OYO Flagship 45862 Sundaravalli Garden Service Apartments

Service is closed as on date 27-09-2022! I called That Iyyapan more than 20 times from the day before check in! Never picked up! I went to the property the property was closed and locked! Poor Communication! Worst! Don't fall for Cheap rate!

Worst accommodation. My guests had to vacate this place because they had drunkards using the shared space. I request to boycott this place. The facilities very poorly maintained with no cleaning or so. It’s worst in service and facilities. Please stay away from this in any cost.

Horrible Oyo State I ever had. I had experience in using Oyo for stay in almost every major towns and cities in southern India.this particular one was terrible.
1) high price.for a single room ac it costs around Rs. 900.it may seem ok, but once you find out the quality of room it is not worth even 500
2) less spacious.room was having a bed.it is difficult to cross the bed from one side to another because of space congestion.
3) becaus of above they were not providing table or atleast a chair
4) dirty bathroom and clogged wash basin.the bathroom was also not having any stand for placing soaps and also any hanger for keeping clothes.no hanger was present in the room also. I had placed used clothes over bed
5) didn't provide soaps or towels even after requesting the same
6) above all hostile attitude.they were charging extra amount that showed in the app.and they were demanding to py directly to their bank account not through Oyo app for those who didn't paid in advance.this seems like utilising Oyo and cheating the franchise

I would like to tell Oyo that recently your quality of stay is decreasing.fix the issue or soon u will be out of the game

They ask more amount than OYO rent. @OYO please check and take action to that hotel. It will damage the Brand OYO name.

Won't Recommend Anyone Who Is Going With Family. If You Are Going Alone & On A Tight Budget Then You Can Adjust For One Day. Rooms Are Neither Good Nor Hygienic. Also Too Far From The Main City

I booked hotel room in madurai through OYO. But Sundarvalli Garden Hotel reception not accept OYO booking. Our good luck one room vacant there, They asked to pay direct and stay. OYO is verrrrrry verrrrrry worst.

Very Bad. As per the booking check out time was 6.30Pm and they have made us to check out by 12 noon forcefully.

This place located near Bykara bus stop between Madurai Arapalayam to Thirumangalam road Near SBI holiday home. Peaceful place. I stayed alone for one night at 650 Rs. Economic. Don't expect five star service. Buy toileteries from near by shop very economical. New AC TV HOTWATER All in serviceable condition. Some part of wall defaced in room 2A. Couldn't find any mosquitoes. Many economical hotels available with spicy foods so dont expect restaurant inside hotel. The receptionist local guy with good heart and helping in nature.

The location of the hotel is near pykara stop in Madurai. Its located in the midpoint between Meenatchi Amman temple and Thiruparangkunram Murugan temple. In my stay the tv is not working. Morning provided hot water for bath. Ac is working properly but they won't give remote control. They put in idle mode. Overall it's an average hotel.

Terrible experience with the reception guy. Ayyapan is his name. As soon as I have booked a stay in this property aweek before the actual stay date, I have called him and informed we need a early checkin (from 2am to 6pm I needed the room) for which he agreed! As I have travelled with my family, I didn't wanted any mess and gave him a call the day we were travelling and informed him about our early checkin for which even he has agreed without any concern! As soon as we have entered the property he was speaking about the money claiming how could oyo offer us an AC room with such cheap rate (450Rs) Is it even an issue to be discussed with a customer who's standing with his family in reception at 2am to checkin? Right after that he has asked for 500rs extra for early checkin. When a customer books a property and calls him to enquire about the details for early checkin isn't he the one who needs to let me know about the extra rates? We have checked in so many hotels early and based on our stay time they use to charge extra and that too they will ingotm well in prior! Finally I threw 500rs as I haven't wanted my family to wait for long in midnight time as they were already tired!
Ayyapan has no eligibility to be in a role wht he is today in this property and I have raised a complaint as well to look into it to oyo.

Worst. Bad staffs. Staffs at front are very un friendly. They dont treat customer in proper way. Owner should really warn them. Most unpleasant experience rooms are very small. I don't suggest this oyo at all

Highly Value for Money but needs lot of improvement. Though bed room is air conditioned, other rooms need ventilation. Staff has to be more polite. No room service volunteering issue of towel or water. Location is also good.

Ambience is missing, rooms are not maintained well, washrooms are at their worst,

So where do I start.had booked 2 rooms.in one of the rooms AC wasn't workin. And in the other room the AC was making noise the whole time.the bathroom was leaking.u Name it.the jet, the cumod.

Pathetic place. No professional staff. Bathroom doors not closing, Tv is available in room but no cable or dth, the staff is not helpful in any way. No info about wifi. Even they are not asking details while check in.

Oyo mentioned that they have car parking facility. But there is a small parking where only small car can be parked at a time. No lift.

The photos online are nothing like what you see in person. It's almost hard to breathe in any of the rooms available in the entire building. The location of the property is really terrible. I just cannot stop listing out the bad things here. Just please don't even think of going here, either through Oyo or any other way.

If any possibility of giving "ZERO" rating I'll suggest that the worst maintenance we had ever faced. We had booked through online website but the manager had not accepted the payment through online site and taken the mny directly and the rooms were worst.we found cockroaches insects dirty bedsheets, beds, towels used toiletries. Better not choose this one

Horrible is the word. Bathroom is a mess, with leaking taps door does not get locked. Bed sheets were soiled beyond imagination. No towels soap, in fact no facility at all. Such apartments should be closed

Worst experience ever, booked through oyo 2 mths before. Just previous day the hotel cancelled the accommodation. First they were forcing me to pay by cash again. This hotel along with oyo looting the customers. Oyo again reduced cancellation fee from me. Oyo customer care services also the worst.

Worst Apartment i have never checked in. Don't trust oyo in this booking because When I booked a room I paid through online payment when I reached at night time they denied my check in they told me that I had paid by online. Their online business in loss so they can't do anything regarding this. Please don't choose this apartment. Not clean & full of mosquitoes, no water etc. They telling that they are not tied up with oyo but the persons who working their are wearing oyo uniforms. They are cheating customers easily. & No shops were near to the apartment. No facilities of buses etc. Please don't choose this apartment.

The staff was polite and made me Nd my family feel quite comfortable. Overall good experience

Receptionists are not at cooperative and I had to cancel my booking.oyo called me and I explained the issue but they simply charged me cancellation fee though I detailed them the issue.now also I know OYO will reply me here to give the booking ID as it's just the formality.anyway places like this will soon get offical complaints if they are not looking into the customer servicing seriously.

The staff here is really rude. We booked 2 rooms but their system was showing only one room. It took us 2 hours to get the matter sorted and they gave us one room at a price double than the previous price. The rooms were stinking with dirty bedsheets. A real sh*tty experience.

Awesome! Location and infrastructures makes this hotel suitable for families. The location is well connected to the city, The room is value for money 5 stars from my side!
