Very spacious and well maintained building. Need more seating for senior citizens waiting for long time standing in the queue for their turn

Any Aadhar card related services, Visit before 9am and get a token. They give only 30 tokens per day. No need to wait there, Once you collect the token.go home and come back after sometime if your token is above 10. It will take time to process. Ours was 24, waited for 4 hrs.

For aadhar card they provide token, we need to be there early morning 7am in line but employees get on there time. Its not right thing either allocate more employees for people service.

This is a typical Govt office where there r no proper display boards to guide the citizens. Here they have an eSeva center for all Govt-Citizens services also besides property tax/Water tax payment counters. But for everything one has to ask people there to go to the right place for making payments. No timings for payment Receipts r indicated at these venues. Citizens will have to struggle for everything here. Payment thru online portals would be far easier to avoid long queues, provided the portals work. Overall citizen experience is not satisfactory.

This is the only one Aadhar enrollment center in Madipakkam. Always crowded area. We may choose better center in Velachery like Bank, Post office. But the staff in this center is working faster and able to obtain in faster manner. We have to get token in morning 9.30 itself. For students above 5 yrs, School authorisation letter is must. For Format, we may download from online.

There is a E-SEVAI centre but not sure why they given tokens and only serve those with token. People wait from morning 8: 30 am, they will come and give token at 10am.
They should give a form for free for aadhar enrollment or changes but they tell they don't have paper and take a copy from near by shop.
There is a shop called "New royal" Xerox shop the shop keeper won't take Xerox copies and will say he will only give printouts of the form and will charge you 5 rupees (he earns on the side)
If your lucky their old laptops and biometric equipments will get connected to internet and they will update /enroll the aadhar details in few months possibly.

Went to update aadhar details. They provide 30 token in the morning. It was time taking and no proper place to sit that long but there are shades to escape the sun. Yes They will update anything in aadhar.

The aadhar centre here is in a blue box beside the corporation building. I went there a couple of times and could not get a token. The way this process is handled is pathetic. The employees have a lordly air. I don't understand why they have to be this lazy and unfriendly. It is their job to help people.

The office can be located easily. The security at the entrance is kind and patient. He guides the visitors properly to the sections. The staff at the zonal office are also polite and courteous. The premises are kept clean. Access to drinking water for the visitors during these summer times would be of great help.

This office is situated on the Puzhuthivakkam Main Road n easily reachable by road. The nearest railway station is St. Thomas Mount n there are lot of MTC buses, share autos are plying. Went there to get new property n water tax cards. To the people living in Nanganallur, Puzhuthivakkam, Ullagaram will be paying their water tax, water charges, property taxes here.
The office is computerised n the staff are very polite n helpful. It houses corporation office, Metro water office, Heath dept, Councillors office etc. Here you can get your birth, death certificates too. You can get yr property tax fixed here based on the value n construction area etc.

Accepts cash, cheque, debit/ credit cards too for payment. U can see plumbers n brokers are not prohibited. It works from 10 AM. I could get my work done within 30 mts.

People n few staff are not at all wearing masks, sanitizers are not kept at entrance. People are parking their vehicles at different areas. It needs to be improved. Inside office is very neat.

I visited the place for including the name of my baby in birth certificate. The lady who attended was explained the procedures politely and was very fast on giving out form. I completed my work really fast, thanks to the lady.

If you have influence, you can get your job done. Else you have got to wait for months with no progress

Opens at 9: 30 - 10. Aadhar for kids above 5 years. Need to get appointment weeks before. Go there on Saturday morning and they will give the time of appointment. They give only 20 ona a day it seems

Corrupt people are everywhere. Go for property tax assessment, you will be stripped of rs. 5000 as office charges which is nothing but Bribe/commission. Still there are few honest people around in the metro water dept.e-Sevai Maiyam at this office works on comission only, if you go uninformed for any payments or work, they will direct you to agents who work for comission.
