Excellent food at competitive rates. A lot of Malabar snacks available. Didn't find any issues. Tender coconut payasam is a must try.

They are hardly able to manage their own staffs, had order an quarter grill which had been cut and sent inside for packing and it takes more the 20min for them to put in a bag. Just had to walk away. Worst experience. Have just paid and waited in line for nothing.

I walked in at 6: 45pm today on Friday July 28th. The boy at the billing desk was contnuously on phone. When I enquired the price of full grill chicken he didnot even bother to either tell me to wait or to hold the call. He ignored me and continued with his call. May be Crescent has made good money already.

Plan to order steam rice and dhall fry. I checked with Zomato and it shows me a delivery time of 25 minutes. I thought just going there and picking the same will help reduce the time. Went there ordered for food and stay still for the same 25 minutes, no appropriate response so left without food. All the food parcels are routed through delivery agents. By the way, give my 300 rupees to the boy sitting at the cash counter. I asked the same question three times "how long it will take" but he never answers one time as well. One of my go to place for food when I'm on a small budget. Service, price, quality and taste everything is on point!

Best grill chicken in town, aapam and stew are out of the world and decent shawarma. Tender coconut payasam sucks tho.

My first visit and loved the breakfast. Inspite being a hard-core non vegetarian loved their kadala curry.

Except grill chicken all other food items were not good. There was no professionalism in their service and servers were indecent. Totally disappointed

It's decent and budget friendly hotel. The service is good. Every alternate day the rooms were cleaned. The bathrooms were clean and had proper hot and cold water supply all the time.

Each rooms different too much. Some of them no hot water, water pressure too weak, AC doesn’t work. Also all rooms can not close windows. Too much mosquitoes.

It caused me sleepless night as the room was very noisy during rain.we can hear the outside sound inside which is not acceptable. I hope they fix this soon

I used to come here late nights after partying hard couple of years ago.but due to changes in law, this hotel closes early by 11.30pm. Love the butter chicken here with parotta. Also good for Shawarma & Kerala style food. You'll find most Corporate guys tripping yummy food with their teams here.

Only place to get the shawarma in the day time, Kerala paratha and the egg curry taste was so good, and tasty

Though the food is good the way they treat people is worst. No enough space and during peak hours u need to wait for more than half an hour. Altogether t service is pathetic.

The food was very good. I had some chicken shawarma and fish fried rice. The chicken sharwarma was well made in a good Arabic way. This place is 15 minutes from the FRRO office.

If the restaurant is crowded, you have to find a table on your own. Waiters won't take care of finding a table for you. When I asked the person at the counter if table would be available, he said "if you manage to find a vacant table, sit there'. So, basically you have to wait near a person (s) who you think would finish eating up soon so you could occupy his/her place. Like a dog you need to keep seeing the person eating so that he/she gets up soon. This kind of experience is just not worth it. I can't talk about the food because after 20 minutes of waiting all alone without any customer service I left.

This place never disappoints. Been there more than dozen times. Food for all moods. Decent service. Consistent taste and quality. Reasonable price.

Hotel Crescent is a memory too, as much it is a food joint from good ol' Madras. One of the few in the lines that include Buhari, Samco, etc, but has retained the old look. The food is great, and if you're into coconut-y desserts, try "coconut suffle" (sic)!

Good place but you have to wait for 30 minutes in the peak time.taste is all good.parking is little difficult.

Good taste. Had kozhi fry & Calicut chicken fry. Kozhi fry was okayish type but Calicut chicken was crisp & fried well. Ambience was clumsy due to shortage of space. Service was prompt & good

You can get good chicken tandoori. Dine in service is rly fast but they also have take out services which can be a bit of a wait. For a quick bite this place is reasonable and good. They however, don't serve Chai (milk tea) but u need to try their lemon tea. It's light and refreshing.

U want to taste Kerala foods?
Then go to crescent.
U will feel the real tastes of Kerala.
This hotel is not that big but the food r awesome.

One of the hotels that will be open somewhat late night in this area, good food but service was little bit late.but totally can't complain ️. Biryani was awesome and mint lime was lit

Very tasty food with affordable price.
Especially they are very special in Kerala food menu! Must try Malabar biryani

Stayed with family. It's an affordable and neat place and you can enjoy good non-veg food from Crescent hotel. Beds and restrooms were clean. But not maintained like other business apaartments.

Damn superb hotel for non vegetarians. Dear veggis, don’t come here.
