Was planning to get a surgery done but now seeing the mismanagement in the place, dropping the idea altogether.

Care hospital …. I am coming.

It’s a place where nightmares dread to step foot in and me being me even after reading so many posts about the mismanagement, thought I will try.

But it lived upto its reputation.

Best is when I asked for a complaint form, it took them time to get the form and the behaviour of the lady seated on Helpdesk was really amazing. The reaction was, not one more complaint.

The OPD token was not working, people were sitting and chatting all the time.

The waiting areas are plenty and always full of people waiting to get the tests done or get the reports.

I do not want to comment on unnecessary tests that were recommended by the doctor as it may be needed to see a problem which is right there.

Let’s hope that the suggestion and complaints that is submitted would be reverted with a proper RCA and CAPA.

Very bad experience with AIG. Too commercial to the core. Management at the worst with very bad attitude, not at all ready to listen anything. They will rip you off like anything. False charges on bills and unnecessary tests for in patients. Only thing good about AIG is doctors but doctors are everywhere like in Apollo. I had a very good experience there with management as well. Better choose that. I have proofs for everything I mentioned here whatsoever.

The management is at worst, I couldn't understand why the attendants are not allowed to sleep, no rest area for attendents of even ICU, HDU etc, on ground floor areas are there for sitting but was locked, one toilet was locked and other was in pathetic condition, guards have been instructed not to let attendents sit on floor in absence of any other facility like easy chair, reckliner like in Appollo, how rude they are like attendent has commited a crime, just check on it, lot many issues with management.

Title: Great Potential, But Serious patient Management Issues

I had high hopes for this hospital, given its massive resources, experienced doctors, and advanced technology. However, my recent experience left much to be desired.

Firstly, the mismanagement was apparent from the moment I walked in. Long queues, chaotic scheduling, and disorganized paperwork made the process needlessly stressful. It's disappointing to see such a renowned institution struggle with basic logistics.

Even though they have an abundance of doctors and manpower, the time it took to get a consultation was exasperating. Patients were left waiting for hours, which is unacceptable for a hospital of this caliber.

This blatant disregard for patients' time and well-being seriously hampers the hospital's reputation. No matter how advanced the technology or how skilled the doctors, it's the patient experience that truly defines a hospital. In this regard, they fall far short of expectations.

I sincerely hope they address these management issues and prioritize patient care. Until then, I'd advise caution when considering this hospital for your healthcare needs.

A heartfelt thanks to Mr. Subir Adhikary and Ms. Sreya for helping me out during a stressful time. During my gastrological issues I thought of visiting AIG Hyderabad. But being naive I found myself confused about whom to visit, how to get appointments of doctor, whom to visit (as there are various types of gastrological problems). Got contact no.of Mr Subir from one of my organisation colleague and doctor. Right from that moment all my worries got resolved. He guided me with the appropriate doctor, booked appointment on my preferred slot. And just before arriving gave me the contact of Ms Sreya. She guided me at hyderabad about where to go, whom to approach etc.so that I dont lose time being hesitated. And also so many helps which is not easy to express in words. Every step done she called and advised about the next step.
Overall I didn't feel outta home for a moment. Now coming over the system of AIG, it is so systematic that no one is left behind, no one is prioritised nor understated. So much busy doctors are there but they listen to you carefully giving enough time. Tests are done very quickly. Reports get notified through SMS. You just have to reach here and every thing will be taken care of with clarity.

AIG is one of the biggest hospital I ever visited. The cleanest, most hygienic and the best infrastructure hospital located in Gachibowli. I must say it is one of the best hospitals in India. Thousands of people visiting for various diagnosis, but Gastroenterology is the special here. I must say it is very expensive and the waiting time for consultation is too much, make sure whenever you visit AIG you have a good amount of time. And try to book your appointment in prior so that you no need to waste your time.

Experience- Very poor.
Avg Consultation time- 3 days (in my case). Not sure if any1 got it within a day.

Management can manage it well. It takes 2-3 days to get testing done. Then comes the actual consultation. By that time, you feel exhausted and the patient feels like s/he has uncurable ailment. Doc never comes on time (At least in my case, 2/2- at least an hour late on both days.). I have called heldesk before come, still they confirms the standard timing and Doc does not come on that time. This makes the waiting queue really long. I believe that if communicated well, this Hospital can handle 2x patients with enhanced average time a patient has to spend. Right now, its at least 3 days (2 days for test to be done, and 1 day for consultation)

Also, If Doctor prescribes all the test available in the facility, better keep a Jr. Doc for preliminary investigation and prescribe test (this will again incraese patients/day number). Helpdesk of individual doc should mention to the patient to optimize the time it takes to all the test get done. I am sure that, it will reduce the 3 days time period to 1 day or max 1 and half.

Hope that the management tries enhancing the process to increase patient satisfaction.

I personally would never referr anyone to visit AIG, specially if one has not consulted any doc before.

Words cannot describe the amazing experience we've had at AIG hospitals. From day one after coming from Kenya, being picked at the airport, given accommodation, receiving world class healthcare to the last day we left. The team including Mr. John Bosco, Mr. Niladri, Mr. Sidiqqi, Miss Shreya Majumder, Dr. Lovita, Dr. Avinash Bonda, Dr. Balachandran, just to mention. Dr. Mitun sharma is a fine dr.aig hospital is a high markable.there all staff are good.hospital environment is very fine. Actually i am from Bangladesh and personally we are very happy here. All International patient Lounge staff are very active and helpful.

Dont go to AIG for cardiac treatment. Most commercial cardiologists in HYDERABAD, Trust me, they have no value for human life. I'm not writing this due to my emotions but have practically seen and experienced it. Extremely commercial hospital. They try cheating you in several ways. Specially the CARDIOLOGY team. Be careful. Three instances amongst family and friends in the last three months where they have tried looting. A dear friend who is 48 years old who entered the hospital for a general check-up was admitted saying it's an emergency and she would need Angio-plasty. Her children were informed that anything might happen if they take her home. After the angioplasty, they tell her that the vein couldn't take the pressure and the stent blasted inside and put her on a ventilator. She wakes up 3 days later to know that she had a by-pass surgery. A 48 year old woman who walked to the hospital for her treatment was kept for 28 days in the ICU. The staff in the ICU are mostly freshers; half of them are not qualified (not all).

In my instance, my grandmother who is 77 was admitted with a ventricular dysfunction and she had to wait for 2.5 hours for her ECHO, which ruined her state and she was forced into the ICU by them (it's all a plan). She was kept in the ICU for 15 days and post that they did a CT-TAVR which ruined her kidney function that was already functioning less due to her prolonged diabetes and there was an electrolyte imbalance. Three days later the TAVR procedure was planned and her electrolytes showed abnormality (METABOLIC ACIDOSIS), we informed both the doctors that they must postpone the TAVR procedure by few hours as she would need a dialysis as per the duty doctor.

To which they said, the doctor's appointment for the procedure is fixed and this can't be changed. Imagine they playing with a patient's life for their time, that too taking chance with a critical 77 year old patient.

They're extremely commercial. They could be qualified and experienced but they forced us into a very expensive procedure saying there is only 2-3% risk and took a life.

I am returning to the USA and needed a PCR test same day. For 2600INR I was able to get tested at 9: 30AM and have my results by 6PM that same day. Sumana was super helpful and gave me multiple copies of all the documents I needed. 5star service without a doubt.

I'm Bangladesh to get consultant gastrology of Dr. Rupa Banerjee, i can say here we have got Super service & super hospital, i'm pleased at all, so hospitality of all doctors & all of members from international patient lounge they are very friendly and helpful.

This was our first visit to AIG and our experience has been A+

Excellent infrastructure, modern facilities, learned doctors, very professional support staff, prompt laboratory services, excellent cafeteria…. Just too good. Only thing was, as expected though, too many people/patients! As a result, it is not possible for any doctor to give enough time to each patient. I expected more time and attention which was unfortunately not possible.

One more thing I must mention here that the “out of the way” service of the International Patient Care Desk headed by Dinesh. His girls namely Sumana and Ching are angels — Always welcoming, always smiling, always ready to help. May God bless them.

For any of our future medical needs, AIG will be considered first for sure. All the best AIG

1. No proper response from the receptionist near doctors. Always serious.
2. Receptionist Always on phone. We don't know with whom the person is speaking whether to patients or on phone because some argument kind of statements happening in phone.
3. Doctors not coming on time may be due to emergency cases. So the appointment time is useless here.
4. Good infra.

I am visiting from the US and saw Dr. Rupa Banagree. I was able to get a quick diagnosis and Sumana helped me get to all of the places across the hospital. My only complaint is the parking: there was no place to park and no communication that it was full.

Probably the worst hospital to visit. It is solely surving by the name of Dr. Nageshwar Reddy. These days, it is impossible to get his appointment, the hospital staffs will just not let you consult him. Probably, he is only reserved for HNIs and Politically connected people. I am having a horrible time, requesting the hospital staff for scheduling an appointment for my mom. I have been going around this hospital since last 2 days. Still no luck. Today as well, I am in this hospital since 7: 30 am. Utter chaos. It is only surviving because of Dr. Nageshwar Reddy's brand name. Not at all recommend for common people. They will just not let you consult Dr. Nageshwar Reddy if you don't have political connect. Pathetic. Waiting since 3 hours. Still the doctor has not even seen us. Utter chaos. Completely insensitive management. Only place for exploiting common people.

I am well with medical treatment at aig hospital. Many services are available at this hospital at much lower cost. International helps patients a lot. Everyone is very sincere.international pasent is beter survice.

Just nonsense. Worst ever crowd management I have seen in my life.
Life long waiting time for every thing.
1. Starting from waiting for hospital registration
2. Then, waiting to pay doctor consultation fee
3. Then waiting to collect token number
4. Then waiting until your token number is being called.
In every process, you will not know how much time it is going to take. There is LCD display everywhere but AIG don’t know how to utilize them.
They make people fool there and keep them waiting waiting.
If you want to get caught with covid-19 then you are welcome there because there is no SOP being followed. Social distancing is taken for granted.
For every diagnostics tests, again there is token system with no definite waiting time.
Better to visit any other hospital. I didn’t find AIG doing anything great.
FYI.if you looking to meet Dr. D Nageshwar Reddy sir then you will be meeting other gastroenterologist in that department (so called his team - by AIG).
So, if you have been told by AIG that you will first meet Dr. D Nageshwar Reddy’s team then, In that case, its better to visit any other hospital.

ZERO for their nephrology team & cardiac team. Their license must be suspended for being so commercial.very very commercial hospital.we had heard yashoda hospital is commercial & Apollo & Care are good.but this hospital's sisters are not qualified or experienced.they don't care about the patients & are very rude to the attenders.the security does not allow attenders inside & the patient is not even given food on time.they just place the food on table & when patient says he will eat after 5 min, they forget for 2 hours.we have not seen such careless attitude anywhere in the ICU

Aig hospital.
It's the Asian largest gastroenterological hospital. It's great opportunity for me to get proper treatment for my pancreatitis problem.
Now Alhamdulillah i am better than past.
The Doctors and the other stuff also very friendly and hospitality for there patients.
Especially There international lounge personel are very good. Mr. Biswajit Da, Miss Sumona and Miss Ching they're very very good person for the international patients.i want to thank them fir there dedication.
Thanks so much Aig authority for better results.
But Usg and Opd billing, and Dispatch.area need more personel for better service.

No dought 5 star for hospital, doctors and obvious building.but they are not following any order. Ppl are waiting for more than 5 hr fir ultra sound. Staff are not following any process.sometimes they called by name and sometimes by number. This is the general practice for this hospital. I have visited this hospital for 8 times and same things happening.

ENT Dr. Srinivas Shekar is a God Gift to people suffering from Ear Problems. He solved my Ear's problem just in two visits in a very friendly way. Thanks to AIG Hospital for providing such a perfect Doctor.
The only problem I faced was about tiering procedure to reach the Doctor's room.

I brought my uncle for hernia surgery second opinion.

For especially ct scan only they are taking 5 hours of time. Govt hospitals are far better.

Yesterday on 13DEC2021 after 5 hours of waiting ct scan was completed.

Today 14DEC2021 at 11: 45am reports were not ready and WHEN I asked why it is taking too much time why I was not informed before that CT scan report have 24 hours of waiting period and 5 hours of waiting for scans, I was informed that I have to check with them that how much time the reports and scan will take place.
I have paid 10k for my uncle ct abdomen scan and here people were treated like sheeps.

I would have went out and get the scans done and got the report in 4 hours with paying 5-6k. Money and time both are wasted.

I do not recommend investigations here

As salamualaykum. AIG is the best hospital for gastroenterologist. Bangladeshi patients has extra facilities at International Lounge in the hospital. The international Lounge stuff behave is very good and they are very helpful. I was appointment to Dr. D Nageshwar Reddy Sir. He was a very busy doctor, but he has given time to my patient and observed patient and talked to patient. He is a very good man. And behaviour is very decent. Also Thankful Dr. Hardik Rughwani Sir.
Their treatment is very good so it’s take long time for huge patient. Their canteen food also health. It’s very clean as like 3 star hotel and hygienic environment.

I am from bangladesh I am come second time I am satisfied AIG Hospital service but same problem I feel now. Repotting to doctors very let’s I am international patient so time is very important. I hope international patients service very quickly. All stuff are very helpful.

The reception was good, everyone was really friendly. The doctors were cordial and expert in their fields. The cost is on the higher side, but considering the quality of service they offer, it was acceptable.
The purpose of our visit was to consult with Dr. P N Rao, for the treatment of my father Md Belal Hossain. The doctor did a thorough diagnosis and prescribed what was needed. It was a great experience, I must say.

আমি বাংলাদেশ ঢাকা থেকে এসেছি। অভিশেক স্যার আমার ওপারেশন করেছেন। অপারেশনের আগে আমার ১০৭ কেজি ওজন ছিলো। অপারেশনের এক সপ্তাহ পর আমার ওজন 5 কেজি কমে ১০২ কেজি তে চলে এসেছে। আমি এখন ডায়েট চাট ফলো করছি। আশা করছি ১ বছরের মধ্যে ৭০ কেজিতে

I had brought in my dad with low sodium at early hours of morning, the agility with which the doctors acted was just great. I want to talk about Dr Bhanu Prakash Reddy and Dr Kiran - they were very patient in explaining everything. Additionally in ICU manager Gayathri was most helpful. She was by my side till the check out from hospital was completed. It was liberating going there

I'm from Dhaka, Bangladesh. AIG hospital is one of the best hospital for liver and gastroenterology with wonderful doctors. They are so professional. Specially thanks to Dr. P. N Rao & Dr. Madhusudan. I was there for my father's treatment. All the staff are helpful. I would like to thank Mr. Biswajit Mog and other stuffs who are work in international lounge.

Worst service by Management
No intimation about the covid ward, and all the visitors and patients go in the same elevators.
No social distancing, and the elevators are crowded all the times, with 20+ people in the elevator during this pandemic time. Prices for the lab tests and medicines are super high, you can get the same medicine for almost 1/5th price from the market.
Coming to the doctor's, OMG you need to beg them for counseling and they always make you scare by wrong diagnosis and treatment. They write unnecessary tests and repeat the tests every 4 hours until you are exhausted with the finances.
Once they realize you are financially exhausted they do tests once a day for analysis. It's a corporate industry scam and not a medical facility.
I will never ever advice this hospital. Please refrain from visiting this hospital.

Let me explain about the process for an Out Patient.
First of all, there is no fixed number of appointments for the patients. They take how many people comes in.
If you can contribute 3 to 4 hours for just a gastro entrologist consultation, then you can visit this hospital. For all the Clusters (separate rooms for different doctors), billing needs to be done in common general op billing desk. The pathetic part is for billing we need to take token and wait for our turn. FOR ALL THIS BILLING DESK, THERE ARE ONLY TWO PERSONS SUTTING OUT OF SIX DESKS. We went at around 3.30 Pm and came out at 8.30 pm just to have two doctors consultations.
Very poor management of the hospital of arranging the things.

Today I went to AIG Hospital for Sr citizens free covid vaccination. I was really impressed for the excellent arrangents made at each every stage of the process for vaccination. Very good services provided to senior citizens. Congratulations to to management and staff

Very bad experience. I came here from different state to meet Dr. Nageswar reddy, they started test and all after finishing the process they said there is no requirement to meet Dr. Nageswar reddy, their team Doctor Attend us and prescribed the medicine.very bad experience. I'm not satisfied with the treatment

1st time Very Bad experience with AIG.
For covid19 test they are charging consultation fees along with test amount. Without asking anything to the patient. When we ask for to change direct consultation to online consultation they said no and who are got negative in the report why they will consult dr again? That is waste of amount.
