REVATHI STORES The Best Shop - REDHILLS

Very worst behaviour in ground floor incharge. I frequently visit the stores for all my Daily needs and festival purchase. Also my wife have gold chit account in revathi. Now I want to withdraw gold chit account and never want to visit revathi shop. I complained about floor incharge misbehaviour but there is no use. I don't know how revathi stores management will recruiting these type of people. No patience and vulgar language they are speaking with customers. Even my colleague also had Same issue with the concerned person. I'm sure revathi stores loosing the customers day by day.unless management addresses these issues and resolve them they will loose the customers. They should remember that customer is the God.

Nice experience. It was a wonderful purchasing. Everything is good here, since from the car parking assistance, hospitality, supporting staffs with good knowledge, good food with very economic price. From my bottom of the heart I'm saying this, Revathi stores owner, partners, employees all will get good a very long life.

One place to get all your shopping done.price is little bit high.grocery items have some discounts and vegetables price is little low compared to other outside shops.
Having good canteen at 4 th floor and the price is low and the food is good.
Festival offers available for dresses

We can shop, eat and play. They are conducting some events outside of the Store, which is highly recommended. The cost is not much different from outside shops but everything can be purchased at one place.

Please customers don't buy any product in this revathi store Redhills unworthy, money waste, time waste.
Not good, worst

On 25th September, we went to Revathi store to buy cell phone and other items. Me and my mother bought cell phone for 22000 rupees and other items for 5000 rupees and came to the bill section. The maid talked to sleep and it was very disgusting for the people nearby to see me. I also called the complaint number for this and said. I have bought lakhs from this shop.
The lack of respect is still a heartache to this day.

Enough two wheeler parking, but Car parking is not enough. Lift and escalater is not sufficient for festival time.

Saravana stores < Revathi stores
I liked kids playing area with affordable cost & also food court prices are very affordable & taste was also good.
Chicken burger was not that much good & golisoda looks like need to change the brand.
Totally a good place to spend a day.

There is a shopping mall in Redhills market, it is quite convenient but due to traffic in the market, there can be a lot of problems.

Prices are very high compare to other same type of shop. Even in the small shops product price are less but here in Revathi shop it's too high. There is no combo discounts where other stores are providing. People who are willing to waste the money they can always welcome in Revathi stores.

Near to people around minjur and other villages surrounding minjur. Back up option to shop when you can't go to T nagar.

3rd floor Air condition and electronic sales women is dominating the costumer.like! She's telling here 70% people are coming to irritate us.they are not coming for purchase.take action on sales guys like this.otherwise I'll give 5 star for Revathi store

The shop was very spacious and grand look. The interior design are so cool and very attractive place. I bought the shorts and rate is convenient and moderate price and good quality, but T shirt and shirt rate are high.

Bought a warm jacket for my visit to Udaipur where winter is very Harsh reaches very low temprature

Revathi stores has alot of branches but in redhills it's really gud to have one but there are some provisional items where products would have be stickered ryt at the expiry date so that even expired products could be sold and bought and that's really bad.but other than that we'll get everything under one roof.

Some of items more the expensive ones from another store. Their working people some of people sleepy and tired sometimes we ask the items they don’t know where it is. In veg section there is only one people working to make a bill long q for 2 items to make a bill 30 to 45 min in final bill scenario same sometimes

A good and big mall for redhills.
This is first mall shop in redhills. I think is 7floor construction. Full AC.
But all workers are speaking very too much.
Its irritating the costumer. Two wheeler and four wheeler parking not comfortable.

I use to go often to this store. But recently saw Rats in grocery floor and to my surprise I took Moong dal, Sugar eaten by rats to buy. When I reported this to the counter, they were smiling as if it's a usual story for them everyday. Beware when you take anything from Dal/food section. Check twice the packing n expiry dates. We are not buying anything for free from your store so please keep the place clean and healthy Revathy stores!

For super market: compare with pothys hyper and ss some things no discount sale if I'm buying some biscuits at pothys rs. 5 mrp will be rs. 4.50 but here rs 5 only.dress are all ok quality.furniture also ok quality.food court should be improve.

This is an all in one super store located at Redhills. Spacious car parking area, waiting area at the entrance are special features. Gold shop is having fairly good variety of collection to choose from. Clothing section is very spacious. One needs time to spend inside. Friendly staff at each section helped me to select required items quickly. Vessels and gift items section is also having fairly good collection. Whatever in your mind can be purchased. Home needs section is also very spacious and all popular brand TVs, washing machines, ACs, to small gadgets can be purchased. Cafeteria at the top floor is a note worthy feature. Couldn't spend much time at other sections. All food items are served at a very very nominal rate. So, while going to this Revathi stores don't worry about your food needs. Overall, this is a true family super store with all in one purchase facility at a very moderate price in Redhills, Chennai.

Starting it self the product price is less than 50 but Now a days the product price will be vary it's because of the marketing

Vegetable to gold under one roof. Adequate parking space. Nice display with more moving space. Courteous staff service.

Everything is over expensive, according to the quality and product the price rate is too high. Only very - very few products are in a affordable price range with good quality.

Staff doesn’t know how to treat customers. They don’t know mannerisms and not recommending the store products properly to customers. Administration has to train their staffs on how to behave politely to the customers. I don’t even want to give that 1 star actually. I am giving it for a security person who guided me on purchasing product. Worst store ever went in my entire life

Loss of my helmet in bike parking. Securities failed to address theft even it happen very near to CCTV. Management is not interested in customer belongings, Very disappointed.

Newly opened store. Have to wait for few more days to review it properly. Still the construction work is in process

Lot of dress collection like baby's, ladies, gent's etc. Everything we purchase as one place in this stores. Day by day they are developing store.

As mentioned in other reviews, Revathy stores is a gift for people in and around redhills. The shop, floors, facilities look exactly similar to saravana stores padi (I heard Revathy stores owner is saravana stores owner's relative). As of today (25/04/2019) Only 70% of construction is complete, I am not sure why they have opened the shop in a hurry. Have to be little careful, when walking near the bike parking area and car parking area (which is still under construction). Electric wires are still not closed properly and its visible outside, so there are chances for electric shock when you walk or keep legs on the wire by mistake. I decided not to go this shop until it's fully constructed. Updated below comment on 29/06/2019: I went to Revathy stores today. It's far better now. They helped me to park my car. In billing section they have improved far better. Previously we used to wait for long time in billing section. Today they have billed fast. Day by day it's improving. Keep up the good work ;)

Product is ok but cheated on GST Rates (18.6.2019 im bye 10Kg Suger its cost 36+18%=42.48 but actual cost 36+5%=37.8 only.so i loss 4.68 per kg X 10 = 46.80 /- in one product. So Please carefully handle and bye the product.) and that bill Contact no not working,
Please verify each product gst because price is less but GST Collect Wongly.

I would say this is a great store and that too in the right place to attract people. All kind of products are here and you will be satisfied with it.

It is quiet big in area - 4 floors and an underground floor. Easy to access. Lifts and escalators function very well.

But one thing which is missing is the dedicated parking area, so the area becomes crowded at peak hours. Other than that it is a good one.

Poor customer service and rate is high. Less options, but they will make you to buy. My advice if you have more money and don't know how to spend plz go there

So much of hyper for this store, visited with mom. All i can see is unopened boxes and no ac. We had to wait for a long time to bill and system is not properly updated and had so many issues while billing, mismatch of amounts while billing etc.

Yet to be organized in some categories. Textiles having all the major brands. No food court for now. 20% interior under construction.vallet car parking is good but it's a mess while handling huge crowd. Must take measures to handle huge crowd in weekends. Billing section is taking more time especially when crowded.

Worst in billing section they take more time and season time they close all floor bill counters and pay bill at ground floor it is bad for customer satisfaction we plz that improve the billing time durig season time and extra counters for customers. It is wrost customer satisfaction and wrost management

Cheap and best shop. Quality is not compromised. Yet to complete the civil work. Parking facility to be improve.

Making customers stand for more than 40 minutes for billing in ground floor after 10 pm. Closing all floors counters. Worst experience in billings. Need more to improve
