Nice place to work in, it's in the best place with easy access to many shopping malls. Easy to get to via public transport.

On boarding formalities are very bad and they didn't follow any sort of procedure. The HR's are very irresponsible. The office is also very small

The place and Infrastructure is good and the campus is surrounded by trees which makes it a pleasant place. Overall a good experience

Capgemini was founded by Serge Kampf in 1967 as an enterprise management and data processing company. The company was inaugurated as the Société pour la Gestion de l'Entreprise et le Traitement de l'Information  (Sogeti).

In 1974 Sogeti acquired Gemini Computers Systems, a US company based in New York. In 1975, having made two major acquisitions of CAP and Gemini Computer Systems, and following resolution of a dispute with the similarly-named CAP UK over the international use of the name 'CAP', Sogeti renamed itself as CAP Gemini Sogeti.

Cap Gemini Sogeti launched US operations in 1981, following the acquisition of Milwaukee-based DASD Corporation, specializing in data conversion and employing 500 people in 20 branches throughout the US. Following this acquisition, The U. S. Operation was known as Cap Gemini DASD.

In 1996, the name was simplified to Cap Gemini with a new group logo. All operating companies worldwide were re-branded to operate as Cap Gemini.

Good place to work but hike providing for their hard working employees is not appreciable, there won't be any financial environment for the employees who did bachelor degrees. Salary is very less for bachelor degree holders

Is this company is good for the Freshers? Starting who are from Telengana and AP because the weather condition is not good a lot of humidity i found here so.

Doesn't provide promotion or hike. They only provide for those they like. What ever the work which you did, the credit won't comes to you. It's Always go to someone who's not that part. If any of the fresher or new person came up with an idea or solution even if its suitable or not, we need to know what they come up with. They don't care of it and always dominant your work. They won't appreciate or provide more credits to your work as I said earlier. If you balance then you will work for sure. Otherwise focus on your goal and try to compensate with some other.
