I have been regular to this place since last 7-8 months and honestly absolute fitness is one of the finest fitness place in the neighbourhood.
My trainer Anil is an amazing trainer he assess the person fitness levels and guides and trains people to reach their maximum potential.
I have been getting trained and guided by Anil and I have seen absolutely amazing results.
Consistency is the key.

Treadmill stopped in the middle and I was about to fall, the cross machine was making a lot of noise.

This is really good place to workout. The Trainers will provide appropriate schedule to workout according to the purpose of our visit to GYM. There are many female's come here and as iam one of them. I never felt any discomfort rather I feel comfortable in this place. Trainers here are friendly and help me a lot.

I joined absolute gym 1 month ago. It’s been an amazing experience, I have noticed a tremendous change in my body, composition, strength level and lost a lot of weight. The gym is spacious and following all the safety measures. The trainer Ravi Teja is very good and friendly, he always motivates to work hard, he helps me with good diet. Not like any other gym, where you just pay and people forget about you. Here the trainer make sure that everyone gets trained properly and get the best result.

Economical, best in d Vaddepalli location but not Kukatpally. Though the equipment is ok, there is a very poor maintenance.
