Pls don't go for this software hq version they will lure you by not telling hidden cost and sell the product after 2 years you will need to pay more than a lakh rupees then only you will be able to continue use the software. Their after sales support is worst of all

from 8 month. Implementation and setup has been done by Everonn IT Solution and Sayan Bhattacharjee.

Please dont go for this software for supermarkets especially the hq version. Worst sales support and lot of hidden cost which they won't tell at the time of purchase and after 2 years you will be asked to pay 1 lakh for software upgrade.

I bought this software for our Restaurant. It's not customer friendly. For customer support you need to pay more. They don't follow ticket deadlines as mentioned. They just keep changing dates for Tickets deadlines. Worst Customer Service.

Product wise. It's a ok ok software they have lot of reports, inventory, billing etc. But software is not user friendly. We bought this for our 2 outlets. When we planned a 3rd outlet thought of looking for new software and found Petpooja.

We purchased the software last year for retail business.they asked 1lakh 25 thousand paid.they Totally locked the software, The software could not open. That two ill face so many issues on my business. Only money motive company. They not provide proper any training also.very bad experience.this year ill buy new software.waste of time and money.

We purchased the software last year for super market business.they asked 55 thousand, we paid 45 thousand.they didn't ask that money.they Totally locked the software, The software could not open.after 2 days ill pay the balance amount.then only they unlock the software.that two ill face so many issues on my super market.money motive workers.they not provide proper training also.very bad experience.this year ill buy new software.

Software & Features: Software UX is Ok. Ok. Since I come from Software Development background my expectation is bit high here. But it solves the problem. The software is highly customizable and once we get used to it, it's simple to use.

Sales team: Could not negotiate much. I opted for a standard solution

Training: We want to personally thank Sathiq for his patience. It's still going on. The training is step by step and it's well planned.

My personal suggestion for the new users would be to use and practice with the software more & more and ask the right questions so the training person will be able to solve the problem for us. Once we master the tool, cleanup all the practice data and start fresh.

Very poor customer service, poor in implementing and training. They just know how to take money from customer. That's all. I paid 3.5 lakh for the software. Starting from implementation, the person who was implementing had some family problem, my work was disturbed. Then covid happened. And then when I asked for solving queries, I can give only 2 hrs. I have other customers to look after. And the customer service is so poor they take sometimes full day to solve something and not able to do. Fed up the service. I think the owner of company will see my message and respond.

Received help instantly. The customer support is always great and really helpful. Really admire the tech support I always receive from Geetha.c

Took more than 2 month for installations and training process still not completed. Tax Mistach while billling and Grn. Support 0%. We have to call them everyday to get work done. There is nothing called customer service. They take customers for granted. Their software is being used in many places and basic platform is good but without proper support ststem and installation team its of no use. We regret going for gofrugal

Very bad support. No skillful technical resource to resolve the issues on time. Doesn't care about the business criticality. Dont really understand the requirement to resolve the issues.

Worst service try to contact many times customer support teams but not proper answer.executive person even attend the call also

Useless products & apps, after using gofrugal more then 4 years, I will not recommend gofrugal, support team takes months to slove urgent issues

Miss G abhinaya techy person is the most efficient person and very quick with the solution for any complaint and issue raised by the customers and she give very relevant solutions

Worst customer service you can ever find in a IT company. I have purchased there most expensive product. They just don’t care about you after selling the product. Please don’t fall in the Trap

BEWARE. This company is a real stealers of our money.

They tried to market for a 1 year subscription and we paid the amount, but the set up and actual usage took place couple of months after the setup as there were many unanswered questions and no one was able to help. Now after this pandemic we tried to reopen our office with limited functionality, but when trying to use the software, it's already expired saying 1 year subscription is over and we we need to renew.

Knowing the pandemic situation and we just used the software only for few months, they were not ready to provide even a 1 week grace period to use the software for report pulling.

When approached, they are trying to market again to buy 1 month subscription even to pull 15 days report: (. What a money minded and trying to make use of every possible situation to mint money.

We will never get back to them and will not recommend this any poor business friends telling them about the true experience we had with them.
