Must try the shawrma roll. It is actually good. But the worst part is you have to make a long wait for the parcel. They take solid 15 to 20 mins easily
Well this place isn't for biryani lovers, the biryani tastes like normal rice. Both chicken and mutton weren't nice and they tasted similar. BBQ Chicken was over cooked and was horrible.
1. Taste was good. 2. Many Varieties were there. 3. Parking space was there. 4. Environment was kept clean. 5. Service was good and we didn't have to wait even though it was crowded. 6. Price was bit high and that's the only disadvantage.
I had plain Naan and butter chicken gravy. Worth it but the chicken pieces could have been more in quantity. Rest, the place is good to have food at anytime.
I just writing this review only for their love and affection of owner We went as a family n ordered for soup, Fried rice, Naan with chickens curry @ a shawarma. Soup was tidy and we found a powder smell on it. We had some part of soup meanwhile we got shawarma. While serving the waiter enquired “is there anything wrong with the soup” I politely tell that it has some smell, we didn’t liked it.waiter alerted the cashier table as well to the kitchen. 3 to 4 people was came including the owner &made the apology n enquired what’s went wrong. We had the rest items was tasteful n the portions was also good. They made attention towards the customer words make me as a regular customer to them
Today, first time we went to alreef hotel as family. Briyani, flooda and shwarma was good. We have ordered prawn fried rice which was not cooked properly, the raw smell was heavy. I had one spoon of it and spit it next minute. I have informed the same to manager but he never agree it, at first he said will reduce in bill but never did it. He kept on arguing with me at last we paid the bill for the disaster too and left the hotel. Please don't give a try on this hotel.
Good food and Budget friendly, liked their Schezwan fried rice, had a lil but of smoky flavour but went well with their dragon chicken, soup and other chicken dishes are also good
One of my favorite restaurants in Chennai. Food quality was high when ever I dinned here. Price might looks bit high, but it's always worth the money. I suggest to try the Chicken Pepper Barbeque, which will definitely fill your heart too.
It's panasian restaurant. Chinese, Tandoori, Arabian are available. All items are tasty and of good quality. Air conditioned, neat and tidy. With wash area and restroom. Perfect dine out for a family or a couple. No SPL kids menu. A good multi-cuisine restaurant in Keelkattalai.
Worst hotel that I have ever gone. Always once in a month I use to take my family but this time service is pathetic Food bad to the core overall worst.
I have ordered Kerala Paratta and Paalak Paneer. Both the dishes disappointed utterly. First, paratta was hard and found the flour used to be stale while Palak Paneer was even worse. The paneer is frozen and had been probably kept unused for time immemorial. They did rebranding their hotel but failed miserably to make the food served to speak for itself. So sad. I made a bad choice.
The ambiance and cleanliness is well maintained, you will feel valued while getting your food delivered. Worth for the money and time you spend over there.
Non veg food was good. Staff was very polite n helpful. Orders are delivered quickly no need to wait for hours like in some places.ambience is also very good. Ample parking space and shop is located very near to keelkatalai busstop
Not even one server to take care of a customer who has come to take his dinner feeling hunger entered at 10pm.absolutely no one responded inclusive of the cashier.to respond.towards the customer.pathetic and the customer walked away.informing the cashier who was in real dream.on a peak saturday. Customer is me who is regular to Alreef kilkttai for years since inception. I was really stonned.today. I will never visit Alreef henceforth.
It's place we will dine once in three months, we love the way respect us as we once had issue with the food but been handled by the chef in a very good manner and they treat children's with care once my son broke a glass but still they us in good manner and understood he a kid.
Renewed the place n the ambience looks good. The people who serve food should be little more smart in terms of handling the crowd. When there is too much of crowd they really miss people request. May be the mgmt should assign tables for them to take care. Taste, food quality is good n price is also reasonable.
The quality has become bad and experienced the same at last two times. On 17/11 the mutton briyani was very salty with half cooked rice and the mutton pieces were fried in oil. The mutton pieces were not boiled well. So the briyani was not typically cooked one, seemed items were cooked separately and mixed to make up for the order. This is very unacceptable. It is not worth for the cost 210. The taste also have come down. Not happy with quality now.
It's a calm place to dine out. Well organized, fairly priced and well mannered staff. The taste is above average and the waiting period is minimal. A very good experience overall.
Two stars only for their pepper bbq. Briyani is acceptable. Veg fried rice is like normal boiled rice. Very dry and cannot eat. Not sure how they are serving it to their customers.
We bought Shezwan fried rice and grilled chicken. Both are worst worst worst. Gilled chicken not at all boiled. We just thrown it away without eating. Shezwan fried rice we had was worst. They just spread some chilli powder on the rice and gave it to us. That Raw smell taste. Oh shiiiiiii. I cannot give less than 1 star
Would have given minus rating if it was there. Went there with my family. Really a cosy place, great ambience. But when it came to food.
Ordered grilled chicken as starter. It was succulent and good.
For main course we ordered spl mixed fried rice. Got a bowl full of rice with little meat and no egg. Even no spring onions.
They forgot our second main course. The alreef spl chicken biryani. Then after we asked for it we got it. Then we realised we should not have ordered for it. The biryani was sweet. When asked for it the waiters reply was yes the biryani is supposed to be sweet. I have no where eaten a sweet biryani. It would have been good for a dessert. Atleast the waiter should have mentioned that the biryani would be sweet, (dont ever order for that biryani)
Worst experiance among Alreefs. Briyani tastes like tomato rice. Drangon chicken is like dragon, very dry.xpecially grill chicken is very worst and felt like frozen and very fleshy.
