Spectrum The Grand Venus Mall

PVR is good but other shops are closed. Parking is also a bit tricky to navigate.
Only for movie it is good.

The Mall is very much empty is it even a mall? But the size of the mall and surrounding is spacious and gets parking places for the movie

Theatre is ok

Cleanliness is requires.

Collecting huge amount in tickets as well as parking but not properly maintained.

Only PVR Cinemas is functional as of now. In the ground floor is a small mehandi shop is working.

This can't be called a mall anymore it's just a building with theatres and a couple of shops

Theatres are ok. But parking is very poor. For that they are charging 40 INR for two wheeler. And it's open parking.

Most of the shops are empty and closed for business and looks deserted. Except PVR cinemas, there is nothing much in this mall.

PVR is in bad condition.
Mosquito were inside the theatre.
Seat quality is also bad.

Spectrum mall is located in the area of Perambur in Chennai city. Various brands is available in the mall and you can get the best deals out there. Five screens are there with good ambience and you can experience a good feel. Mall has good parking system with covered car parking. Most shops are empty.

Went for a movie over here other than the S3 cinemas it doesnt look like other shops are active here.

S2 cinemas is only the main reason I'm going there. Other than that it's small mall with few shops and only handful of restaurants.

Small mall. Theatre is good. North Indians can watch "Hindi" films here. And yes the popcorn is worth the money!:)

Highlight of Perambur. It is a place of total fun and hangout with beloved ones but nothing is great apart from Big Bazzar and S2 Cinemas. If you are around Perambur and you wanna chillout, this is a good place.

Another place for movie goers, and those who shop at Big bazaar, not a great place for a quick lunch or hang out.

It was a good experience and The Theatre was also pretty Decent and the sound effect was Super cool.

Good place to hang out. But too costly for common people of north chennai making it not reachable for common public. Need more attention in selecting shops and franchise.

A good place for a movie with variety of snacks to go along with like popcorn, hot dog, sandwiches, sweet bun at a reasonable price

Better shopping place in Perambur Circle with Theaters inside the Mall along with Big Bazaar. Parking fee will be Moderate only. Around 4 theaters there but small screen size.

It's a good place to hang out with friends and for those who are really in to shopping, but need to have few more Indian restaurants. I'm Indian and love Indian food I can spend any amount of money on Indian food but not on foreign outlets.

Spectrum mall, only positive about it is S2 Theater, and bigbazar.nothing to say about the mall or a location.

Shopping mall: inside shops are Kids gaming play, food Court inside and outside entrance mall, big cinema hall butter popcorn taste is amazing, big bazaar, book stall, organic shop, so many small shops are there, parking also available there

Best place to watch movies.less crowdy and near to my home but they should add more number of screens

Big and awesome.good place to spend time with your family. Kids are gonna love the gaming area. The mall has outlets from major clothing and apparel brands and a six screen multiplex cinema, along with a food court serving multi-cuisine dishes.have a great shopping.

S2 cinemas is awesome. It's snacks are awesome too. There is a big bazar. Other small shops are there

Nyc place for shopping nd movie time. Theatres are more well nd cafeteria is also superb. With a lot of parking structure enjoyable place with friends nd kids

Small but good mall, the parking space is very little but the major issue is only on Saturday and Sundays. The mall also has a theatre and a fish spa. It's a average mall.

The major crowd attraction is from the local areas

The mall is so conjested.but acts as a great spot for the locals to meet, for a movie, some costly shopping, and some games and fun. Could improve the quality in shops.and staff and securit should be more friendly

Very Congested parking area and charges is too high. Charging for two wheelers 50 rupees.also no attractive offers in the stores. Rich people can say this will be somewhat fine place to shop as the cost is not a matter for them. However the food mart is offering tasty foods for reasonable price.

Not so great compared to the other malls in Chennai. Spi Cinemas is the most happening place in this mall. Food stalls seems to be just average.

Spectrum mall is located in center of Perembur near Pandian stores. It's very near to Perembur Vellayan market. Place is very conjunction in peek hours. Better go in two Wheeler if possible. You have SP cinimas, Big Bazaar, Food court, Dosaikal restaurant added advantages to this mall.

Should not have been named Grand. The mall is just for SPI cinemas and Big bazar. A small one indeed.

Very small mall, but stores are good. But the food court is worst, & the game center is even worse. Needed to be improved.
