I Will explain my experience straightforward.randomly 2years bond. Shift timmings 1pm to 10pm. And annual salary here 3-4L per annum. First 3 months training period. Communication skills must for walking interview. In gd around 40 members attended and you will get 1 minute of time for discussion.

As a fresher this is a right place to start your career and also learn lot of new things within in a minimum period of time. They treated everyone are equal and they have a good working environment.

This is a perfect place to build our career as software developer. It is one of the best place for interns.

Avasoft is my first company - good place to learn nice place to work. Management supports you on your future guidance. I have been working here for an year and I am working as an Business Development Executive we have more women's in our team, Though we all are working on Night shift which means US shift, we have no issues on our saftey and also we feel happy about the work culture followed here. If you are looking start your career or Restart your career fresh then i would say it is the best place where you can Learn, Grow and Earn.

Their recruitment is only based on Consultancy so that both of them get benefitted! I have applied more than 10 times
but i didnt get any response. But my friend got response even in the first apply because he went through consultancy. Finally they accepted my request and in first round (Group Discussion), i get rejected even though I have said relevant points. Totally 10 students in my group and none of them were selected except a guy (who attended the GD via consultancy). Don't know why, most of the companies playing with fresher's life.

Bad experience with hr. They sent me a interview letter for group discussion and i have contacted with hr about the group discussion. He told me that im not eligible. Then y did they sent interview letter

I've completed GD, technical 1 round. In final round I got rejected. They said since it is US based company I'm not having enough communication level to work with them. I have skills and knowledge, and upto fresher level I have enough communication to speak. Im totally not satisfied with the process. I was like dreaming to work with them but now it's over.

Very bad interview experience. They are conducting the interview like passing cloud. I am getting same allegation from my circle and friends.
And I comes to know about the working culture also very pressurised.

Company seems to be nice ambient, but the interview process is not transparent, they hired for qa trainee didn't mention whether it is manual or automation, I'm basically from automation domain fresher but the questions all asked from manual testing I managed to answer it clearly except very few. I really feel that much of knowledge is enough for trainee qa. But one commonly asked question in this company if you're really good at communication is are you willing to join BD Team o, not once but twice it was just a bitter experience

Went for an interview. The place seems to look smaller, but when you get inside, it's large enough. Consists of blocks, like namely alpha, beta.

Once visited there for meet-up event. Looked awesome place. A lot of facilities for their employees.

One of the worest experience and I was waste time here. Inside environment was ok but they won't give a proper response for us mostly they took an interview per day 1 round and after 2nd 3nd round they told us u got selected for CEO round we will call but they didn't call us we need to wait wait wait we will never got the result. This review Not for insulting ur company This is A candidates feeling I came to Ur company 3-4 time for my 1 interview I got this same review from previous people who attended the interview in Ur company if Ur needed the experience mean post Ur requirements in the way u needed. From my review u people can understand and I'm Sorry if say anything wrong manner And Thank You So much for your interview process please change that and please don't play with candidate to wasting there time

They don't know how to conduct interview and how to select a candidate. If you find the candidates not suitable you can find in their resume itself. Then on the interview discussion they are saying you are not suitable for the job.

Very Worst interview process.
Mr. Jayaraman told me that I left only with final round of interview.
I am calling him now but he is not responding properly.
Being HR it is very important to intimate whether we are selected or not.
Even if we are not selected please let us know.
Behave like professional people.

I came for testing role.we should keep on waiting no intimation about wat time interview happens.we should wait from 12 to 8 if selected, next day he will say to be at 5 in eve and we should keep on waiting waiting. They want slaves who works for least salary. I don't know why everyone except a fresher to be a slave.ridiculous.interview timing really worst.

I think they have no idea of recruiting candidates, they are simply wasting our time, after n number of rounds (includes only technical and hr rounds) they will tell you that u r not confident enough bla bla like tat and this entire process prolongs for two three days.my doubt is that if u know that a candidate is not fit for the role or not confident enough u will know in the first round itself or may be in the second round tell us there itself don't ask us to come on other day. Dont waste our time that's it**cheaters**

Very worst interview process. I waited for more than 5 hours and left the company without attending the first round itself.

My personal opinion with avasoft is positive. Because i joined as a trainee software engg a month before and within this 30 days i came to know the actual process of developing software and I'm happy with their training process. Now kick starting my programmer journey from today. So far they thought me the process, now going into the actual dev part. Little nervous and excited about the dev war. Company is good to learn. Interviewers are linient but the bad thing is that they want freshers to sign a agreement of and first 6months salary will be very less.

I am working with AVASOFT as a lead engineer for 2 years. The company has been constantly maintaining infrastructure of high standards. Worst Interview Ever i Seen.for First Round U have 3hr.i went onto the company at 11.00, but conducted first Round 2.00 clock after the first Round aptitude again have to wait one and half hour.then Technical Round.first Question Kind of bargaining per Month 6000 or 7000 and Three Yr bond If Okk Mean Nxt Qestion or else U may leave.very Rude behaviour he dont know how sit and talk wid fresher Eating snacks while asking Question.
