Rooms when compared to adithya park hotel is less as both are same sarovar hotel group. The rate also compromised according to that. Hometel = 3.5K, Adithya park = 5K.location wise good 400mtr from ameerpet metro. Outside ambience with busy road and timepass while roaming.food price is very less in these roadside food.briyani 99/-, plain dosa 10/-, masala dosa = 30/-chappati 20/-, fruit salad 30/-, fruit juice 20/-, fruit milkshake 30/-, filter coffee 20/-, Tea = 10/-, lemon rice = 50/-

Very pathetic service.i was booked room one week ago. Also i had informed advance 4 hours before reaching the hotel.when i reached at receptionist saying your room is not yet ready. After waiting more than 45 min i had received room key which was not working, not able to open the door. After wasting the amount of time finally room was open with using the master key. In breakfast i was given more than 2-3 reminders for tea but after wasting the 20-25 mins not getting any tea after then I had wind up and check out same time.i will never visit again and i have recommended to my friends not visit this hotel. Very bad experience.

This feedback is provided by our client from his recent stay he had at Hotel Aditya Hometel, Hyderabad. The stay was unpleasant.

Concerns:
The Hotel premises was stinking all the way from Room, Lift and Passage.
Missing or insufficient sanitary items.
Frequent disturbance from the Hotel staff for inventory, room cleaning enquiries immediately after check-in.
Less food options for breakfast (can be managed).

I had booked a deluxe room in Aditya Hometel Hydrabad and i was given a standard room. Fridge was not Working. Hair dryer was not given. On asking it was given and the next morning it was taken back stating that another guest requires the same. It was shocking that for the whole hotel there is only one hair dryer. At the time of breakfast when i went for breakfast i asked the attendant for a empty cup for drinking tea. They did not have cups. Only small glasses used for serving juice was provided for tea. The fresh juice which was served was mixed with water as we could easily make out from the taste. The jar was filled with juice and very small glasses a bit bigger then Takila shots were provided for juice. It was clear that once the guests start coming for breakfast they cannot add water in juice therefore small glasses were provided so that the entire one fill can serve all guests. Those small glasses were provided for tea. No complimentary mineral water was provided to the guest. My experiance for this hotel is horrible. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Quality rooms available here. They will provide best service. Few rooms seems to be bit smaller but its good for business people with best price. 24x7 AC and hot water available.

Don't see a guest friendly atmosphere here. They don't tell you ahead of time, what optional services are available. You have to call them for every small thing like, Wifi password, door mats, etc, Rooms are not maintained well. For example, Shower door doesn't close completely. Locker not working.

This is one of the very few properties that is situated in a well connected locality. Property cleanliness is very good with reasonable pricing and very good for the business travellers. In house restaurant is below average but you will have lot of options in and around the place. Nearest Metro station Ameerpet is an interchange station.

Late check in, even though informed about my arrival time. After check in, noticed no towel, no toilet paper, no mat, no water. Horrible experience. This my 6th visit to this hotel, better avoid in future.

Ok ok hotel but the staff is not courteous. Didn't enjoy sty at all. They were not helpful in pandemic. No cutlery provided. No breakfast in room even if you have free breakfast they ask to use buffet only. They can do a simple pack to room

Wash rooms are very poor in condition. Water came very slowly. Showers are pretty old and shabby. Water from showers also come pretty slow. I didn't expect the hotel like this.
Breakfast is also pretty average. Service also very bad in restuarant.

Bad service, my bathroom was always flooded there was no drainage and I used towels to keep the floor walkable, water over flowed and came on the main floor due to it my room was wet always, the management new the issue with room number 305 but the still allotted me the room.

Online pricing is cheaper but they will charge you triple if you make a personal visit.stay and hygiene is good but have to make the affordable pricing for 3star hotel

Its a decent nice hotel. Hospitality is really good here. Food is tasty. Want to review about geetha who is into house keeping department and she is so good n well mannered and perfect in her job. No need to worry about cleaning. Here every day they r taking care of laundry n cleaning. I loved the service here

A very good hotel. We stayed here for few days when we came first to hyderabad. Staff was very cooperative and listens to every request of yours and offers the best possible solution for it.

Superb, Services the best, staff very best. Just central ac bit minor issue which can be solved. I have decided my stay fixed over there at all times.

I booked it through a travel portal. The check in time as per system was 1200 and check out was 1100 the next day. I made a special request to help me check in early, however, upon arrival at 0800 I was made to wait at the lobby for well over 45 minutes. While waiting for my room I witnessed unhappy customers checking out complaining about basic things such as dental kit napkin etc weren't provided even after making requests. I don't know if I would ever check in or continue waiting here.

A very neat property, rooms are clean and neat and they clean your rooms every now and then on request.staffs are very polite especially during cleaning rooms and they are pretty fast too. The buffet was good I have given a 5 star rating.and morning breakfast buffet was having normal numbers of items but the flavors were delight full.hospitality is good.room was having little damp smell, overall very satisfied.would visit again and again.thank you guys for giving us a pleasant stay. KUDOS TO PRATISHA AND THE STAFF!

Few staff are very harsh and noncooperative. Very poor maintenance. No one reacts on any complaint. This is my third stay but no improvement seen. Food is good. Rooms maintenance very poor

Worst hotel ever noticed.no hospitality from duty manager at night.plates and spoons not provided.guests charged 1000 rs/ person for 2 hours stay.toiletries also not provided. Got us irritated instead asked us to vacate late night if we didn't like hotel.never suggest

Not so good.rooms are very small and apart from complementary breakfast nothing is impressive.no properly cleaning, lot of mosquitoes in rooms.

One of the worst experience I have ever had while travelling. It all started with the faulty smart key card, that never opened the door for us. We always had to bring in a staff from the reception in the ground floor to open it or wait for someone with the master smart key card to come to open our rooms for us.

The next was the lack of drinking water, in our room, whereas they made us stand at the reception till the staff at the reception finished the detailed description of the cost of the drinks, chips, snacks & chocolates. But not a single bottle of drinking water for which we don't have to pay a penny.

And when we asked for a bottle of water, we had to wait for about 40 minutes or so to bring it to room.

Then comes the real issue, the AC of the room, it was preset at 22° and was pretty chilled. So we increase it to 24° and no change in the ambience. We change it to 26° and still no change. Next we change the hotel and move to Over the Moon, which was absolutely heaven, compared to what we went through here at Aditya Hometel!

If it was a minus 100 star, i would have given that, any way, this is the worst hotel one can go in his life anytime.
Dont pay so much for nothing, it's not a hotel, its a hostel where some kids are waiters, and receptionists, also the managers know nothing about what to do and what not to do
Coming to the food, worst food in my life, the cheff just know to make cauliflower and nothing else
Coming to the house keeping: they stole my formal pant, like dude seriously, such cheap people, cheap hotel

We stayed in this hotel on 21,22 and 23 nights of Jan 2020. Rooms are neat and clean but small and bath room is cramped. WiFi is working and good speed. AC in the room is too chill like fridge (feel like 16 degree) one cannot sleep comfortably. The AC mechanic has failed to rectify the setting which is not all working. Free breakfast good and dinner is same stereotype type. South Indian dishes are below average and Sambhar and rasam are bad. Chicken Biriyani is very dry and tasteless. The management can improve furthermore the above-mentioned items.

The rooms provided to us was not good. The staffs were not helpful. The food was expensive but complementary breakfast was good.

It is an average hotel.
