The waiter literally threw the plates on the table. It used to be neat and clean. Still a favorite place for loyal customers.

The food severed here was awesome, especially they maintain neat hygiene and they use banana leaf as plate instead of food plates which is good for all

Food was average. Taste wasn't good. We even found some fragments of hair in the food and informed the servers but they are only interested in brushing it off saying could've been flown or simply ours.

Service was quick though. But they were kinda hostile to even take our requests for additional fork or tissues.

Atmosphere is very crowded as we were returning on the way during the weekend the place was understandably overcrowded. We did get parking space while some weren't lucky though.

Overall doesn't live up to the expectations od Sangeetha. Sad to see its quality is deteriorating.

This place is not the same as it used to be, Sangeeta had a very good name before for food, service and atmosphere of their restaurant.
During weekends they are unable to manage the crowd and on weekdays during lunch time it's like a fish market. Unfortunately staff are unable to manage the crowd. Customers are seen standing beside the table of the other customers having their food looking at them when they would finish and get up enable them to occupy that table very very unprofessional way of handling the customers.
Menu card was not given until asked for, drinking glasses on table were not available, the person arranging the Thali had missed few dishes of bowl to be placed, NO proper supervision, Serving staff seems to be fed up of giving service. Tables were not cleaned properly was left wet for customers to clean it themselves with napkins. (Check your CCTV for proof).
Never expected this from such reputed hotel. Dear Management kindly make note and looking forward to see the improvement on our next visit.

The food was so soogy and waste food
Sambar vadai was really bad and smelling.
Tea was no sugar and bad milk.
The worst restaurant I ever seen.
I'm don't recommend this place.

We got the seat immediately. Dosa was soggy and not at all crispy. Vegetable soup was horrible, they have added raw vegetables on top of clear soup and gave it as vegetable soup.

We had great time with family in Sangeetha, it was a great restaurant to go with family. Excellent service and especially their hospitality. Try there falooda it was excellent

Food taste is good. Sufficient parking space. Can be reached from both direction (from Bangalore at our left side and from Chennai to Bangalore- need to take right turn at Thirumazhisai Ind estate).

Very courteous, very efficient staff who are very customer oriented. Food quality is very good. Alot of parking space.

A very good place for authentic south Indian food. Had breakfast on my way to Chennai. A must try out place at any time.

Worst ever Sangeetha. Very unfortunate such a nice chain having a terrible outlet with half cooked food and disappointing the highway non returning customers.

Served a rotten chutney at noon even after the same was complained by the next table and still they didn't remove that from the table. Since the complaint was not loud enough I didn't hear it. Hate going there anymore.

Billed 3 items for take out. We got only 2 items. We didn't get to check out as were in a hurry. I also tried calling them to complain about it. No one picked up the phone.it was just ringing.

Truly south Indian.
The dosa and sambar was awesome.

Gave 5 stars before 2years.now giving 1 star because everything is changed from food taste to staff attitude even food quantity is very less. Iam very disappointed and waste of money

Sangeetha food always Awesome. I had food in all.of their Resturants in chennai. Especially Navalur branch amazing. I won't forget my regular visits to Habibullah Road outlet which they closed, not to mention Medavakkam branch on Velachery main road used to be good. Lunch were awesome. Now back to this branch, I think price is on other side, they could work on thar as well as they need to expand space, especially rush hours gets crazy here, especially during lunch.hope they know their drawback and short coming, hope they will work on this to overcome, as well as serve and satisfy customer in the years to come as well as grow in strength.

Very very worst, I ordered panner briyani. But that food full of coriander lef only. Can't even eat. I payed one briyani 272 nearly 300 rs but very very worst service worst teast.

Good quality food. Good ambience. It can get busy really quickly in the evening. During those times, service could be little more efficient. Overall a good travel stop 1.5-2 hrs before Chennai on this road.

Ordered 3 set of chapati through bonito, but delivered only one set. No one is lighting phone from Sangeetha restaurant Bangalore trunk road branch to complaint.

It is very crowded and you need to wait to get a table. It was crowded when i visited. They have parking lot and bear to highway. There is also alternate options available if the place is crowded

No menu was offered and the price of the product was higher than other branches. Service was not pleasing and the sanitising was not hygienic

Such a horrible tasting lunch after a long drive is an insult to the customers. You can look at the attached photo of my plate on how it looked after I said enough & asked for bill. Today lunch of mini meals 18th April 2021 at 1.45 pm.

Excellent just like other sangeetha branches. Restaurant is located on the main road itself. Easy to notice. Parking facility is available. Inside ambience is good. Very hygienic Good food. Pure veg.
Make sure to taste falooda it is delicious. Also North Indian foods like chilli panner, rotti etc etc.

Great place for a meal. Food worth the price.

After a long tiring day from Vellore, we (two of us healed from Cancer) avoided all the roadside coffee shops just to have good coffee in clean cups. But we were sadly disappointed to see such a high quality serving coffee in disposable cups. Coffee was good but went in with melted wax from those paper cups. Even if we try our best to change into a healthy lifestyle, looks like these high grade hotels are going in for easy ones.

Amazing tasting and affordable food (it you go for the meals option). One star reduced for bad reception. No one showed us any table, and when we sat at one, they asked us to get up and go to another table.but service by waiter was very good and prompt.

Very poor service for a restaurant that wants to project itself as a premium place. Something as basic as cold drinking water is not served. The waiter has the temerity to tell you on the face that if you want it colder than this you should get it yourself from outside. This is what it comes to.

A wide menu, ideal location with ample parking. Service is good.

Not costly. But hygienic condition not as per the mark. Fully commercialized. Not like you visit this hotel again and again.

This is another branch of the Sangeetha hotel group. The restaurant is located in Poonthamalle high road at the corner where the road branches of for Thirumazhisai, Tiruvallur and Tirupati. Restaurant is quite good with excellent tiffin and lunch options.

Vast parking and neat toilet facility are available for travelers.

Food is very expensive. Service was bad when we had dinner on 3rd Jan 2019. Waiters weren't polite. Even the person who took order behaved in an authoritative way. For the price the food was not up to the mark. Disappointed

This chain of restaurants seem to be consistent with food quality and taste. This restaurant is no different.

It very lovely restaurant for all travel towards Thiruvallor & Kanchipuram. Sangeetha; name is enough which predict there quality.

One of the few better outlets among their chain of restaurants. We always have our breakfast here whenever we go to Tirupati. Good food and ambience with ample car parking on the Bangalore trunk road.

Easily accessible from Chennai -bangalore Highway. Hygiene and neat place has spacious car parking, food tastes as usual as every Sangeeta restaurant, Service is bit delay during peak hours.

Nice place to stop by for snack or meal. In the Chennai Bangalore Highway not far from the Hyundai Motor India plant.
Also has good desserts and ice cream.

Located on the Thirumalisai - Poonamalee junction, this place is not to be missed if you want to have a quick bite or a refreshing coffee. Price is reasonable, excellent service and value for money. Their mini lunch is a must have. Unfortunately, I was unable to click pictures of the location or the food.

Very expensive. Taste is below average. But hygienic.

Mini meals had good combination (sambar rice, puliyotharai, curd rice, one chappathi, papad, Kesari, pickle, one vegetable).

We are frequent visitor to this restaurant while visiting Kanchipuram and Thirupathi. In the recent times, we have noticed the wash area and toilets are badly maintained. The toilets near the parking area are also maintained so badly and not a drop of Water to use. So kids and ladies couldn't use. This is a inconvience to the travellers and to remind you Swach Bharath doesn't seem to work here. I wanted to write a complain but suggesstion and complain book is not maintained. Since it's a health hazard issue. Could you see to the issue and acknowledge. Sorry to say that, Standard of Hygiene has come down badly.

The service is really pathetic we ordered 2starters, main course for dinner but the hotel service was shocking they just served everything in one shot, the fork, the spoons, the tissue paper were missing, it took them 10 minutes to get fork, roti by that time was just like a Frisbee, noodles had a hair in the bowl so I really doubt the hygienic conditions of kitchen. They charge exoberent but thats not reflected in the food too the schezwan noodles had few bits of capsicum overall cost for the same is 230rs + human hair is free along with the food. This restaurant is on the busy poonamelle road or highway. I would say worthless to have food in here better to visit Highway restaurant on the same stretch of highway. The only way I had been to this place was to escape notorious traffic.

One of the few surviving veg chains of quality in the south. Very good south Indian snacks and food served with smiles

A very decent vegetarian restaurant in Bangalore-Chennai highway. They have adequate parking space. Food is good, service during peak hours is not so good. Ambiance and hygiene is good. They have clean restrooms. The restaurant is not wheelchair friendly. Pricing is moderate and food quality is good. We enjoyed coffee, it was good.
