There was not enough trolley on the provision floor. Can have one more lift for this floor to reduce the crowd.

Good place for vessels which you required for household purposes
I tried most of the things here like in first floor purchased saree
Purchased vessels had food at 9th floor
Purchased night dresses, kids dress etc I don’t have proper pictures might upload detailed pictures later

What not in this place. Anything you wish for is here. All in affordable price and no comprise in quality. Best part of being here is their food court with low cost tasty dishes.

Second quality with new price, Saravanan Stores become more commercial (customers must know price and quality of products, before purchasing)

Staff are either drained or trained to be rude. Seen 10 staff with same experience across 3 floors.

First things first, they are not cheaper. I found a plastic plate which my local sells for INR 77 but in this store the same way listed for INR 97. They are the same for sure.
I visited with family on a weekday afternoon. The store was little bit busy and the staff were lazy as they could be not moving around are helping any of their customers.
Staff in the groceries section where little bit busy and helping other customers and moving things around and stocking out the shelf.
The cafe on the top floors sounds reasonable with the price and loads of variety covering from chat items to rice.
Unfortunately the toilets were a big let down as they were filthy and stinky.
I didn't use the parking and so no idea on those.
Finally, I still don't understand the concept of double checking bills and those two boys standing at every entrance to the floor for nothing.

I use to shopping in legend saravana store in padi. Every time i had bitter experience. If you ask any doubt about article, no one know about their floor. There is no coordination between the floors. You won't even get the perfect box for your dress. No one respond to our grievences. They just shifting their duty here and there. Fed up with saravana store

The shop had extensive collection of different items, at a very nominal price. Excellent place for any kind of shopping. The staff were courteous, friendly.

One stop shop for all needs from clothing, Jewellery, stationery, baby items, crockery, plastic products, all house hold items, cosmetic and fancy items, furnitures, electronic items, vegetables, fruits, provinsion items etc. This is one of the biggest shop of saravana stores.

Whatever you want you will get. But you have to compromise on quality. Very Crowded during weekends. So it is better to avoid during weekends. They have a separate furniture shop. Full 9 floors of furniture. Jus give it a shot if you have any plans of buying anything.

You must be choosy. You'll get everything here. Some products that you get here are not even available in other supermarkets. You must be a smart shopper, like me! Go For Branded And Not First Copy Ones! Their Pantry really good and cheap! Legend is Legend!

9th floor billing persons behaviour is worst. I am facing rude behaviour every time. I reduced to visiting frequency and purchases from 20 times a year to 2 times. I hope management take solution.

Namma annatchi kadaithe prices here are very cheap so I always recommend this place. There was 2k difference on a washing machine with other other outlets. Everything is available. It's always crowded. So go to the shop in the noon time to avoid the crowd.

Best in Chennai. Good collections and stock. Variety is what I like here. And their food court the best, you could visit here only to have food. (Unless no crowd is there). Management kindly look into the hygiene of restrooms pls.

You will get everything here.an gigantic 9 floor complex with the first 4 floors are exclusively for clothing. 9th floor have a well maintained cafeteria where we can buy food stuffs, ice creams and drinks at nominal cost. A new shop have been opened nearby exclusively for furniture and home accessories where a wide varieties of goods are sold and home delivery also provided.

The legend saravana stores has lots of household things under ONE ROOF.u can enjoyyy by wandering and feel relax by seeing different utility items.
If u feel tired by shopping need not worry there is space in and around where u can relax.
My suggestion is that psychologically it plays a vital role.becos even if you do window shopping your mind will feel relax and also u can forget your worries for sometime by seeing people there.

A nice complex shop to bought all the items on one place! They have almost all the merchandise, clothings, furnitures, groceries, food items, etc. The perfect place to spend time with your friends and family simultaneously can done shopping! The food court is simply awesome as they offer all food items at appropriate price and can easily afford them!

A very good store for furniture and kitchen appliances. Pricing is ok. Not too high or low.but staffs are not responding well. They do not know much details of the product. If they are trained will be better

Delayed delivery of the furniture. Damaged delivery of the cot. It's been 35 days still the issue not resolved, paid for the cot but not delivered after I returned for replace.
