very much affordable. The food was very tasty and waiters was well cooperating. The waiting time was very less. They are providing their fud in plaintain leaf so the food become mire tasty when served in leaf. They have variey of sweet collection and it was also delicious. Their service is also available in ubereats.

Wonderful place, amazing veg food. If you're looking for North Indian food this is probably the best place. Plus it is pocket friendly and you never get disappointed. They also have the sweets corner here and those are also really delicious. The charts are also to good. This is a must try place.

Good collection of sweets and savouries and also ready made pickles, powders and mixes. Visiting this shop is a must in my chennai itinerary.

This is a busy store, so there is a lot of foot traffic. Obviously upkeep of this place, can be better. Especially keeping flies away. Place has a restaurant attached, which is painfully slow. Food and sweets taste ok.

Very very worst service, Appalam was not crispy and when asked to change they say it cannot be changed, Rice was damn cold and half boiled

A medium sized vegetarian restaurant.variety of swwets and savoury are also available. Moderate pricing. Quality of items served is good.

Their quality of sweets and snacks has been the same for years. The items are pricey. Their service is very fast and the billing gets done in a few seconds. Parking can be problem if you're driving a car because there isn't much space in front of the store.

I booked a uber cab from here. The driver didn't turn up. But I am levied Rs. 30 AS if I cancelled the cab/I was not there.
This is bitter experience I had not once, but of late thrice. Very novel digital fraud.

Very poor service.no menu cards & the server not interested in listing out the available items. A2B is losing its quality.just the name remains. This is the second one i'm reviewing in just a matter of 20days. & two different areas.but experience has not been good.

Food quality is ok. Not up to the mark of other adyar anandha bhavan. Location is in prime area. Almost no parking facility. In any means, food taste better than the other nearby veg restaurant s. Best place to grab some sweets and savouries. Sweet kozhukattai is at the best. You may get it in between 3 to 5pm.

Good hotel. Hygienic. Famous for its Sweets & Savouries. Most of the whole visit their relatives at foreign countries carry parcels of Adayar Ananda Bhavan of all types of Paruppu Podi, Varieties of Pickles.
