A wonderful place went for a buffet lunch of various varieties. It was soo tasty that I couldn't resist any of it. Thank you Ramkumar for your kindness in taking care of us.

Excellent dinner buffet but expensive. Taste was good and good ambiance. Been there more than 5 times. Good customer service. Washroom could have been maintained well considering it has 5 star.

Guindy bus stop is the nearest stop.a very clean and hygiene place.
The working people's are really well mannerd.
It's an great architecture design in and around Chennai.

Have been visiting this place for functions, conferences and family dinners and am always in awe of the ambience. Very well-maintained hotel with courteous staff.

Rooms are good.breakfast options were nice, but tasted not so great. Bit of disappointed with breakfast taste.all bakery items were unfortunately old items tasted not well due to bit stale items being kept for several days it seems.even south indian items looked and tasted old.we stayed for 4 days.we felt breakfast was a complete dampener.having come to Chennai, this breakfast experience made me cut short to another hotel in the weeklong trip

When did coming on a motorcycle to a hotel frowned upon by the staff and looked down by? Well that's exactly how they treated me. I was at dismay to have gone there on a motorcycle and get treated so rudely until I parked my vehicle and walked up to the restaurant. I saw another motorcyclist get the same treatment too.

Amazing experience to stay with children. What a luxury! Unbelievable and exceptional stay in Indian Traditional Style and most luxe looking luxurious rooms. Special hospitality and service. We booked accommodation for 1 week. We booked using Booking.com and further got Room Upgrade. Over and happy to stay along with children.

Always a dream to go to this place and OMG it doesn't disappoint you at all located in the prime location u can access the place even if come by flight to chennai, via train or roadways easy access typical stay costs around 5k remember 5 star check for various discounts online there is a roof top swiming pool followed by various restaurant depending on your regional taste, if u get to attend any seminar here I guess don't even hesitate to say yes just go for it and enjoy the experience I mean in the busy city u find this place to be very silent satisfied with the visit

I have been a regular here for a few years and it's my go to place for comfort food. The ambience, service and food are all top notch. They have consistently maintained highest quality standards for so many years!

The breakfast was great and super elaborate.there were so many choices that you can forget names. The chefs were amazing (special mention to Nandha, Jeyandran, Vicky, Prakash, Aditya and Sania)
The food items we loved the most were Taap nalli biryani, Metiaburuz biryani and Bibi ka murgh pulao by chef Mahboob and chef Abhishek. King of club sandwich by Govind was fab too. Would highly recommend these dishes.
John and Dev the best people to get the best service, very pleasant and super efficient.
Food is has been in general a great deal in the hotel and Cafe Mercara and IRD have many great options to try.

It's been a wonderful experience of doing business with your property. Excellent property right in the heart of the city. A well connected place for travellers. An excellent conferencing facilities. Great food. Beautiful rooms.

It is like dream place for many of us. It gives a feel of being in heaven. As its the choice of many VVIPs on their visit to Chennai, it is under security watch most of the times. Its a place to visit atleast once in our lifetime

Reception desk is mostly crowded during check-in timings. You won't find wallet parking facility during busy hours.

Covid protocols are followed. All automated, lifts with card access, dedicated ipad for all room needs etc etc.

Food was good, breakfast spread was not extraordinary, glass counters for safety made experience a little uncomfortable as one has to wait for staff to serve the item.

Bathrooms are top notch. 5/5.

Few Pools are open. Less users.

Overall prefect for a weekend/business stay.

Great high end hotel with all the ultra modern facilities in the centre if Chennai on main arterial road Anna Sakai just 6 kilometer from the airport. Hotel had grand portico and palatial lobby with very large conference halls. Conference halls can alsi be divided in to small meeting halls. Escalators are also available besides the lifts. Wallet parking is also available. 24 hours coffee shop and cake shop us available. Intercontinental food is available. Good for dining with family and friends.

I used to love the Old Cafe Mercara in ITC Chola Sheraton. That used to have a huge juke box with a lovely collection of songs, also was located with the inward view of the poolside.

This place was good, had heavy furniture. The food options were good. There were some dishes exclusively focused in regional cuisine. This places servers tap beer, had got a blond style beer, worth it.

A menu that offers food from different countries and have some amazing south Indian dishes to offer during breakfast. Menu is vast and the service is fast. Try getting the window side table so that you can enjoy your early morning coffee with the perfect view. Me and my partner loved the food and surely recommends this to all.

If you want something done here ask to speak to chef Abhishek. He is very accommodating and can help turn around every bitter experience you've had. We've been visiting here almost everyday for the last week and found the food to be good. But the service is pretty slow to the point that the staff is a little stiff and uptight and you really need to wave all hands in the air to get their attention even for a glass of water. I'd like to see better service the next time we come here.

The place is amazing. The ambience is really good and so is the food. I loved the music that was being played over there. The price is reasonable for it being a restaurant at ITC Grand Chola. Loved it. Must try.

A very good place to spend time with coffee, tea and music. But i think their colleague's favourite song is BELIEVER by imagine dragon.cause it will be on repeat mode. And here you can enjoy television with a big screen.

I went there to attend an event. Ambience and premises are extremely good. But food is not up to the mark and limited menu, that might be event organiser's option. Taste should be 5 standard but not. I'm completely disappointed.

We stayed in ITC Grand Chola from 27-29 April. The group of 4 stayed in 2 ITC One rooms. The rooms were as opulent, grand and spacious as everything else in the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable and the toiletries provided (Essenza di Wills) were excellent. I also liked the fact that I could control the room lighting, the TV and even order room service all through the iPad in the room. Words do not do the room any justice and its best to just refer to the pictures.

However, I was very disappointed with the quality of service provided by some of the ITC staff. Indians pride themselves on their hospitality and we experienced great service in all the other hotels we stayed in India during the trip. We were always greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. The warmth of the staff in these other hotels was plainly evident.

Unfortunately, when we checked-in to ITC, we were attended to by an unfriendly staff. She never smiled and had an aloof attitude. I initially thought that this behavior was an aberration on her part. However, I had the opportunity to interact with her again on 2 other occasions and realized that that behaviour was her norm, and not her exception. This is not to say that she was rude as she wasn't. However, she just didn't make my wife and I feel welcome. I also noticed that she took the same approach towards other guests. I further observed that some of the other staff embodied this same approach; professional but aloof.

It's a pity that the hotel's grand exterior and furnishings were not accompanied by equally opulent service. And its for this reason I'm giving this hotel 3 stars.

Undoubtedly A Luxery Hotel. Wide spread of food in buffet. Wonderful interior. Posh apartments also available. Many restaurants cater to your pallets. Of course Yes, Luxery is Expensive and more so for such Kind of Luxery. May be you could celebrate your special days here in this Palace

I was here to attend an interview but guessing it's a good and reputed hotel I would recommend it to everyone who's filthy rich to indulge in an experience full of different cuisines.

The best hotel in Chennai, beautiful and marvelously built. The aesthetics are exceedingly superior to most hotels I must say. Very delighted with all the services as it's available more that promptly.

Concierges (Special mention on Brinda Das) are professional, willing to go the extra mile for you to make your stay enjoyable. Brinda is so lovely, amicable and helpful. She always keep tabs on us to make sure we are contented with our stay. Hospitality at best.

Amazing food with lot of varities. The gym and pool is very neat and clean. It's been a month staying here and have plans to extend our stay. Absolutely a great experience.

The hotel is so huge wherein they have six hundred rooms in total. Though I haven't seen the rooms. I'll definitely see them if I work there in future.

Grand Hotel. Very Beautifully built. One of the best 5 star hotels in Chennai. Spread over a huge place with multiple banquets. Has a palatial look. Very well located in Guindy & pretty near to Chennai airport. A perfect place for wedding functions, corporate conferences & any other event or show. Great place to be. Last but not the least, it has lovely food as well!

Poor Customer service! Basic amenities in the room are faulty/ not maintained. Coffee served is lukewarm and not hot! Normal request like a stay extension or breakfast in the room is made to be sound like a Big Deal! Had heard a lot about this property but the experience was FLAT! Can’t waste my time taking about this hotel! Recommend Prak Hyatt anyday! They are super sensitive to customers and their well being!

It's one of the 5star luxury hotel in Chennai. It is resemble of Chol Kingdom Architecture. Interior also contemporary luxe design. Lobby staircase is awesome. Food is good.

One of top class service provider. You will be pampered like anything. Charges are bit high but it deserves. Fully Technology influenced. Documentation can be even easier. You will get guidance at every corner of ITC Chola. They answer with tons of politeness and very humble to customers. Ambience awesome.

Was here for a wedding reception. Found the ambience dull and unexciting.

Not well maintained. The lighting is very unplanned, especially the exterior.

There is no lift from the car/bike park to the lobby and it's a long walk to the main portico.

Very Grand look and feel with this Hotel. Really the name 'The Grad Chola' is deserves it. We had a meeting at the Grand Chola and the meeting room is very large and so comfort and luxurious. The receptionists given a nice welcoming. They have received well. Very big receptiin hall with full of big granite walls. We feel very rich look on the Hotel. Very nice interiors. They do charge Rs. 12000 per day minimum for room. This is basic. You can have may typ of rooms you can avail, based on your need. Totally nice.

One of the very famous hotels in chennai, I hope the No. 1. It has architecture related to the Chola dynasty and even named its halls based on the chola kings like rajendra cholan and rajaraja cholan. You can have the best stay here though it is costly, worth trying once in lifetime. I Compare it with the ceasars in las vegas

One of the best hotels in India. The hotel is been designed and built which reflects South Indian tradition. One major notice of the design which I came through was the sealing, which infact was Mimic as we see in the sealing of South Indian temples.which is very noticeable and eye catching. And apart from this the space and ambience of the hotel is very nice. The staffs are very friendly has we see in all the 5 start hotels. Overall it was a good experience visiting the Grand Chola.

Visited Madras pavilion, it's awesome. I felt it's the best place to celebrate with family. I definitely recommend it. But as usual the rates are high.

Attended a wedding reception. Spacious hall in which 500 people could easily be accommodated for seating and dining. Neat and tidy. Lighting and air-conditioning good. Overall a good experience!
