First time visiting the shop. Shop area is bigger for a electronic shop. One Stop purchase for all electronic goods. Since there is a guidance from government in place due to Covid 19, looks like 50% of the staff present. But number of customers are not down, it is hard to get a sales person. The shop does not allow window shopping or cart shopping. While purchasing, had a experience that one of the customer came from long distance to replace a wrong item purchased and it was hard for him to get a replacement. Basically electronic item doesn't reliable and replacement is tough too.i bought a Sennheiser head set, the sound is good when the volume is put high and hard to hear if the sound is reduced. So, I am not sure whether it is original or local product. While buying i was told that two year warrenty is applicable and need to contact supplier at Alwarpet Chennai (not easy for all to travel) to avail warrenty. While I opened the set, document States that the warrenty applicable only within Australian country.

Total electronic Bazar, good pricing, really worth driving to Tambaram Mercy Electronics, Staff's attitude is bit lethargic and needs to be more professional.

Only place for the electronic items, components and system accesories at Tambaram. Most computer accessories are available, but your waiting time depends on how smart you are to get the attention of the shopkeepers/attenders. They don't usually accept returns so better open at the shop itself and ensure you got what you wanted.
Usually crowded but will get serviced once you get your turn. Prices might be higher than parry's corner or Ritchie street, but hey don't we know that already:)

Be prepared for a tough service when going there, as its their one big flaw I would say. But otherwise its a really good shop and has been the go to place for everything electronics for the people around Tambaram, Chromepet and Pallavaram as far as I know.
They are unique because they offer a very wide variety of peripherals, gadgets and parts that other stores (Reliance Digital, Croma) don't even have.

I went to mercy electronics to buy 3.5mm extention cable male female type, they give me one but its 3.5mm pin little different so I need to check whether its fulfills my need before paying. But they refuse to do check. I thinks its not wors for my purpose so I don't want to waste money and so I didn't buy that. Otherwise shop always in full need to wait for service attender.

All electronics parts are available but exact technical name and circuit and some circuit is not available

Got an Ethernet cable here. It was good. No option to browse through the items. You don't have inside access

I have down rated them because often they don't stock what I wanted from them and had to go elsewhere.

Very crowded, have to wait long to buy a single product & the sales persons are not ready to show any comparative products for us to choose irrespective of price or quality.

Whether you like the shop or not but one cannot deny the range of pure electronics product availability.

The staff members are not courteous but straight forward and deals with yes or no mostly without any warmth but they manage 2-3 customers at the same time.

They describe the features of the product of almost any product you ask.

Only qualm is they don't reduce the price even by a rupee even for a 10,000 rupees product.

Good place to buy electronics and computer related accessories in and around tambaram area. They have stock of wide range of products. Customer handling attitude is okish.

Waiting time is generally bit long due to crowd of people ordering. Good for people searching components for electrical and electronics projects.

You can get everything in electronics at a reasonable price. It is very much crowded in the evenings and it is advised to visit in the afternoons

Worst in their service. Bought a dublicate earphone for more than 600 bucks. They don't even allow u to have a test before you buy it. Worse experience, please do not try buying stuff here. U could better buy online.
