Maintenance is top notch. Food at atiroopa is great. Food at prakruti is average. It would be better if the pool, water park, game zones are open from 6/7am. Also, there is only one time entry given to these. Atleast for those who stay, these can be given without any entry limit.

I would like to thank Mr Mohapatra (Sir Manager) for everything taken care and helped us from beginning to end.

Very Nice for Family Outings. The staff is a bit slow but overall good resort for a 2 day holiday.

This place is very relaxing and peaceful. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. Despite the rush, the service was prompt and up to the mark. Cottages are also well maintained. It’s a great choice if you want to take a break from regular, busy city life and get back without much hassle, since it’s pretty close. Would surely visit again.

One of the worst place to be in term of service. The staff does not have basic courtesy overall the place you can avoid going in my view as there are many better place who provide much more better service

Located outside the city, this resort has a huge area under its campus and has multiple buildings. We stayed in one of the buildings. The building has three storeys. It had lift to go up and down and stairs as well. Stairs were mostly ornamental as they were too narrow.
The room was huge and has all the facilities. However the cupboard was too narrow and the washroom not so clean. We were staying here because of a friend's wedding and I felt the hotel was kind of ignoring the services to the wedding guests.
The building looked very traditional south Indian with all the wooden work. There were multiple ground to hold different functions.
The campus was clean and green. The hotel has big parking space as well.

Never thought I would be rating any place 1-star, that too because some rating has to be given. I've never been so disappointed with the food and the service. Abysmal. Multiple items that we ordered were served wrongly. Top that with the waiters argued that they had brought the correct order. All of the food stinks of bad oil, the recipes are weird and nowhere close the the classics. We ordered quite a lot of things as we were a big group, surprisingly, everything was bad.

Review is, just save your money. This place seems to be a self proclaimed 4 star resort. The place is pretty, but underutilized. The restaurant has cobwebs. The food is bad. The service is pathetic. Expensive for god knows what reason.

Took double pool room. The bedsheet was not changed it had stains and hair. Water bottle was already opened and water was half. The washroom was not clean. The food we ordered was not at all good. And no privacy at all. People just come inside without even knocking or ringing the bell. Horrible staff. For four star resort it's one of the worse place to be.

Amazing architecture, paradise for passionate photographers, best place for weekend fun. It has something to offer all age group people. Food was decent, good hospitality. MUST TRY

Went for lunch, hence comments would be strictly from the ambiance of the restaurant and the way leading to it. Food is good, except the schezwan rice. The place is kept clean and hygiene is taken care of.

Not value for money. House keeping is bad. Untrained staff. They find giving Green Tea bags very expensive even @6000/night rate. Call themselves 4 star. God would know why.

Lifetime experience (planning visit again). We loved the ambience, we loved the food (food is always on priority) and got good vibes from the place.
From front desk to all restaurants staff are polite and prompt in action!

3 function halls there. We went there to attend a marriage. Carpet in the hall is not good. Manager of function hall not available when we need. Portraits displayed on the walls in the hall are Very Good. If at a time functions are there in three halls, parking will be a problem

We booked the presidential cottage for a brief stay which is charged at 18,000 INR per day for a three bedroom cottage. We arrived over two hours after our check in time and were taken to the cottage.
I noticed that there were dirty plates right next to the room which were not cleared, the ground floor sitting area and it's centre table was dirty I had to get them cleaned. Since we were there to celebrate an occasion with the family I chose to ignore these red flags and proceeded with our day.
When we retired to our individual rooms - please note that there is only one bedroom at the ground floor and two at the first and the stairs to reach the rooms are very steep and uncomfortable (they reduced the width and increased the height of the stairs to fit in the space) the towels had used stains/marks refer to photographs and the bed sheet and quilting was stained (not sure when or if it was cleaned at all). Since it was already 11 PM in the night just called the house keeping to provide fresh sheets and towels. Oh and the coffee mugs in the room were stained I found better ones at local cafe/chai addas. The sofas seats had cigarette holes and there was lingering smell of smoke all over the place.
The bathrooms and rooms themselves seem to be from a differnet era I would say they haven't updated/upgraded any thing from early 2000's.
The response to all the documented issues by the staff at the resort was we can offer you 1000rs discount, no assurances if these were one time issues or a heartfelt apology for ruining our experience and stay. I was spending close to more than 35k including the dinner, activites, spa etc and the management thinks 1k discount would make customers ignore the issues, just shows how they take customers for granted.
Please stay away!

I had booked the presidential suite for a day. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The suite was clean but there were few issues. The ceiling fan was not working. It took them more than an hour to fix it. Though the suite is a non-smoking area i could smell smoke in one of the rooms.
The housekeeping and room service is very slow in delivering orders.
The restaurants are really good and they serve very delicious food. We had dinner at Atiroopa. Their menu has good variety and each dish they served was lip smacking good!
Next day breakfast was served at Aashna restaurant. The buffet spread was good enough.kids can have a good time at the Children's play area. The gaming arena has options for adults too.
The resort is well maintained and is beautiful place away from the city pollution.
Overall it was a pleasant stay. I just wish they work more on their room service.

Actually, went with friends for a Sunday outing. Resort is very clean & calm, entry to the resort is free & you can purchase tickets for the activities you want to do like indoor & outdoor games, swimming, water sports & rain dance, spa. Due to post covid restrictions, bicycling option wasn't available but hopefully for my next visit, I guess it will be available.

The food in the resort was very yummy & was affordable too. Hotel interior was pleasent & service was good.

The rooms for stay are good & definitely will prefer to visit again for stay.

It is a great place to spend some quality time if you want to take a break from your routine life. Nice and clean resort with good options of dining. Filled with lush greenery and a small water park. It gives a feel of some heritage place inside the resort.

The room was spacious, good ambient with scenic window view. All greenery around. Thanks to Mr. Siva Reddy from Admin. House keeping (Madhu), Room Service staff hospitality is just amazing especially during these tough & so very difficult times of the pandemic.
Safety has been given utmost importance. Dine in experience at Aatiroopa has been just great and yumm food. Sony steward is humble & pleasant. But the dish serving time is slow.
The entertainment & gaming place is super cool with well maintained pool
cleanliness (Pool guy Santosh was helpful cleaning repeatedly on request) & the manager Mr. Azeem is humble with great hospitality.
One unhappy experience would be Buffet at Ashna spread isn't great at all. Staff courteosy is poor. Still the overall experience has been super Amazing as we went to rejunevate, rebuild, refresh and enjoy with SAFETY.

Pleasant environment in resort. Very well maintained, considering the Covid situation around. I will recommend people to select this resort for having good quality family time. The biggest plus is the cleanliness maintained in the water park inside.

Have been there multiple times, an excellent experience everytime, courteous staff, amazing food, great service. Kids just love the place.
Its become a standard part of our holiday routine.

It's a great place to organise meetings, weddings or any sort of functions. A nice getaway in the weekends. Loved the ambience and green plants.

I tried chettinad chicken the taste was really good.it was corporate lunch and everyone enjoyed food.
Khurbani ka mitha (dish made of dry fruit of apricot and ice cream) was rightly made for sweet lover.
Rasmalai taste was okok which needs improvement

Must try their buffet, it is amazing spread. Every food is tasty and true to it's taste.
Ambience as usual is very nice, surrounded by nature.

This place used to be a great 10 years back. Now it requires renovation, very slow service, need constant follow-up and inacurate billing. Just be aware before you going in.

As an American Indian who has traveled all around India in 3 and 4 star resorts and hotels, Alankrita stands out as a tropical retreat with a very walkable expanse.

The food is tasty.especially the jalebe!

Rooms are spacious and well equipped, but a tad dated. It's fitting though, as it reinforces the feeling of a resort.

Housekeeping and service is pretty good, though a few words were lost when speaking in English, which led to mixed results for requests like bottled water or ironing a shirt.

I really enjoyed a 30 minute Chinese trigger point foot and leg massage for less than $30USD.

Where should I start, I have no words for the ambience, it's walha! They have created such a cosy place just fall in love with those antic ambience and greenery all around.just don't feel like going from that place.

However plan your menu welll in advance and place the order to avoid delays.

Near to City in distance, Welcoming Place. I liked it because of the Beauty of Resort, games, Swimming pool-seperate for children n adults, Varieties of Biryani. Meals n desserts. Enjoyed in autos as an aged person!

One of the best places in hyderabad for family get together and as well for group get together functions for around 50 to 150 members.a very serene atmosphere with well equipped gym and swimming pool

Good place to have a relaxing weekend. Swimming pool needs immediate cleaning and the staff training. Some of the staff are good and few of them were having arguments with guests.

Apart from food everything was good.
When it comes to food there were many dishes which was not available. The people over there were lying all the time that the dishes will come in a while but it didn't come till the end.

Built in 20 acres land just away from hustle bustle of city, you will definitely enjoy. If you want little privacy, better avoid going on weekends as its day outing will be full and packed crowd. I visited with my family and kid, loved our stay and look forward to visit again. A def recommend to visit. Book in advance.

2 of my cousins got married at alankrita. The facilities are fabulous. Food is at par. Rooms are world class.

Great for weekend, ample time required to spend here, lots of games and sports available here, badminton, volley ball, throw ball, basket ball, see saw, sides, and lots more. Entry is free but everything chargeable at reasonable cost, swimming pool, water rides are also available which you can choose in package available or individual payment, resorts available for night spends, for functions venue is available, restaurant is available with unlimited buffet (in package if you choose so)

Very bad sevices. Total time waste. Had to wait for lunch as well as dinner.basic facilities like high chair for kid is also not there. Housekeeping came late for cleaning, had put tag for 2 hours for cleaning. Even for checkout had to wait for 40-45 mins just for cart to pick. Staff not at all courteous, even when we were kids who were getting restless fue to so much of waiting time always for smallest of things, no one heled in any way.

I went for day outing therefore comments are based on short visit and limited access to the facilities. For day package I would not encourage much as you may find limited options. For indoor games you may not to pay per usage and even for swimming pool and water park (small and very few rides/ options) which doesn't make any sense to me. Food was good but ambience and services are not up to the level of 4 property. If they are not giving the same level of service to day goers, not sure. Pure veg may face issues as they cook starter/ indian bread etc.in open kitchen sharing same section as non veg. Otherwise property is looking green and cool to stay but I didn't get the booking.

A must weekend getaway in Hyderabad. Multiple options of rooms, lunch and dinner venues. Ample Conference venues both indoor and outdoor for varied capacities.the room options are amazing, lush green pathways all through the resort, games, spa, coffee shop, shopping and many more. You can itch many memorable moments and the resort will be not disappoint at all. Ask for it and they have it.

Had great fun time with family and friends. Good choices of restaurants, activities to spend time in. Kids loved the fish spa.
Front desk gave me head ache with extra charge of ₹1,500 per additional child of 8 or older which says that the pricing on website is for couple occupancy only which is wired for me. I booked rooms from Expedia which didn't show me rooms when I gave children count as well. Something to fix. Little cheap tricks to earn money like ₹100 was charged for outdoor shuttle Badminton court for 30 mins, and 4 rackets, but charged another ₹50 for shuttle cock. They should improve on these kind of issues for better experiences for guests. Other than these tiny issues, great to spend time here with family and friends.

I loved their spa service. The resort is anice place for outing. You can go their with your friends, family or dear ones. It has sports, restaurants, spa house, swimming villa, and nice rooms to stay.

This is a place to visit for family and for people who loves lot of greenery. The cricket ground is relatively small. There are rooms available for night stay. Lot of foreign marriages happen at this resort. There exclusive houses (2) with exclusive pools to them.

Far by the best maintained resort of Hyderabad. The Greenery is fantastic and the management is just too good. All category rooms are very good with decent interiors. Food quality is just too good.

1) no water (in bathrooms for shower which is a must) after finishing pool water park, only response was 'wait for half an hour' since 2 hours. This is not at all acceptable. If there is any maintenance issue you should not open the resort for public when basic facility is taking a beating. This is exploiting 'chalta hai' attitude of general public with their 'chalta hai' attitude.
2) pool water quality was not of quality standard. It was dirty - seems like recycling is done less frequently.
3) atiroopa restaurant service was poor and very very expensive. Had to request several times for drinking water and to switch on ac.

The best part is the overall ambience of the resort. The restaurant near atiroopa was excellent. Even in scorching heat outside, the temperature was maintained - very soothing.

Lovely ambience - a good place to escape from busy Hyderabad.

Place is thickly shaded by trees, so soaring temperatures is not felt.
Tried the restaurants and food is good - they have good buffet spread as well.

A bit costly but value for money

Well maintained, hub of Oxygen as one can see lush green plants in every inch of garden area, delicious and variety of foods served in restaurant, swimming pool, spa etc, and last but not least the staff there is very dedicated. Would love to visit there again.

After taking the package they say every other thing is chargeable except food and no proper guidance as where to go. After paying 850/- per person they say water slides are chargeable 300 extra and they gave a very small pool. Waste of money and time. Food is good. Else nothing is there in alankrita. Games like outdoor games are chargeable and indoor games also chargeable

Nice place to hang out.rooms are great.its very nice place.but one thing i did not like is there are very heigh rise building comming next to this place spoiling the entire bueaty of this place.i personally did not like those kind of heigh raise.rest all its good.one foot massage i liked the most i had to dip my legs in the fish tank n the experience was great

Good resort with lot of greenery. Very courteous staff. The inside of the rooms look a little old but, that only gives an added attraction to the place. Good for a weekend stay with family or for conducting wedding functions or for full-day or overnight business group-meetings.

Resort is excellent but service poor.specially room service.our room was in one corner of the resort n a wedding was being organized so lots of noise too plus we had to check out early in order to accommodate the wedding guests.we had to keep contacting the room service for even the smallest things coz they were not arranged.plastic spoons given in the rooms instead of stainless steel.food was excellent.overall experience was excellent

Alankrita is one the well known resort in hyderabad. Alankrita has 5-7banquet halls. It also has 2swimming pools with a water park. It is spread over with greenery all around. Many of people come here for pre wedding photo shoots. Many of them plan their wedding in the resort as well. The food is also good.

Horrible rooms not clean. The bed looks like someone has used it and left with bedsheets crumpled. First room was stinky and then was given a second room that was so noisy because of the construction. Room service is also terrible. I ordered Frid rice and wet veg Manchurian and they sent dry Manchurian. When call and tell them the wrong order was delivered. They send the service boy to first pickup the incorrect order and then the right order comes after 10 mins. By them my primary order was cold. No silverware provided. They expect you to serve and eat with your hand.

The quality of the food was also very bad.

Very unpleasant experience. I have added photos of dirty walls, bed, toilet and broken door. All this for 6500 per night. They claim to be a 4star resort but they service and cleanliness is not even compared to a one star.
