We have a decent shopping option with reputed brands and eating option. Could have signages for restrooms. Theatre is good. When we step out we have plenty of eating options with the food court. It's a good place to spend time with your friends and family if the agenda is to eat.
Vivira Mall, situated on OMR near Olympia Opaline at 33 Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Navalur, hosts a variety of amenities. Smart Bazar caters to grocery and daily needs, while several chain restaurants such as Domino's and KFC, clothing stores like Reliance Trends, Zudio, and Pantaloons, and footwear shops including Bata and Reliance are available. You can also find Croma, Decathlon, and AGS cinema within the premises. Additionally, a liquor store is located just outside the mall. Despite its age, some areas remain unoccupied, with "coming soon" signs on different floors. Weekends can get quite crowded, and the mall's operating hours are from 11 AM to 10 PM. However, there's room for improvement in terms of maintenance, particularly regarding car parking and restroom facilities. Consider enhancing the building's appearance through painting and repair work to make it more attractive.
This mall is not so big but it has all the shopping and entertainment options. From most affordable shops to expensive shops are available. It has AGS cinemas in the top of the floor. Parking facility is available but bike parking is in open place.
You will visit or you can visit this place only for these three reasons First is AGS cinema Second is KFC Third is Elite TASMAC That’s it there is nothing else which will excite you
This place is quite nice, Big Bazar and Decathlon is great. Kfc and Dominos are also there. We had dinner is Absolute Berbeque, it was nice. The mall needs better maintenance. Over all okay. Recommended.
I still remember the initial days of the mall which was started as Coramandel plaza with only AGS cinemas in it a decade ago.it had a very slow transformation when compared to other places in Chennai.but it has picked up its pace as Vivira mall now.small in size but its amenities are of good standard now.yet some of its maintenance in washrooms/ parking can still be better
They still have limited shops only.it's more than 3 years now still not a full fledged mall. It's bit disappointing but somewhat okok. Marina mall is far better dn this
Located right on the main road, few meters away from OMR food street. AGS cinemas located on third floor. Food court is not fully functional, very few shops are open. Rest rooms available on each floor. Parking at basement available. Decathlon is recently moved here - available at first and second floor. Big bazaar and Pantaloons also available. Handsfree sanitizing units available.
Has everything as in a standard mall of this era, a multiplex AG's cinema, food court, multiple clothing, fashion and grocery stores, also fun train and carrides for kids
Utter waste, They get money for maintenance from Parking charges. Minimum 40 rs for 4 hours parking and there is nothing in the mall for more than 45 minutes if you are not going for AGS movies
In this mall all the item is very expensive. Its not a proper mall. Many shops is under construction for a long time. In Big Bazaar most of the item is not available, you choose and buy.
Good shopping mall. You can get all that is required. Parking cost is slightly on a higher side. Spar, Food court and some premium showrooms are highlights of this shopping mall. Washroom is well maintained and kept clean.
Vivara Mall is located in Navalur near Siruseri. One good place to have good food, fun and movies altogether in OMR is Vivara Mall. Special attractions of this mall are AGS Cinemas and Absolute Barbecue restaurant. The mall is located or easily accessible from Navalur Bus Stop.
No security checks to enter the mall. Half of the shops are closed. Some eating joints are open. Okay for watching movies. Would recommend Phoenix mall for a better shopping and dining experience
