Good treatment and the way he understands the child condition is awesome. My child recovered in couple of days.

Didn't have a good experience. Doctor gets angry wen we clarify something or ask any question. As a parent we will be worried and ask him questions but he has less patience to listen to us

I visited the children's clinic with my child, and I must say it was an excellent experience. The clinic was clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, which immediately put my child at ease.

Must have clinic for the Children. Experienced Dr.and process.everything's good except the appoinment process.even though we take appointment at a specific time, we get to wait in line as First come first serve basis

Very knowledgeable doctor, he doesn't prescribe antibiotics until it requires. The only worst thing is the appoinment process. Even though if you have an appointment you have to wait in queue as first come first serve basis.

Although Doctor is ok, senior receptionist is very bad who doesnt care of others time, feelings (kid having high fever).

Worst hospital, doctor will get angry if ask more questions but diagnosing skill is good, waiting time is very high even I have an appointment and Krishna diagnostic centre is very very expensive compared to other and not a professional who is taking samples, we will expect more professionality while spending high amount, and the medical shop I buy a syrup worth 200rs form this medical shop, I buy the same syrup form other outer shop for 68rs (mrp is also 68s). I think they are giving special mrp priced medicine for us. I don't know where the world is going, I saw this type of specialised mrp product in macD, kfc etc. Hospital is also a best business to them.i can't do them anything expect giving review.

I want to share a worst experience with the doctor happened today. Doctor gets angry if you ask questions to him. As a patient we have every right to question and raise concerns of any treatment. He is not serving for free and charging a good amount for his time to treat us. Hope he learns in future on how to behave with patients with some patience. Avoid this place, unless if it is necessary.

For first visit we can consult this doctor. He is good and advice very well.most of the time kids will recover. One of the best clinic in nizampet for kids

Worst doctor. Doesn’t even get into depth of the issue with the kids. He’s simply too casually especially for kids.
Never gives any assurance or satisfactory answers.
Never take ur kids to him

Even if you take appointment, waiting time will be 1 hour. He does not speak much. Gets irritated if we ask any questions. Asks to get admitted to Lotus Hospital if we ask more questions. Given appointment at 9: 30, we visited by 9: 15. From 9: 30 till 10: 30 they keep on saying doctor is on the way. Finally he arrived at 10: 30

Good people also will become patients because of the waiting time here, even if u book appointment prior also. No proper planning.
After waiting for 2hrs no satisfaction with treatment even.

I am going to Dr. Bsv shivanagaraju garu since 2 years. He is so humble, down to earth person. He had more patience. He listens every problem about child patiently after that he gives low dose medicines and cures immediately.

Doctor don’t know the treatment for disease, he just know joining and keeping saline for all kids. He has passed just 10th i think, no way he look like or behave like a doctor

Waste doctor, he writes anti biotic monocef for 11 months baby total body gets rashes still my baby getting itching and uncomfortable.

I come all the way from the other end of the city for consultation. Very knowledgeable and gentle Doctor. My kid likes him very much. Perhaps should open more clinics to be reachable to many others across the city.

He is the one of best doctors and the ambiance also vey hygienic. He speaks little less but the way he treats the kids is very impressive. I strongly recommend this hospital.

Visited this doctor first time and it is very worst experience. I don't know how people are giving good ratings. He just have the Designation but don't know how to treat children's. I took vitamin D and thyroid reports for my kid and he is simply saying that you have to go to endocologist and ortho doctor. I just asked his opinion before approach them but he don't want to tell anything.

Dr Nagaraju is kind and professional. It's been almost 7+ years I know him. Suggest take your kids to him if they have any Health related issues.

One of the best in class clinic for children's in and around Nizampet area. The medicine and doses prescribed by sir is perfect for child. Hardly we need to visit second time once he prescribed. If someone needs medical attention for kid, I would highly recommend Adithya clinic.

Doctor's treatment is good and catch the symptoms and diagnosed well manner. Based on his suggestion also took flu injection. It is good have booster for my child. I always recommend this doctor for treatment.

Dr. SivanagaRaju is very knowledgeable and treats kids very well. He suggest very limited medicines for 2-3 days and then he may increase the dose depends on condition. He is excellent in and around of Nizampet, kukatpally.

Docotor Nagraju gets easily irritated if you ask questions, instead of advising asks parents tell me what you want. I usually visit for vaccination of my kid just because it is closest to our home otherwise would never prefer to visit to such a Doctor who is not well behaved and don't have patience to listen. Receptionist behavior is poor as well.

We visited first time for our daughter. We would say the experience was superb. The doctor is really good. That is the reason why there is so much patient there.
We would suggest anyone for common non-emergency visit.

Take appointment before you go, otherwise there will be a long wait as many people visit him.

Unnecessry wait time, even after taking appointment you have to wait for 40 mins and again just to get the Reports reviewed you are in queue again.

A year ago when I took my son, the doc suggested in a polite manner. But last week when we approached him his way of replying was completely different. By checking the condition of baby he should suggest us a better way to recover but he asked us "you tell me what to do? " that too very rudely. Worst approach with both parents and kid too.
Don't even ask about staff, that lady who sits in the reception, don't even know how to talk with the people. Very nasty behaviour.

A very good doctor with cool attitude. I must say he is the Best Doctor at nizampet. The good thing is he gives very less medicines.
