Rest rooms are now under renovation.
Starbucks replaced Cofee Day. KFC now at front.
Subway left. Feast House (new) is picking up

Multiple Food courts - KFC Starbucks, Indian Restaurant, toy stores etc. Big Parking available.

I would love to see that service orientation in 7 again.

@All: those who all care for clean toilets go to Madras Coffee just before 7. For food there are many other stops.

7 was best known for its safe & clean toilets which brought the crowds and slowly indulging in other eateries happened.
Ofcourse, the masala dosa and coffee were two excellent most of them craved for.
Slowly as it grew, the brittleness has shown up.
There were cracks with attitude of shopkeepers, business minds to create more opportunities to squeeze money, played a spoil sport.
It's all gone now, the moment toilets which are offered as a respected service, are shifted upstairs limiting most of senior citizens and others with disability.
When I expressed my opinion, they argued instead of trying to see what's the concern.
The toilets are nothing short of railway compartment toilet.
It's fitted with jaguar but your eyes, lips and nose burns with awful vapour inside. You continue to stink carry that stench for long.
Absolutely pathetic. Added to the difficulty, the staff use the toilets for smoking. [@Management: This remark may not be generic, but if you care to keep your eyes and nose open, you will know]
When Google has been asking me to provide feedback, I refrained to avoid this feedback, which may be painful to some. Again after yesterday's trip, THESE CONDITIONS prevailed, which forced me to vent out the agony.

Previous Review:
Set up at a Strategic location between Hyderabad and Vijayawada, approximately halfway through. With the best. I mean it. The clean and tidy toilets provided along with rest area, kids play area, chocolates and condiments, good parking, a food court that offer real good tasty dishes and super refreshing hot filter coffee.
Update:
Pros: New restaurant spaces added up. Service men and women count increased. Floating population increased. I see most of them are returning customers. Service quality and food quality is still good.
Cons: Employees attitude in keeping toilets clean has reduced. This never was a case earlier.

This is not a best place for tiffin but u can get so many foods KFC, McDonald's, and many others and very late service, high price but washrooms are very hygienic

No need to write a review about Hotel 7. KFC is open now and they have EV charging station also

This is a must stop between Hyd and Vijayawada. Very well placed halfway between the two cities near Suryapet. They maintain very good ambience and cleanliness which thus allows passengers to stop without qualms. Food is served fast and tasty but is a bit pricey. Otherwise a very decent place to stop enroute on NH65

Always had a grear experience during pongal here. Worth a break while travelling between hyderabad and Vijayawada. Friends will add more pleasure. Good food of course.

Worst service provided people working in seven doesn't know what are items available in the restaurant waste of time and money

A class apart! Absolutely delightful experience to be visiting here. Family friendly staff a hundred mile radius, what with a thousand are more people using it, it's incredible effort to keep it that way. Kudos to the determination of the manager and staff. Love this place.

Huge rush a couple of days ago. There was waiting time of 10 minutes. Food was tasty and was served really quickly. Cleanliness can improve. No covid protocols followed which was disappointing given the huge crowd.

No much veg options if you go there after 3: 00pm.
Also, breakfast options will be limited if we go between 11: 00am and 12: 00pm

We found this food court on our way from Hyderabad to Vijaywada. The food served here was clean and tasty especially the Ghee Karam Dosa served with 4 chutneys and sambar. The coffee here, one of my favorites. The food court is equipped with clean washrooms and a good space for parking. You will also find KFC, Domino's, CCD, Karachi Bakery, Cream Stone in this food court.
The only con here is that the food is a bit expensive.

However, there is KFC and Dominos you can try. But don't eat at the main food court. It's worst.

Always visiting here when traveling from Hyderabad to Vijayawada. Clean Restaurant and Restroom. This time happened to see some interesting activities. Very nice!

This place is packed with north indian mega thalis to subs and burgers. There is a wide range of options to choose from. U can stop by anytime cus they have meals to appetizers. Magnificent place! Absolutely loved it.

Nice place to visit if you are on that route, have many options of food chains to chose from. From the kitchen in first floor they serve all the South Indian foods but they really expensive. They offer good parking facility and toiletries are really well maintained.

It was a solo building with just a restraunt, but now it's like completely awesome with subway, dominoes, cream stone, and other fast food restaurants. And the best thing is that the traditional stuff, like roti, rice, and Chinese, Italian, continental, stuff like that are at their best quality.

There is no better place to enjoy food on this highway. Food very tasty. Service best and price is reasonable.

Understaffed and no one care about your feedback. Have to wait in long queues to eat overpriced food with poor service and a nonexistent feedback mechanism. Only stopping here since there is no place with more options. Place going nowhere but downhill.

Its a very good place to stop for food when you are on the Hyderabad Vijayawada highway. The only reason for a lesser rating is the always crowded place and hence the slow service.

Very good place to hangout during a long drive. You have many restaurants at the pitstop, Subway, Thickshake Factory, Cafe coffee day and lot more things to do. The toilets are clean and well maintained. You can get all types of food here and its very easy to notice from the highway. Good place for family members

There is scope to increase hygiene. Staff shd look and act professional. Staff shd change dress everyday. They shd be pleasant and friendly. Urinal pot partitions required.

It is at a distance of 2-3 km from suryapet (towards hyderabad route). A refreshment stop for family travelling long distance. Availability of food round the clock, clean washrooms and parking lot.

The place is good with a lot of facilities such as fooding. Car cleaning. Repairing etc. You have quite a few options on fooding. Its got a big food court with quitte a few options from subway to dominos to cafe coffee day being someof them. Great place to goto if are going for a long drive since its not too far away from hyderabad.

If you are driving from Hyderabad to Vijayawada, this is the best place to take a break. It has a great choice of food and beverages and the toilets are very nicely maintained. I have been stopping here for the last few years and the maintenance has been consistent. They have ample parking with trees and I feel relaxed walking around under them and stretching my legs. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything similar on the return drive. I didn't want to stop at Seven again because it is in the other side of the road.
