Worst loan processing giving wrong information to the customers, i went for pre-closing of personal loan, they are not giving proper information and just saying wrong information for each and every visit and till now i am unable to close my personal loan.
For pre-closing also they are charged on customers.
Note: Customers who taking PL from this should ask steps for pre-closing process and take loan otherwise you will become blame.
