Nowadays in 'The Chennai Silks' the quality is very poor. And at the same time the price is too much while comparing to the quality. Though I was a regular customer of 'The Chennai Silks' but I felt very unsatisfied nowadays. Recently, I have purchased a shirt. I thought it was good. But, the quality was very very poor. At the same time I have seen some other too. But, It was literally damaged and it looks like some clearance sale. So, I decided that hereafter I will not choose The Chennai Silks for purchasing, also I will not suggest for my friends too. So, people who can't able to believe this. Can go to the shop directly and feel the truth. Sorry.

Good place. Will get all types of dress. But comparatively bit costlier. Will have 200 rupees difference

It is not as good as earlier in terms of collection and service by its staff. Needs immediate attention by the management.

Have very good collection of dresses for all ages. It is situated in heart of the town. Accessing from both bus stand and railway station. Have sufficient two wheeler and car parking facility.

The ceiling is leaking, so if you are unaware then you might have a fall. Salesmen are found with their shirt unbuttoned (near the chest), on inquiry gave a stupid response that they are sweating (mind it, it is an air conditioned place)

It was located on bazar Street. Crowd was always there. We can get the dresses from Expensive to inexpensive ranges. Each and every floor they kept water. Staff's were supporting good. Section wise they segregated the dresses for child men women. For men's it's on 5th floor (restroom for men's) also there. We have to get our delivery in ground floor it takes time.

Very very ideal place to visit in this summer, maintaining cool temperature, polite staffs, buttermilk serving cool, providing balloons for kids, what else you want to like the place. Oh forget to mention just around sometime then go for someother shop for purchase.

Good place for Rich people. Nice place to buy weeding collection. Price is peak for ordinary collections.

10 year old dresses everywhere. Lack of collection. Not trendy.

Hi, Today i came with my family to erode chennai silks. Their front desk took my car for valet parking and i was not aware of any rules and unfortunately my family didnt like the collection and they went for other stores nearby and i came back for the car later. They asked for purchase bill and i didnt had so they asked me to pay 200/-. I paid and asked for the bill. Their front desk employee started behaving rudely saying they cant give any bill. I insisted for the bill so he again asked me to wait for 1/2 an hour to get the bill. I was asking "why should i wait 1/2an hour for the bill? He was saying i have to wait if i need a bill. He started speaking so rudely So i went to the chennai silks in search of the manager and he too acted so rudely and said "You go where ever you want and i wont give any bill". I was really humiliated and was wondering how they behave when you go inside the store and how to they behave when you ask for a proper bill. They way those employee talked to us made me so feel so bad and i asked why did they say anything when they took my car. I was totally done when their manager asked a question "Why didnt you ask for rules by yourself". Then i decided not to talk with them and left after getting the bill, almost waited 25 mins to get a simple bill. Thanks for your approach "The Chennai Silks Erode"

Too expensive for the quality and design of the dress material not worth for money. The only thing is you can find lot of designs in one place but the cost is comparatively very high compared to other stores. Located in main market poor parking facilities and huge traffic all the time in the shop location. Not worth it. The shop is well known to everyone and even if there is no advertisement people will come to shop so management can reduce the number of TV advertisement and in turn reduce the price. This will be key parameters of you keep shop in cities like Erode where there is huge competition
