They will never respond to cals after purchase
Even for small issues they take months to clear

Would not Give it even one star. My Vehicle is with Adapt Motors for the past five months and they have made no progress in making it work and i am only given commitments each time and they have failed each and every time. Mr Pavan head of service of Adapt Motors has only failed all his commitments. One of the biggest regret of my life is buying a vehicle from Adapt Motors and the worst part it they in turn blame the owner of the vehicle for its damage.i would suggest any one buying an electric vehicle not to buy from Adapt Motors. I Had written a review earlier also but on their request i had removed it so that their brand does not have any adverse effect but i am forced to rewrite this review because even after i had obliged and removed the review they have not taken any action towards fixing my vehicle. I have ordered a vehicle 45 days ago, but there is no response from them, and they are not even answering or responding on call, very bad service and respond.

Now After sale is also same no one is bothered about breakdown services.

I am writing this review with 6 months experience with this Adapt Motors E vehicle and the staff behaviour. Before booking they will keep calling you and once you get the vehicle delivered they will forget you. I had made worst decision buying Vehicle from Adapt Motors. Moreover to vehicle the staff response is pathetic. This is my personal advice never ever buy from this company. In last six months this vehicle got stopped multiple times in the middle of the road. Every time I called the Adapt Motors I got no response. They never called me back. On August 15th charger given by the company also got damaged, there was smoke coming from charger. I sent the charger to the company by 22nd August and the commitment was to get it replaced and delivered to me within 3 business days. It's been 3 weeks now, every day I am calling the staff and again the same behaviour I am facing till today. The management is responsible for all such staff. It's an request not to get trapped buying Vehicle from Adapt Motors.

They don't have service after purchase they can't lift calls and definitely you will think why I buy this auto I am sending notice and complant on consumer court some people are also joined with me and any want to join us

Works not pid money every monthly late and food very bad and not responsibility owner vehicle minimum guarantee 3 months only and not phone calls response so very bad owners

Fraud company.these people never returns phone calls.three owners Pawan, Bharath and sarath are the owner. They never return calls, no reply on my auto issue.they r the main fraudsters.

This company is simply outstanding and provides marvellous customer support and highly recommended

We are facing an issue with the vehicle from day one onwards no proper service and response from the company.

With the experience I had I would say this is a “waste company” has no proper customer service. Literally they are luting people money with this bad product. It would be great if some government officials would take action on this company. I strongly recommend people do not buy from this cheap company. They do not respond to calls or messages on WhatsApp. Additionally, the employees who do answer calls are very rude. It has been four months since we bought a vehicle from them, but the vehicle is still in the repair shop and has been there for over two months. At first, they promised to fix the issue and provide a delivery date to the customer when we handed it over to the service center. However, after that, they stopped answering our calls for weeks and did not deliver the vehicle on the promised date. This is a disgusting company with disgusting employees. Do not waste your time and money buying a vehicle from them

Hello… one year and four months have passed away! Haven’t received my battery! And haven’t got any reply to my messages too … how long have you planned to game like this?

At least I can send the person to pick up the battery? Almost 1 year nobody pick up my call and message?

This people have very cheap behaviour
After delivering no one will answer your call
Plz don’t buy low quality vehicle is falling when u take a turn or if speed breaker comes
I told them this problem now they are not answering our calls

Don't waste your money and time on this they don't have service and time to speak
After one and half month you message me that your charger will came and said that charger was not ur company

I'm not sure what kind of vehicle quality they provide, but this is not an ethical place to work. They lack a proper work culture. I regret to advise you that they do not pay their employees. They primarily hire on internshala, assign work to candidates, and do not respond to salary dates. I just wanted to suggest that new employees/interns/full-time employees have a proper conversation and agreements before joining this company.

I have recently bought an e cart from Adapt Motors for us business need. Impressed with the make of the product
with all the Customizations I needed. Could save lot of money which I had to me earlier invest for fuel consumption.

Do not order from this company! Avoid these people at all costs! Zero customer service, they don't respond to calls, they want your money and do not deliver. They have too many excuses why vehicle is not delivered again and again, and they do not care. Go somewhere else for your auto.
