Very Good equipments, Good Service whenever we call and attended by skilled/professional service man. The reason to give single star for the manufacturer is only for One Reason. They are not giving any Preventive Maintenance Checklist or Maintenance records of all their equipments AND even the service reports after servicing any spare part or anything. Very surprising that they are big manufacturers and don't follow the FSSAI guidlines given for manufacturing equioments. No checklist, no PM checklist or records. If any FSO or FS auditor comes, no records to produce them. Need to be looked into. Your rating will comes to high when this requirement fulfilled at the earliest. Thanks
