Mr. Vijay the restaurant manager says 500/- extra I need to pay if I opt for 9-10 seating for my family to visit for dinner? Is it normal?

Paratha was cheap and rubbery with literally no filling for a stuffed paratha. Biryani had very less handi. Paneer pasanda was like kadhai paneer and service was horrible. We had to wait for an hour

Room service is bad, Rooms are good. Reception needs improvement, TV not working in rooms. Food is okay

It’s a bad experience after checking the for veg restaurants I had visited this place but it’s not up to the mark. Keeping good ambience and pricey menu doesn’t get u the customer again the 1st visit person will not come back after the experience. The staff doesn’t give respect being hotel industry hospitality should be top priority but they missed it the person who takes orders suggest the customer where the price is less for food then what are u doing in this place.

If you don’t know how to respect your customer in this pandemic time it’s better to shut and train the team how a customer is important for the business.

Nowadays (covid time). This is not good place don't go for food in this place, there is no cleaning no maintenance check the kitchen fully cockroaches 22june2021 time 2: 40pm. Food also not good and the rate is also high. They charge Lunch 179 rupees (plate meals)

I've been visiting this place frequently. Tried various dishes and my opinion now is.

Idly- 3 small pieces, tasty chutney, karam podi and sambar which is just ok but ₹ 75 is not justified.
Upma- very bad
Poori- tasty but again too expensive
Dosa- one dish which lives upto the price
Chat items- dn try, waste of money
Lunch parcel (working lunch) - around 180₹.
Expensive but all the curries chutney sweet and papad are simply awesome.

Pure veg Restaurant with good & cool ambience. Perfect match for family. Starters are pretty good and tasty. Dedicated valet parking available. Visited Twice with family & friends. Over its good n satisfied.

Strongly recommend for small parties and food was excellent and hospitality was much appreciated.

Service very slow once you order the food you need to wait minimum of 45 minutes. And cost is very high

Ambience is very good, service is also better than many other restaurant, I didn't waste a single minute to wait for waiter. Taste of food is also good.

Food was very bad. Service was the worst. The waiters dont know how to speak to the guest. U can take someone whom u want to get rid off as they might get loose motions.

I stayed in Aamantran Hotel, near RTC Crossroads, for several days during April-May 2019. It is far better than a three star hotel in Kacheguda I used to stay.
Manager Jagdish and his Assistants including a young lady (sorry I missed her name) and Srikanth, were very professional, courteous and outgoing in taking care of the Guest needs. I did not feel I was staying in a hotel. I enjoyed my stay.
No doubt, certain minor adjustments are needed such as a door bell and grip-bar in the bath room.

Best for South indian food. It has a self service section which has mostly Indian cuisine. The restaurant upstairs is fine dining.

I have visited the hotel. It is too good. The food is too delicious. The food is served hot and fresh. I was well served by the restaurant captain mr ram and his staff. I had a quality time over here.

Fairly good. On the busy Musheerabad main road. Metro works in progress delay reaching destination. Parking entry in basement narrow and too steep. Valet parking available.

Taste's good n the way they treat the customers is exceptionally good, especially Mr. Raju.the way he attended us without any hesitation.

I love the restro, the food is very tasty and the staff is very friendly mainly steward Raju and Vishnu were excellent from the time we step into restro and leave the restro. Manager Vijay had suggested Kaju mehthi pulav which was tasty and suffiecient in portions.would recomend the resto for a tasty food and happy time with family.
