Aditya Park Hotel

A very poor experience. Rooms are too old and dated. Cards dont get read at the first instance, faulty lights and doors. Further breakfast service is poor too. Avoid using the hotel.

Don’t order anything from in-house restaurant. I ordered chicken pepper and they got it from outside road side eatery and served. Pathetic service and huge prices. One soda bottle of 500 ml costs 140/- bucks. I normally don’t write negative comments on any hotels as it’s thier investments. But this time I couldn’t control. Rooms are good.

Recently one my friend happened to stay here. The hotel is very nice and centrally located in Ameerpet, the Bus stand and Metro station are very near by.

The hotel is maintained well and the House keeping and Reception staff are courteous and well behaved.
The tarriff of the rooms are reasonably priced, you are entitled all the facilities here.

I recommend this Hotel for a stay.

Excellent Hotel for stays with family. Very near to Ameerpet Metro Station (just 350 mtrs). The hotel is behind Adithya Tech Park. Complimentary Breakfast is provided with a variety of dishes and tastes good. Clean Bathrooms with tub. Parking lot available.overall is recommended for stays.

Super Excellent Hotel.
I had stayed from 27th May to 28th May 2019 in Room No. 211. I was highly impressed with the huge size of the room. Room was super clean. Bathroom & Toilet was super clean & clean fluffy towels were provided. This is one Hotel which does not cry for drinking mineral water bottle & I admire about it & is worth mentioning here. I have seen many hotels cribbing for water. Breakfast spread was super excellent & the staff were very cooperative. The Reception counter persons were handling the early morning pressure (on 28th May from 8.45 am to 9.15am) very well, with number of people having booked through different apps & waiting for their turn.
Overall a wonderful experience. 98 out of 100.
Two minor suggestions have been given in the suggestion envelope.

The ambiance of the hotel and rooms is great. The staff is helpful too. You might find it difficult to find the entrance. The environment outside the hotel may not be appealing to everyone.

This is a decent place for the price range however there is an interesting gap between the rooms and because of this you get to hear everything that is going on in the adjoining rooms.

We were here with friends. One of my friends slept on those beds. She woke up to something biting her. There were some bugs on the bed. When she went home, her hand started getting red. The next morning she woke up with a swollen hand and the pain was unbearable.

This is surely not THE PARK we expected.

We had a promotional event at Aaditya Park hotel. The arrangements were not upto the mark. The audio system was problematic. The arrangements were disorganized.

Things were super delayed. They should keep a tab on time and make such preparations well in advance. When I ordered the simple tea, the restaurant Promenade took half an hour to make a simple tea.

Aditya Park needs to work upon guest satisfaction.

So we came to this hotel for a weekend gateway in Hyderabad. The Location is pretty far from actual Hyderabad Hotspot but quite doable. Check-in was smooth just asks for your Govt Issues ID- Aadhar/Passport for Security Purposes.
Rooms are spacious with complimentary Tea booth, minibar and Snack Basket. One thing we felt should be told is the bathtub is for one person: p please don't try to dive in together. Work Desk is available.

Cons: -

1. Plugs are not on both sides of the bed making it difficult for the opposite side person, do bring an extension cable for the same.
2. Bathroom slippers and other amenities may be provided
3. AC Power is a bit less. Even at 19C I was not feeling it.
4. Beds should be softer, had great previous experiences in Hotels like Hyatt, Mariott.
5. Food (Thalis) that is given via the order on Room Service isn't up to the mark. Was a waste of money. Although Breakfast was superb.

Very nice and comfortable budget hotel for business class people. Very polite and helpful staff. Very Good buffet breakfast. A good place to stay in the hyderabad city. The rates are also very reasonable. And it has facilities like gym, conference room, meeting rooms etc. Good 3.5 to 4 star kind of service.

Yes it was good experience when Iam entering the hotel. Security received the customers quite good. It was totally good.which is in center of the Hyderabad city. Rooms are incredible to live there at any time. But point is cost was too high. I recommend that if you rectify the cost. Defiantly it will good for hotel people. Thanks &regards Eswar

I along stay with my friends at aditya park hotel that's a good and nice hotel the staff was very friendly I sugess my friend to go and have an experience of what ever I had they also enjoyed

Nice breakfast which is complementary. Buffet dinner is also delicious have many options for veg and non veg. Rooms are nice. Staff is polite. Overall good experience

Located on the road between Satyam Theatre and Mytrivanam. Very nice ambience and great service. Parking was so easy. Easily identifiable on the locality. Had a great time and looking forward to visit again.

Its a 2 star business hotel, which even attracts some tourists, it provides well furnished rooms, conference rooms for offices and other different amenities for rooms. A well organized hotel indeed.

Great place to have buffet with friends. Varieties of food options available. Value for money. Everyone should try once. Dessert section is awesome. The staff here are very friendly in nature. Hygienic food and nice view.

Though it's in the city, it's strategically placed behind a mall that feels very private. Was honestly surprised by the ambience. Besides that, nothing different from a star hotel.

I was there for an event. And the food there was just amazing. The staff was also very warm and welcoming

The staff of the hotel are miserably hopeless.
Instead of helping the guests they torture them.
Had been to Hyderabad six days back, and had booked a junior suite for a family of three with Mr. Vinit but unfortunately due to some misunderstanding had to cancel the suite due to non cooperation of their staff members.
Till the end he didn't receive the call and finally we had to cancel the suite due to the staff non cooperation. I strongly recommend not to book room in such type of hotel.
Such a mood off just entering the city to spend quality time with family members.

"Cost-wise too high with less options". Water bottle cost is rs 75/-. Dont need to charge such a cost for water. Still i felt reception staff is not helpful.

Pathetic experience, it’s a old hotel and old material, they don’t even changing content inside room after damage. At a glance I felt it’s good but once start using got to know the originality. All are damaged items. Like: sofa & bed cushions, telephone, bathroom door, drier, refrigerator. Nothing is perfect and good in condition. It’s waste for the price range.
Strongly recommending not to visit the hotel.
It’s not only my experience we are around 3 people visited and stayed different floors: 2nd, 3rd & 5th. No where it’s good. When we complain the same thing to hotel management. Their response is very strange, sorry for the inconvenience caused we will renovate hotel and provide you better service next time. What the heck. Close the hotel and open only after renovation. Why cheating customers with pathetic service and charging high.
