I have given sample yesterday. They are asking for 24hr for Hba1c report

Neat and clean place. My tests have been completed fast and I felt the process is very transparent. The team and reception people are friendly and responsive for any doubts. Visited here twice. Overall very good experience

Staff service, keeping the forms readily filled and posting reports online is good. As it is in 3 stairs building, could be defficult for disabled, old and weak patients to move up and down without lift to get tests done. It was difficult me to find the building by map as the building is not having name board.

I faced the worst experience the operator left me in CT scanning machine after screening completed without removing me from machine for 1 hr and he left his duties without informing any one with all doors locking condition. I shouted for 30 min and luckily came out slowly by moving down words and i removed the door lock and asked receptionist he saying that they didn't know they weren't informed and left. This is they treat patients. The operator's name is shanu. Such worst behaviour of operator

Very happy. I went for MRI scan in hospital 10250 they told but here 3590. Saved around 6500.

It is really very good experience with this scan centre.

I am not sure how people giving such good reviews. I felt like they are cheating people and playing with patients health.i have called and confirmed the availability of doctor for abdominal scan, and went to Site.they billed during the billing process also we informed them that scan is for pregnancy, even then they didn't inform us about the un availability of the doctor. Without informing us the technician has taken the scan for 15 minutes causing lot of discomfort and pain for pregnant woman. Still couldn't come to conclusions they said we need to come again when doctor is available or go to other branch. Rascals playing with people.should be behind bars.if Ihad time I would raised a police complaint.

The gate infront of MRI scan room is very dangerous the height of gate should be atleast 2 feet height

Visited place With prescription for ct scan test from practo -suggested by experienced neurologist. As staff are not much educated here and not aware about online prescription formalities returned back with out test.

The service at the lab is very good besides the maintenance and ambience. The charges are also reasonably good when compared to others. Even the reports have also come very fast. It has been a very happy experience without any rush or wait.

Cheaper comparing to other centers. If they can streamline and give a particular slot timing for the 7pm-11pm offer bookings then the waiting time can be reduced. May be they can give a 15 mins grace period for that slot as normal restaurants do so that we can avoid such night time waiting. Else all good. Hope to see the changes soon. First come First Serve won't work here.

Don't visit this center in the evening for MRI or CT scan. I called them in noon and they explicitly guided me come in the evening by 8pm to get a special half peak hours discount. I am patient and not in a situation to well and with lots of pain. I traveled almost 40 min from my place (as we don't have any MRI center nearby) and I was shocked that already there are 10 MRI patients paid and in queue for their turn. Reception guy told that ur num is 11 and need to wait till 11: 45pm for ur turn, as now (8: 45pm) patient No 2 is inside. Horrible situation. With all the physical pain I have returned to home by traveling another 40-45 min. This is their half peak time discount story. Whoever close to the center, for them that discount will be useful, as they can pay and book their slot and return home and come back after 1 - 3 hours waiting time.

Very realistic prices, you won't find anything cheaper than this. Great service and moreover i like their Moto; diagnosis cannot be expensive than treatment.

Pathetic service experience. They attract the people by offering the lowest price compared to other diagnostic centres, so they maintain the standards also at the lowest level.

They say report will come in x time during the test and also promise that they will send it online. If you follow up by calling them then the person says a new duration which will be almost double than the previous.

Still they fail to send it in the said duration, when try to call, they'll not lift the calls. After so much of try somebody will answer and then say to come and collect the report at the centre. When asked about the online sharing, then ask for email id again. What is the purpose of taking all the details while making the payment?

You give the details asked for and your wait begins all over again, they say will send in two minutes everytime. Don't know what 2minutes means in their language.

Pathetic customer handling standards.

Dont know about lab services. But they are Unprofessional.they will tell come after 2 hrs for MRI. If we go after 2 hrs they are telling to wait for one more hr. This is level of their services. Still waiting for our MRI SCAN.

The CT scan room technician has gone out for a long time and I've been waiting for more than 1.5hrs now. They don't have the list of doctors in place and adds one by one as and when the patient comes for test. This place can make a patient more sick. Nobody takes responsibility.

No water No fan in reception Worst Staff one lady is there in reception she is very worst behavior she is very rude behavior with patients if we buy water bottle in lab they don't have 50rs change also very very poor services

The MRI scan is 50% cheaper and the palace is really well run. The staff is very helpful and we got our reports within a few hours of the test.

This is the best diagnostic centre. The staff are very cooperative and prompt. Ambience and hygiene are maintained very well. I had been they for a test and felt very happy that I could get good service for the best price. Thank you. It was referred by DrC. Thank you guys.

Aarthi diagnostics is one of the biggest diagnistics chain in chennai. I went to kukkatpally hyderabad centre. The prices are quite affordable and almost half the price compared to other diagnostics. However the quality is at par with others. Initially we were sceptical because of low cost, but highly satisfied with the service. Just go for it if you want to save money. The centre is neat and tidy.special discounts applicable if you go after 8pm which is very cool indeed.

The team is very good and responsive do their job sincerely. The receptionist, MRI
technicians and team made my testing well and comfortable.

I went for MRI of my right solder on 31.07.2020 and I found that they are using the same machine compare to other reputed labs but the cost is much lower. Kudos to them

Very affordable and best services provided. Had MRI brain scan, reports are accurate and best quality. I personally recommend others to avail Aarthi services who looks for affordable prices and quality services.

Very very poor service. Staff doesn't pay attention to the patients at all. Don't just come by seeing the offers as they are just for a name sake.

Waste scanning centre, their Reports are not accurate, coming here for scans means waste of money and time. They charge low cost but their Reports are not Accurate.

Not even fan facility is provided here in this hot summer.
During this corona time also they haven't provided sanitizer, indeed they are asking to go near water pump and do hand wash it seems funny for me.
And chairs which they provided were not clean even though we are sitting outside. Seems like by sitting on those chair l will get effected with Corona.

Atleast at reception you should have who speaks English or Hindi as well.

I waited here more than 3 hours.having appointment for 3pm to 4pm but i waited till 7: 00 PM, no matter of having appointment.

They are good with their hospitality service and price when compared to any diagnostic centers in kukatpally. I was so happy for that. But when it comes to the blood reports they are just putting some numbers and giving them back.

When I had undergone one of their health package and got the reports. Sugar report values before taking food is more than after talking food. My doctor saw that report and says what's this report. It's a false report. After food sugar level will increase. When I ask them back they say that before food you gave blood from right hand and after food you gave from left hand so it varies. And I was surprised to listen this from the lab incharge. When I argued with him he says you don't have sugar so why do you worry about the numbers. Also he says it's robotic lab and we are correct. So it's clear for me that they just pull your blood but not really give you correct reports.

So I request all the patients going here be alert. Don't fall for their excellent hospitality services. In the end correct reports are needed than their hospitality.

This is purely my experience and its up to you if you want to take a chance.

Update on earlier review: Went for Mom's MRI whole spine, got only 5 films earlier we got 7 films. Not expected this.i agree you are providing lesser cost compare to others but providing only 5 reports not acceptable for whole spine.

I visited Aarthi Scans & Labs and have a good experience with latest technology and affordable cost. I got my report in quick time and I was able to meet my consultant in time. I thank Aarthi management for providing good service.

I am happy with their hospitality and pleasing service provided by them. Hats off to the whole Aarthi Scans & Labs staff.they are doing very well.
