Reliance Mall

Bad customer service. They shows the mall opens on the website and they didn't allow to enter the mall at 10: 00 am.and the staffs are being rude to the customers

Good place for movie lovers. You can spend a quality time with your family here. You can purchase various items as well.

Parking fee is subtracted only in reliance groceries bill. Parking should be made free, if we are for movies or bought anything inside the mall.

Everything is fine here other than the parking charges are increasing day by day.

What the contractor has done in Parking for us to pay. End of the day the contractor is making good money.

When reliance has constructed this mall they have to take care of parking activities too.when a person comes here and goes without buying then you can charge them money.

From my point it's better to remove the contract

Parking charge is high and for salem city the price with some stores are there are costing like skylevel, dirtiest kids play zone ever seen in a mall.

Showed up to Trends to get some Track pants and tees and took myself to have a #cappuccino @ #Gosseps coffee shop. Was all alone so enjoyed each and every sip. Good time. I’d surely recommend you guys.

This mall has stopped following covid19 restrictions and rules completely forgetting that covid19 is spreading again. This mall is not safe to visit hereafter.

Mall only For Business Purpose. In Chennai They Have Different Types of Shops like Fish pedicures, Gaming Centre Etc. At least in Salem Provide Food street

A good place for entertainment and shopping. Cake shops and the snacks shops are provided with good seating facilities. Escalators are provided. Parking is very spacious and well maintained. Toilets are clean and hygiene.

Really good place to buy monthly groceries and vegitables. As they are selling in large items everything is less than MRP. Some items lesser than online price.

I with my family visted Reliance mall at salem. No one except us was there for shoping. On looking items, we have seen that items r too costly & old one. One r two eatable shops r there & they too in hygienic.

Reliance mall is quite big and you can get all most every thing from grocery, vegetables dress and many more but billing takes very long time, earlier I was a regular to the Reliance mall.

It's not like that Phoenix and Lulu mall its only have a 2 floors. In the first floor shopping items.and the second floor has the food court with the burger king and have the small shopping stores also available. Paid parking is available in underground

Reliance trends got a lot of clothing options for both male and female but poor/slow customer service.

Reliance trends, Reliance supermarket and reliance digital all in one place it also has other shops as well a nice place for shopping.

A nice place to hang out on weekends. The mall has departmental, electric, footwear and textile store of Reliance brand. Except for few others like Soch, Go colours etc. For eateries you can get Baskin Robbins one veg counter and a non veg counter. For kids you can get a game place and a few activities. Basically a one time visit for a family outing

It's a mall which only suitable for Royal families, everything is high cost in this Reliance mall. But it's a good place with all facilities

They are fairing amounts for 0arking vehicle but we can redeem it in reliance market but not in all store it's disadvantages

Good for a monthly shopping. Apart from Reliance mart only one counter was interesting which sold imported goods " Seller ". The approach of one staff was worth the purchase, he guided properly on items.to that

Good place. But cost is somewhat high. Contains everything including fridges, washing machine, phones, laptops, clothing, Trimmers, tv, sound system, mobile accessories, snacks, games, theater, footwear etc.

A lot of products with good price especially food releated items are very cheap or you'll get a good offers I always buy Tropicana Juice from this mall and they mostly give buy 1 get 1 offer. Or small pack is free.

Nice mall inside the city. Only few shops are there. Still needs improvement in infra.when we visited escalators were out of order. Food court is ok.nothing special.

Very good option to have family outing and purchase. The price is expensive as it always does in luxury malls like these. We enjoyed with our family in the weekend.

A good mall in salem. It is difficult to found in heavy traffic.this mall present on walkable distant from five roads.low number of Esculaters.have to wait for lifts to go up & down. The prices are good & afordable.

Very good place to visit with family and family. Its a medium length mall while comparing othe state. But all things available, all latest products will also available in the mall like mobile, tablets, tv, laptops with lowest price while compare outside prices. A decent mall in Salem. This is definitely not like the city malls wherein you can hang out for hrs doing window shopping. Unless you need something to buy this mall doesn't have anything special. Can improve the stores and food court. And it's a kind kind request to have proper air conditioning in Reliance Market. It's so crowded and suffocating at times.

Very peaceful place, All things are available at the right price, but their bill will not be understood

Horrible experience in market, no airconditioner, no proper arrangement of items, staff are in subordinate, simply chatting all the time.

It is a mall located at Salem Five roads. You can find all thing in this mall. It is maintained well. Nice place to visit.

Well organised building with basement parking facility for both 2 and 4 wheelers. Elevators and lifts available. Almost all essential items for daily life can be purchased here. Stores include Reliance market, Trends, Digital, Footprint. Apart from this various other stores are available for cosmetics, clothing, fitness and Cafeteria with refreshments.

This mall is in salem. The worst customer care experience here! Don't ever expect help into the Relaince trends they don't even help u in choosing clothes, the customer care people act as if they are customers not even helping in the billing process. The other shops are well maintained and equipped in the relaince mall. One thing I can suggest " if u get any gift due to a high purchase please don't expect them to return or exchange any of their defective clothes. Do check the dress before billing regarding size and their quality".

One of the finest mall in this location. Walkable distance from New bus stand.
In reliance digital they need to add new products in tablets. Fine for window shopping.

The best place to purchase groceries, electronics, dressings, shoes, workout machines and also food courts are awesome

The sales here has been adversely affected after opening of dmart. They have started to get parking charges Also. Thus making customers angry.

Very stuffy. The premises have air tight atmosphere.
Poor humidification around noons and a.nuns.
Myself a regular, stay for an hour or more, come out totally exhausted, as there is NO AIR.
Pls check your control.

Children and old people suffer.
Other infrastructure good, parking very tidy and neat.
