I had a complaint of clogged ears on 20th September 2022.and visited an 25 Years experience ENT who just cleaned my ears and gave me soliwax drops saying its wax blockage issue. Again after 10 days my ears got blocked and i revisited the same ENT, he again did the same thing again cleaning my ears and giving me other drops.
On October 4th night around 11pm fed up of my clogged ears I started to search for ENT near me and I found Mr Rao, despite being dushera festival he examined me and said me that the reason behind my clogged ears is Middle ear infection and not wax blockage. From 5th to 9th October 2022 I visited him nearly 5 times and he always handled me with patience and made me understand the problem easily. Visited to get my wife's ear block removed and ear cleaned. Doctor seemed inexperienced and had a very rough hand. There was no support staff at the clinic and i had to intervene and hold some items. Charges were very high for the quality of service received.
