I went there to watch jawan, what a screen and what varied snack counter it's one of the best I have seen in tamil nadu and snacks was still pocket friendly and quantity was great. For the mall it was too big to see all and I had very little time. A good place to go with your friends and roam.

Parking is well organized except for the exit points which will takes too much time for vehicle to come out. Must visit when you are in Chennai.

Its all good in center of the city. All major brands we can found here for clothing, cosmetic, electronics, And restaurant fun city much more. All expensive entertainment system here. Elite shop, Cini Mall, Super Market. Top Toys brand everything is here. Good in maintenance. Car parking starts 45/- and extra hours 30/- per hour. Heavy traffic in entrance on holidays. Must visit spot in Chennai.

Good place to Spend some Leisure time. Some highlights are that most of good brands available here very good Choise of shops. Food is good but Pricey. Con is that bike parking is bad. Not good what they charge for. Very congested. Bikes might get some damage if others take out abruptly. Other than than its okay. Toilets are really good.

Very crowded, akin to a fish bazaar with no regulations in sight.went to see a movie there and was happy to see the crowd really enjoying after freedom from Xovid.

Good shopping Mall with good parking facility at reasonable hourly rate. The food counters aren't back fully as they are recovering from the Covid closure impact. Big Bazar is closed and taken over by Reliance and they are revamping the place.

The mall is super huge and it's got more shops than you can explore in a day. They also have good parking facility and the place is clean. You could get lost in here, but you'd be alright with consumerism consuming you.

One of the biggest shopping mall in chennai. It have all types of shop. As movie lover, it's my regular place to watch move in jazz screen.

One of the first things I look for in a mall is it's ambience. It's not satisfactory when compared to VR Mall in Thirumangalam. The mall is gigantic with quite the collection of reputed brands. But i found it a bit difficult to navigate through the mall. The overall experience was okay but not great.

Lot of options for shopping, Parking can be done in adjacent street parking vendors for a very lower cost if you come by 2 wheeler instead of spending for parking in mall on a hourly basis. You will not be allowed to enter the mall before 10am unless its for a movie. Big bazaar is available inside where you can buy snacks and beverages if you are tight on budget.

Earlier the food court had numerous food outlets but now the number of outlets has been reduced and even the size of overall food court has been reduced.

I think the biggest and largest shopping mall in Chennai, somewhat become drab, especially with the cinema halls closed, and many outlets closed due to the beating they got during the lockdowns and pandemic, lot of jay walkers, and window shoppers only, the developers must be very badly hit, hope and wish better days are ahead for the Phoenix mall

One of the most famous malls in Chennai city in terms of experience and size. It is located in Velachery. A very huge and we'll spaced compund with all necessary facilities including parking. You have an immense gariety if choice here. Almost all major brands have their showrooms here. It has a great number of good joints and restaurants here. The theatre is also great. Overall a great experience

Awesome place to shop if you have money. For me i just went and only ate food because i went with only few cash and palladium was good too.

After corona it looks with a great marriage hall with little presence of relatives and friends.mostly less croud seen as comparing to opening time.only youth are found wandering into the shops.burchase bags on hand while return are not huge compared to t.nagar.mostly prices are very high in shopping and eating and also gaming.not worthful for purchasing much more.please don't come with credit cards inside this mall.you will be eaten away.not a good place for middle class or upper middle class people.people who dosent know the worth of money are found playing and gaming with friends to try to propose.good place for love making.young lovers seen standing close and talking for hours.safe place to wander

A good place to spend an evening, go shopping or watch movies at the IMAX or the more affordable luxe cinemas. Parking is expensive but a safer bet than other parking lots around the mall. Access can be congested at times, especially in the evenings.

Best place to spend with our family. Everyone should visit once. All the products are branded items. We can buy all at once.

Probably the 2nd biggest Phoenix Mall in India. Plenty of options in all shopping categories in lifestyles, fashion, home decor, adult and kids accessories, electronics and entertainment. Many options in food, beverages and desserts. Plenty of parking space.

Super shoping area where all best brand available here. Management, security, parking system are good for all. Amazing architecture also

Indeed a market city which covers almost all the branded showrooms. This is the biggest mall in Chennai I believe, it becomes super busy during the weekends. Only negative thing is though it has all the food options, the cost is bit expensive. It has a good amount of parking space, could manage the big amount of cars in the weekends, parking charge is also bit expensive.

Recently visited LattLiv and Attapetta shop in Phoenix Mall, the products looks good and lattliv price was affordable and quality.

I visited the palladium food court, which is newly opened. It's amazing with a great variety of food options. It's so well designed, decorated and maintained. I'm highly satisfied and happy with the overall experience in the palladium mall.

The mall is well maintained. It's very clean. I guess there's a parking fee. There's security frisking like every other mall. Natural lighting is used very well in all the common areas. At last it is one of the best place in Chennai.

Huge shopping mall with same type of shops every where. Either dress shop or cosmetics shops every where. Only few electronic shops were there like croma, which is anyway located outside the mall. No need to come to this mall for purchasing from croma. Similarly Big bazaar and Kalaniketan. I really did not find it useful having the same shops inside the mall, which is anyway outside and cheaper too. The food court was worst and nasty. Number of restaurants seems to be more than the number of seats available.

Went there bit earlier than the opening hrs but was not allowed to loiter around. There is condo on top of the mall maybe thats why? Had to walt for about 30 minutes before they opened it "officially" for the day.

I bought take away food from big bazaar and was eating outside the mall when one of the security personnel waved at me to says its not allowed. I had to go back to big bazaar to eat it. Had to make another explanation at the entry gate for taking in the food! Such hassle. Not much logic if people cant enjoy the surrounding areas with the shopping complex.

Inside its very huge and plenty of shops. Lot of cafes and restaurants too. From the basement you can cross over to the palladium without having to come out. Nicely done.

Best Mall of South India I guess. As the name goes phoenix market''CITY''. Its really a mini city. I can assuredly tell you that it will take you a minimum of two days to visit every nook and corner of the mall (As there are multiple buildibgs). A day is not enough. Sometimes you literally get lost inside the mall and do not know where was what. You would see a shop and later if you wanna revisit you will have to brainstorm so as to find where it was. Not exaggerating. Its massive and a real mega structure. If you in chennai you gotta visit the place giving yourself time. (√•¥•)

Huge mall. Famous for higher parking charges. Can't find a shop properly in your next visit as because of the improper infrastructure of the mall. It is a place were you can go for walk as a daily exercise. You will feel the pain of walking if you go for a movie there.

Its one of the best place in chennai city.too many shops, movie theatre and wild range of food court. It looks like always crowded. I love their multi level parking but parking charge is high. Management needs to revist their parking fee protocal for movie viwers because any how he s going to spend next couple of hours in side the theatre. Personally i am not happy with that parking fees for movie viwers (kind of hidden cost). Rest all looks good. Nice food.seats are neat and clean.washroom awesome.

I went there for IMAX which is Luxe Cinemas located in the Phoenix Marketcity Mall. The IMAX experience was good as was the movie 'Avenger's Endgame'. Its a pretty big mall with all kinds of shops located inside. Luxe cinemas definitely is a very good place to watch a movie and it is very clean and well maintained as well.

A very pleasant atmosphere to shop in a relaxed manner. The place is a world by itself and had a charm of its own. All the staff in the various outlets were very polite and non intruding but always around exactly when we need them. There is something for everyone. The spacing of the food court on each floor made it very convenient. A must go to place if you're in Chennai.
