Complete overhauling needed to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
Restrooms should've health faucet/hand shower.

I did my son's ayusha homam here and had a terrible time dealing with the owner of the Mandapam. He lacks total respect for the customer and constantly overestimates cost of delivery. He lacks patience to deal with customers.
First about the facility:
The facility looks run down and there are bats flying around the kitchen area and hallway in the evenings.
The air conditioner had dust coming out and the rooms were extremely dirty.
There was no water in the bathrooms midway and it took more than 30 mins for water to be pumped.
The rooms are single cot and the less said about the cleanliness of the common areas like kitchen and bathroom, the better.
Second about the quality of the services delivered:
The lunch was good (we ordered catering contract with the owner) The guests were happy with it and that is the only reason for 1 of the 2 stars.
The decoration of the stage for the event was average and once again not worth the money spent. (Half a star for this)
The kolam was done very well thanks to the lady that has a special skill for it so another half star for this.
Overall, this is not a place where I will do repeat business. Recommendation would be to avoid this like a plague.
