MedPlus Purasaiwalkam-Tana Street

Extremely slow and the staff is very lazy and not at all responsive. Made me wait over an hour just to get my medicines returned. The other branches are way better comparatively

The employer over there was rude and didn't handle the tablets properly, She didn't give them on the brown cover (brown paper bag) [18-02-2023]

Worst experience in Thana Street medplus. They are don't know how behave with senior citizens. The head of the store should replace.

Rudely behaviour by staff when I don't have change for 500 rupees.rudely said go bring the changes.such bad behaviour I have never seen in any medplus

Friends in this medical store you can get some discount on medicine and they will register your mobile number in their computer.

Worst experience. Cashier lady has no courtesy and shouting with bad words. I visit this med plus on 3 march 2020 around 1 pm. I was waiting and asked the lady to make a payment for single diaper. She was shouting very badly. Med plus authorities need to take proper action. Will file complaint in consumer forum regarding this issye.

They not even bothered their customers. They will treat you like a slave. When you complaint against them to medplus head office in front of all the store staff will shout you. I m in the retail industry for the past 10 years. I have never face this kind of experience

Very worst experience.even on placing order, had to wait 2 or more days to get delivered.had to remind them twice or thrice for each order.very irresponsible.service wise I could onli give zero rating

Horrible staff. No respect for customers. Medicines don't match the prescription. It happened multiple times. Not even worth going to this pharmacy.

The team is very helpful. The service is quick. I observed that they can converse in English, Tamil and Telugu also and help the consumer
