A really huge apartment complex. But nobody ever comes out and there is no park for the kids to play. Feels pretty lonely in such a huge complex.

Worst gated community. There is not TNEB connection. Currently they are running with DG set. Most of the time the DG get overloaded. Every day minimum 5 times power cut will be there. Voltge fluctuations are common here. Maintenence very poor.
This is the best example for ruining best place because of worst management.

Once cheapest basterd ozone group is, i have booked flat in ozone green perumbakkam blick F1,1st floor, door no. 110, i have paid 600000 as booking amount also got bank home loans from Axis and HDFC banks, where bank persons requested to submit the respective documents they failed to hand over to bank, finally i came to know ozone group never kerp there promise to hand over the flat on time. So, i have cancelled booking on 06/2021 it crossed more than a year they not refund because of this im facing more harrasment through bank for repay personal loan. Please don't buy any flat in ozone group's. Its my humble request to all.

Is there a group filing complaints against Ozone groups for not delivering the projects on time and to get back their money?
I had booked a flat with them (Ozone Greens Phase II F1 tower) on 2018 and it’s been 5 years since they false promised us they will deliver the flat. Yet to receive any kind of updates from them till now.
I have booked them with 60: 40 agreement and have already paid them 17 lakhs. I’d need a support group where I can file a complaint and get my money back.

Ozone greens such the cheating project don't ever give your money you will not get back as soon as you gave. It's been alomost 9 months we cancel the property we looking for refund. We did not get worst response from the team.
I'm just waiting to get my money back.
It's more than 2 years now

If there is an other name for Ozone, FRAUDSTER will the opt one. We booked a flat in E5 and purchased it in 2021 September. Since the day we purchased, they are lot of fake promises by them. They have just looted others money but have no idea to start the work. Not ready to understand the buyers pain. RERA should take some serious action against Ozone and help us to get our flats. FRAUD. FRAUD. FRAUD.

Don't think of buying here. If there is any unfortunate scenario that you cannot buy but you booked with a minimum amount. You cannot get that amount even it is 1lac or 2 lac. Their simple ans will be it will come in one month one month one month. It's been 2 yrs we are trying to recover the refund. Worst customer service and worst management. Be careful

Worst experience with the builders.
Booked 1bhk flat in March 2021 paid advance (10%) aswell june 2021 was the handover we could not see the progress hence we cancelled in oct 2021. Refund policy is to return within 90 days the advance amount but it's been almost a year we are not even getting proper response from their end. Too much of cooked up stories. Can anybody help us how to approach them to get the money back. We are badly need of money. Don't even think to buy a flat from such a Fraudant company.
If there is 0 star I would have given that.

I entered the Sale Agreement for E5 in Jan 2016, today on Aug 2022 which is 6 years from the date, I AM STILL WAITING FOR HANDOVER.

It is such a sad state of affairs that me and my family are going through mentally and financially.

Lot of false promises till date.

Do not book any property in this project. I booked a flat one year ago and it was 80 percent completed while I booked it. But till today no progress in this project. Builder respond that they don't have enough fund to proceed further. And there is no proper documentation or communication. Already thus project is taken over from India bulls and now ozone group also in bankrupt and not able to finish the project. No electricity connection. Phase 1 they have are running with Gen set.

Flats delayed, hand over right now delayed by 8 months.
1. No EB yet, they don't have the money to allot to TNEB
2. Flats 90% complete, no money to add lifts and complete painting, plumbing.

Check out RERA, Every case against them is being won by the party, especially the Ozone in koyambed, bleeding money from that and hence this is now a never ending project

We booked a flat in January 2021 under the 10/90 scheme.

The management is pressurising us to take possession of the flat without giving us the OC or CC.

Due to the management's inefficiency and delay we could not take the flat.
Now they are asking us to pay late fee charges for their delay.

I'm writing this with a heavy heart. I bought a 1 bhk flat in 2019 and they told handover would be by Dec 2019. Later covid came and things changed. Lastly I heard from them on January that handover will be in June 2022. I don't think it will happen though. I had updated medical condition to the team, and told that I can't travel much after surgery. No ears to hear. My crm who was in contact till 2021 left organization. No response from current crm. Calls not picked. No mails. No way I can reach them. I am unable to travel to Chennai to check all these. I'm highly worried on their fake promises. I'm not only saying this with heavy heart, but also would like to say that no one should buy from such companies.

SHAME ON YOU OZONE GREEN

we are tenant in the ozone green apartment, based on my experience with the ozone green management I am giving you this review. If incase you are planning to buy or rent an apartment please do find and go for other apartments. Ours is a 1200 sqft apartment for which we are paying 4000 rupees a month as maintenance fee.we don't have TNEB supply for this community has been running under generator which keeps shutting down at least 4 times a day. Its been three months since we moved here al most 4 times theft has happened no proper security service has been provided. I have no interest in giving 1 star rating too.

Would like to share a bitter and worst experience from Ozone group. We booked a flat 6 months before.since there is no progress in the construction, we cancelled our bookings. Till that time we reaching out them to get back our booking amount.the moment we started asking our money, we got threatened by the ozone CRM team. Kindly pay back our money, since there is no progress in the construction and the commitments is not honoured.

My brother booked flat with 10k initial Advance and he was promised by ozone management that my brother will get the flat in 6 months. After that, nothing happened. They called after 1 year. My brother had a visit, they said the booked flat is sold and there is another flat that will be delivered 100% in 3 months.

It didnt happen even after several months and it's about a year now.

Luckily he lost only 10k and bought flat somewhere else.

Imagine if he had paid more money, he would have got stuck and begging them for handover or refund.

Thank god!

Don't fall for 4/5 star ratings. If you are intelligent, you would identify those posts are from ozone people.
Examples:
"Good infrastructure"
"Excellent location"

and also Most of 5 star rating reviews are fake and you can find it easily by checking no of reviews that person gave.

If you still like to purchase, look for ready to move flats and also make sure EB, everything is okay.

That's all I can say. Be aware!

City view from the 20th floor is awesome. We had to contact maintenance team with regards to a conflict on CAM charges. They are taking lot of time to resolve any CAM related issues. Its very difficult to reach them via phone.it would be great if they improve their service particularly with maintenance.

Very worst fraud group. I cancelled my apartment one year back. As per the agreement they have to refund within 3 months. But till now they are keeping my 17 lakhs unethically. They don't have any morality in their business. They are eating and enjoying my money like anything. I have raised police complaint, cm cell complaint, rera complaint and everything. I lost my life and patience because of this fraud groups.

Ozone means fraud. Fraud means ozone.

Please? Give me my 17 Lakhs. It's my hard earned money. Being i suffered a lot to earn this money. Don't just play with my money. I can even remove this review if you give me my money. I am even ready to lie down on your feet. Please give me my money. I don't know how to proceed further go get my money.

Worst management. Ozone greens is bankrupted. It is running out of funds and not able to deliver the flats.keep on delaying for last 3 years. Construction work is completely stopped and no body is having clear vision when the buyers will get their flats. The reviews you will find with 4+ ratings are mostly fake reviews. Please check with the buyers before making any decision. So please stay away from this builder.

Classic location in terms of access, connect and elevated one, such that there is absolutely no worries on water logging. Withstood during the testing times of rain and cyclone and was pretty much accessible at all times. Great piece of gated community living with very thoughtful planning for an integrated lifestyle. Very good investment at an attractive pricing. With multiple facilities and infrastructure development on the anvil, one should not miss out and regret later.

I brought a flat here when it was Indiabulls. Later when it was sold to Ozone the promises given by Indiabulls were just thrown in the air. The biggest disappointment is about the club house. Clubhouse is registered under Ozone' sister concern during the transfer so that no owner or association can claim usage of it. As per their customer care, Its open to anyone (non residents) if they pay the club house charges. They give confusing statements that membership is free but there will be usage fee. The actual club house mentioned in the advertisements or agreements is the Phase I club house. We were told that there are 7 wells within the premises but the reality is they just buy water using tankers like others.
Please dont waste your hard earned money here.

Apartment is in close proximity to Elcot though its off the main road. Currently they dont have any permanent EB and running with one DG for 4 blocks. The maintenance cost is high and club house usage charges should be paid extra. Club house is owned by their sister concern and its still under construction. They show you the under construction club house while buying and ask you to use Phase I club house later.

Being here in D block for two months now. There is no separate EB connection for each house. They have shared connection for all the houses. Due to over load, very often fuse blows out and we will be left with only dg power. Every day, at least 5 to 10 times power will go on and off. I think all the electronic items life span will greatly be affected. Fews days there wont be power for AC and kitchen items. Until a permanent solution is found, living here is a bad experience.

Please avoid. Its your hard earned money. I will not give even a 1 star for this but since I'm not able to post this, I'm forced to give 1 star. I have booked it 2.8 years back and you wont believe me, its still the same as we saw 2.8 yrs back. I have almost come to a stage where if they are not handing over the apartment in the next 3 months, I will sell this at my cost price and find someother builder who will stick to their words and promises.

I came here to see my friend. Location is off Road nearby market is almost 1km away which could be a big task sometimes. Locality is is well built with modern facilities like power backup gym parking security playschool party hall playing area and rental is quite reasonable like 2bhk in 17000k on 3rd floor including maintenance that was really mouthwatering.

Recently bought flat here and the quality of the flats are very very worst. If you have any issues after possession they just attend one or two times but never clear the issues completely. The quality of bathroom fittings and doors are very worst i have changed some of them with in 1 year. Tiles and putty work not done properly every where gap or water logging. Maintenance here is very pathetic.

The place is so far from the city. The person who stays near IT parks, for them it's easy to to be there. But it is too inside from the main road. On d way to apartment it very dark and scary.

Ozone greens is a good residential project in jalladianpet. Here are some of pros and cons:

Pros:
1. Strategically situated. It is just 500m from the main road and have a good connecting road. Just a km from the medavakkam junction. Perumbakkam is also adjacent to this location. So with metro in next few years, I think it will be a nice option.
2. St. John's school is very nearby.
3. Phase 1 had four floors. 19 floors in phase 2. It offers all BHK and more options to choose. The carpet area is good.
4. Rate per sq.ft is less compared to projects in medavakkam by which it attracts more people.
5. Under ground Water is good.
6. No floor rise charges!

Cons:
1. Phase 3 is about to begin. Builder says there are 6 more blocks yet to be constructed. Even when they say D as a block.there is D1, D2, D3 with each 19 floors. I'm not sure how many blocks they gonna raise. This will take almost the next 5 to 8 years for them. More construction work more dust.no peace. (still not for sure.let's see)
2. A very delayed project. They took almost 6 to 8 years to complete this project. This project is now managed by ozone. It was previously managed by India bulls.
3. I would say there is less green in this project. They shouldn't have named it as Ozone Greens! The way the OSR is functioning, you can judge how they will maintain. Very less green or open space for these many apartments in one place.
4. Even if under ground water is good, most of the lorries take water from this land to supply OMR apartments. Water scarcity might happen in near future considering the population in ozone green.
5. They say there is no availability in lower floors and force you to take higher floors. Not sure why? Also one sales executive will say availability in one floor, another sales executive will say availability in another floor. They will portrait as if there is so much demand and ask you to book asap. You guys shd try calling from different numbers to different sales executive.you will be just amazed by their answers
6. Even if they complete the residential apartments in phase 2 by may 2019. Club house functioning will take more time I guess. Also the basket ball court, tennis court etc will take even more tym.

Hi, i have booked a flat in phase 2, which possession is in process. There are no worries about the quality and other stuffs they use for construction, but the customer relations team is pathetic and useless. They are not at all supportive. Also the Amenities which have been told during booking, are not yet ready. Also for the families moved in they have provided temporary EB supply. We are just nearing our possession and has been provided with the information that, no possession letter will be given without paying 3 months maintenance fee in advance (Dont know for wat maintenance). Discussions are going on regarding this with CSR team. This is one of the best builders i would suggest, but be clear with Customer relationship team, what you have in papers (Because once you book the flat, they will deal with you for each and everything) before you get it.
