What's the problem in using laptop in cafeteria. I purchased food i have bill and why it's not allowed. Am i taking power from your socket not ryt. Then what's the reason. Poor managing fellows.

Very easy access from metro. So good to spend some time here for kids playing and some self time

Its very good mall to visit with family and children. Located near Vadapalani Metro station and also nearby to Vadapalani Bus stand. PVR theatre is also inside the mall. Food court is available.

Parking area is huge but it is always occupied so cars have to go minimum 3 floors above to park.

Mall is cleanly maintained.

Lot of shops (both foreign branded and Indian origin shops) - price wise definitely costly compared to outside.

Kids friendly place.

Restaurants - lot of options available but always crowded and over priced.

Palazzo Theatre's restrooms were great and theatre itself cool and it's your exact typical one, which will you experience at every mall
We just watched quiet place 2 and didn't explored much over there so i can't give a review or share my experience of it.

Located near Vadapalani junction. Nicely maintained.

All the Major brands available here. Including PVR cinema complex.

Parking is little cumbersome and confusing. Also the ramps between the floors are very narrow and we have to be very careful while going up or down. Big cars like SUVs may get damaged due to that.

Wort costumer service, they will treat u good untile u buy once u buy stuffs they will show there real face, pls don't go here

Very worst they are traeting the visitors as worst in food court not allowing to in there for more than two hours comparing

I had carried at eatable item along with me. I understand every mall has their own rules and regulations which the customers are not aware of. In that was they did not allow me to carry the cake I had with me. I requested the security team hold it untill I came back they denied my request and litrealy asked me to leave the place as I had a small cake box. I am not sure if we are in 2021.is this the way to treat customers. The worst behaviour I had taken till date

I love Forum mall because of the spar super market.where you get all the things u need.at affordable rate and with good quality things. Highly recommended

Medium size mall (like skywalk). Cafeteria is oaky. Not much options. Ground floor is congested. Tasmac available. All Food FDIs (McD, burger king, pizza hut, Domino's) available.

Forum Mall has lost half of its crowd as people started visiting VR mall. As it is less crowded, it is kind of calm to spend some time I would say. They have renovated the food court and I am in love with it. It’s awesome. The palazzo is as usual great. They are following all the precautions required for covid.

That was awesome ambience and clean while entering the mall faculty members have to check our body temperature and then allow. Maintenance was good

It's good place to spend one full day inside the mall. Have lot of options to do with your friends or loved once. Shopping for clothes in max, lifestyle, and for household items spar is good choice.

Less crowded. You get almost everything you need for the routine to occasions. It's not premium category Mall but the movie halls are best in town.

The mall like these are necessary for a smart City. It's our pride to have everything what other country enjoy.
But they should realize that everyone should be affordable. The producers should make everyone enjoy the happiness.
On the other hand, this location serves best for the Chennai Metro Rail Limited. The premises are tidy and all are scanned. They also provide Wi-Fi services for their consumers.
I prefer them to arrange some kind of relaxing (sitting) areas between shops to make the customers feel better.

Good ambience, and good shopping options. Well maintained. Only thing that can be improved is that the mall authority have stopped elevators from 2nd floor to go up to movie hall palazzo, so people going to movies who enter from Main exit has to walk all the way to other side.

At present great mall and great ambience in chennai.comparitively it was small than phoenix in space.
But very rich and elegant than phoenix mall.

Palazzo is the land mark and mind blowing experience in Vijaya forum mall.

Big mall just next to the chennai metro.
MAll is very well maintained and looks good.
This mall have a number of brands very idle place for shoppers.
Very big food court with variety of food items. Remember card to be purchased for having food in food court.
Customer handling can be improved.

Frequent place. Heavy parking charges for even two wheelers on hourly basis, If u come for a movie probably you accommodate ur bill for that also 3 hours, otherwise nice mall for all purchase and movies

Nice place to spend time. Theaters are good. Can meet people at Food court without buying anything.

This is one of the best malls I ever visited.

A mall as usual. Not much to say. It has it all, but nothing new. Parking is an headache here especially during weekends and the parking charges are high.

No proper baby room in the mall.there is only one feeding room, that too only in second floor. It was so stinking, no fan in tht room, neither AC was working.

It's one of the famous mall in Chennai vadapalani.it's a nice place to do a time pass with family and friends.especially with lovers.

4 km From CMBT, Very nice mall and cinema. Quite good experience in IMAX 3D movie and interior of mall. Very good place for watching movies, shopping and having food. Also You can get hand made cookies here.

Memories made with this place will forever run through my mind. Anything you want, this mall has it. From the finest of clothes to homey needs, Forum is a great place to spend time.

One of the best mall in Chennai. They have large number of branded stores as well as lot of food chains like MCDONALD'S, KFC, Taco Bells, Domino's, Subway, and also they have lot of South Indian as well as North Indian restaurants.
And also they have brands like Basics, Lifestyle, Max, Manyavar and much more to shop.
They have a huge super market "SPAR" which literally has everything.
Their parking space was huge and the best thing is the Palazzo theater.
It's a must visit if you are in Chennai.

Very good shopping mall, located near Railway Station and bus stand, very good shops, nice food court to eat, nice movie theaters, mall looks very good, having big space for bike and car parking, very big shopping mall.

More importantly parking for two wheelers is more economical if we opt to park at Metro Station parking.

One of the best malls in the city. They have got the best of most stores - lifestyle, palazzo, fun city, spar, a good food options with Burger King, Taco bell, Amaravathi, ID, McDonalds, Bombaystaan, Sub way, Ibaco, Dominos, Salt etc.areas of improvement though can be getting one more good bookstore chain and a utility store

Located in Vadapalani, opposite to Kamala cinemas. Good parking facilities, near to bus stand and very near to Vadapalani metro station. There is Palazzo at the top floor of the mall built in European architecture. It has decent number of screens featuring movies of all Indian languages along with Hollywood. Fun City is also there along with other top branded shops.

One thing i love about this mall is that they have miniso! Floors are confusing thou esp if you have a push cart with you
