**Worst Company to work with**
My cousin's recent training experience at Hexaware has left her with concerns about the company's commitment to onboarding trainees effectively. There was a distinct impression that the organization lacked enthusiasm in bringing new talent on board.

Throughout the training period, there was a noticeable lack of effort in fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for trainees. The absence of a structured onboarding process suggested a disconnect between the company's objectives and the actual experience provided to newcomers.

It is disheartening to feel that Hexaware may not be fully invested in integrating trainees into the company culture and workflow. I hope this feedback prompts a reevaluation of onboarding practices, ensuring that future trainees feel valued and supported from the beginning of their journey with Hexaware.

Very nice place with care for employees provide free coffee day coffee milk and other hot drinks. More liberal on dress

Excellent working atmosphere & the infrastructure is designed in an amazing way so that we could feel the natural air from outside. There are places to relax after working for a long time which would be pleasant & mind relaxing

They have a very big campus in siruseri. The Campus has a medical center, Gymnasium, Swimming pool and maintained gardens. The Campus has a very good ambience and is a green campus. They offer bus services from various parts of the city upon paid basis. They also provide free shuttle service from the park entrance to the camp and vice versa. They have a vast canteen with variety of dishes. The place also has s ATM and Daycare for children.

Worst company. All the bad reviews given below regarding the interview process and wait times are very true. Learnt this the hard way today. Be prepared to wait the whole day if you are going for interview here. They have least regard for the candidate and their time. Worthless company. Better not to get a job there.

Full of Natural. Campus is awesome. I would like to Thank Hexaware. No need of weekend plans.office infrastructure denotes full of Nature.

Dear hexaware, why did ask your employees to work during election day in Tamil Nadu, this is against law, pls respond to election commission of India Soon.

Worst interview process. They scheduled an interview at 12pm noon for f2f after waiting for 2 hrs they said interviewer not available will conduct telephonic.but i didnt recieved any call after that.worst people dont waste our time, money, effort.

I'm yet to go inside. But love to see that they planted lot of plants all around the building in and on the building

Never believe interviews here. You will be selected and they will get documents from you, but you will never receive offer letter. Worst part is HRs behave as demi gods and they will never reply your mails or attend your calls.

Its been wonderful to be a part of the company. I can list the pros as

- Feels awesome to work with a talented team
- You get ample opportunity to enhance your skills as you work

Personally I don't like hexaware because of how they treat freshers. Except that it's excellent, infrastructure is good, for experienced people it's toooo good to settle

Cool place for work. I mean its really cool in terms of Technology & Seating Arrangements. Many small fountains inside on floor and in camus around. All the way Hexaware best to enrich your career and personal health. Get Hire & be till retire. Lots of innovative ideas implemented by company to keep work force freeze.

Worst kind of environment and facilities, no help from company ppl or security guards,
everything very basic,
Came for my wife’s interview, i am shocked they don’t even provide a single chain for someone who’s come all the way 50km for there family, hr in company should pay a note to that, in Chennai humidity and weather are horrible in such conditions waiting at the gate for my wife’s interview to get over was an overwhelming bad experience, my advice for ppl would be only work for this firm if they are willing to pay better like 35%minimum hike from the last company, atleast u’ll spend that money on ur comfort bought by urself.

Office atmosphere is too good well connected by bus, food is moderate.

Company Environment really awesome.we can learn many cross cutting technologies inside the office.
