AFTERBURN FITNES STUDIO IS CLEAN AND WELL KEPT. TRAINERS ARE ENTHUSIASTIC, ENGAGING AND WELL PREPARED. I LOVE THAT THEY HAVE FRIENDLY TRAINERS. MAKES FOR GREAT ROLE MODELS” PEOPLE IN THE GYM HAS BECOME MORE LIKE A FAMILY TO ME. AFTERBURN HAS PLAYED A MAJOR ROLE IN MY TRANSFORMATION WITHIN SHORT PERIOD.
LOVE IT. If you want to have good results this is the best gym in alwal locality, trainers are good and are very helpful, Its very safe and secure even for ladies. I completely recommend joining after burn.
The BEST of all the GYMS i visited in my life, every trainer is very professional and extremely friendly, they take personal care, little above priced than other gyms around, but completely worth it.
This gym is one of the finest in twin cites I say. It’s wide range of equipment’s fairly large floors Plush in ambience, rich in knowledge and certified trainers. If you are serious towards fitness goals a must place to enrol and start working out. You name it these guys have it. 1. Weight training 2. Cross fit 3. Zumba 4. Boxing 5. MMA (mixed martial arts) 6. Step aerobics 7. A dedicated floor for cardiovascular exercise Lastly it’s a 3 floor 14000 Sft highly equipped fitness studio. I bet it can give a run for your money.
Very good gym. I go in the morning, so my review will be based in that perspective. I haven't taken any personal training or zumba/crossfit either, I've chosen their 'general gym' package, which gives access to gym and cardio machines.
Helpful staff and modern equipment. Well equipped and well maintained. I found that broken stuff is fixed quickly. One of the best gyms in the area.
They also provide you with a GST bill, which you can use to claim gym reimbursement if your employer provides such an option. Most gyms in this area don't, so that's a big plus.
ACs are usually on throughout. Music played is decent. Although, I bring my own headphones because I come very early and music is not played when there are less people working out. They're open on Sundays too, which is great.
The gym itself is very upscale, and thus is on the expensive side. But I feel it's worth it. It's aesthetically pleasing and well designed. I suggest buying a yearly package if you can commit to workout frequently. It is not only significantly cheaper than paying monthly, but also psychologically motivates you to come regularly (as you paid so much already).
Also some downsides in my opinion (not really downsides, but I feel that the gym would be better suited for me if they fixed some of the below) : 1. Opens at 5: 30 am, if it would open at 5: 00 am, it'd be awesome, as I could have an extra 30 mins of workout. I leave for work from my home at around 7 am, so I can't really workout for 1 hour even. And I return at 7: 30 pm exhausted, so I don't want to workout late in the evening. An extra 30 mins early would be very helpful for me. 2. Closed on public holidays. They could have like unstaffed hours during public holidays like they do on Sundays, instead of completely closing the gym. It'd greatly benefit people like me who can workout for longer on public holidays. 3. Yearly plans and renewals should be a bit more cheaper in my opinion. Also, they should look into longer than 1 year plans (like 15,18,24 month plans).
I am not writing random review. My spouse took a personal training course by paying 30000 for 6 months. But we were given training in a group like regular gym. Whats the difference between personal training and regular gym then? Also, that lady trainer was not at all good. 30,000 rupees wasted. High cost low quality. Show off during demo is very good, but quality nil. I guess all these positive reviews are paid ones. These people only concentrate on upgrading their infrastructure, rather than concentrating of good trainers. Equipment is good, trainers are worst.
I am taking a lady trainer called Priya a year ago. Do u remember her, dont lie that u dont know her. Ofcourse now she is no more with afterburn. U degraded urself by lying now.
