Saranraj has taken care of all the menus are explained well before ordering and service is good

Had non-veg meals and a mutton biryani with naatukozhi chettinad. Was good by quality and quantity wise, but what was our most expectation is, for charging this rate if a small piece was provided on the curries (kulambu) would be fulfilled for paying, the curries stays neutral until someone mentions that, Other than that okay. Service was very good and the waiter EDWIN cared for us responsible.

Good place for non veg in Medavakkam
Compared to thalapakatti, we prefer this one

I ordered one chettinad chicken gravy they charge 350 rupees but they served without chicken only empty gravy only they given our money is not worthy they are very stingy even thought 1kg of chicken is 250 rupees but they con't able to serve single chicken pieces waste of money don't order anjappar branches

Anjappar medavakkam branch service was veer prompt food was yummy specially Thokku briyani was excellent

I personally like this place. Especially I'm a big fan of chicken thandhoori. Not a big fan of Fish finger it could be better

Dragon chicken is good here. Had grilled chicken and biriyani also. Grilled chicken is bit costly. Finger fish also good. Ambience is nice. Due to metro work, traffic could be there in front of the restaurant.

Waiting for almost 20mins to get a table and then waiting 30 mins still waiting for the food. No banana leaf for meals and giving stinky plates. If you are hungry don’t come here and you will get more angry also chance you would have kill some one for poor managemen for not providing food.after all these we didn’t eat and came out

Very poor taste, the cost is very huge for the food taste they are offering, i have deleted this hotel from my fav list.

Recently I had my son's first birthday celebration and their service was very good. They were able to handle easily 100 people and the food was well prepared, good and nicely served in buffet. Recommending this party hall for 50 to 100 people. Parking service is also good.

This restaurant was our family favorite restaurant. Taste was amazing and limited spicy. Kids are definitely liked. Because while comparing to other hotel this was very comfortable for digestion of my kids. Very affordable price and very well good service.every day there ll be spl item in non veg

Actually it was raining. We searched for restaurants where we park and get out without getting drenched in the rain. Found out anjappar parking was done by a parking person. Parking person parked and he got drenched and given a token. Lift available so got easily to the 2nd floor where the restaurant was there. The ambience was so nice. We ordered food and it reached within a few minutes. Which is good. The food tasted good. Service was also nice. Sure can visit.

Good restaurant. Except it s spice. The chicken tandoori had an authentic spice in it and was overall good. Kalaki was also a ok dish to try.

Crab gravy was great and vanjaram fish was good but still a little dry.

Good food but only drawback need to wait a lot for parcel. I visited 2 times both the time it took more time for the parcel

Recently attended Ear boring function of a relative of mine on a Sunday the 27th of August 2023.

Everything was reasonably Good, but for the more and most important requisite - Food.

Wouldn't know if budget played a part or the normal quality of food provided during these kind of functions are of the same standard as I experienced. Vegetarian food was not upto the mark for a branded hotel especially boasting in the name of Chettinad cuisine.

Wish the hotel authorities pay more attention to food, which is primary along with the free hall provided for 3 -4 hours, being charged 1.5lakhs in total for a group of around 50 members. Hope the authorities stepup to cover this flaw which in turn will only enhance their business in this competitive business.

Hotel proximity is ideal at the Medawakkam - Velachery - Tambram intersection.

The sewerage had opened up on that particular day in the car park area near the lift which left a disgusting smell and caused discomfort.

Ordered egg biryani. Too low quantity. Not even enough for a kid. Absolutely cheating customers. Never order from this restaurant.

The food was average not up to the mark. We had chicken and mutton biryani and both are average.

Very expensive.
For a 150g (exactly) chicken varuval they charge Rs260. Could it really cost so much considering their cost of operations (rents, commercial taxes, salaries, statutory requirements, utilities cost, raw materials,)
Unable to see the reasons for the cost when the ingredients are all almost local.
I was a patron of Anjappar since year 2002, remember I started in Pondy bazaar.
Definitely eating in such eateries are not pleasure any more but luxury.
Probably they need to work out a competitive rate card for dining-in and take away.

Have been visiting this place for many years on a rare basis. The food here is never disappointing. The briyani is always a go-to food for me.

Food was low Average Not worth for the Money. Briyani and paroto are the very worst especially in this branch.crab and chickn chukka Quantity is very less not worth for the money

Nice place to have dinner with Family.
We see the delicious south Indian food and chinese, BBQ.
